The Registrar Information System through SMS is design and develop a computer-based system that is able to provide a real-time information through SMS to students regarding of their academic records. It has a two-way interactive text messaging functionality in a Registrar’s office of Northern Iloilo Polytechnic State College Main Campus, Estancia, Iloilo. The architectural design used in this system is two-tier architecture. The developed system employed a descriptive and developmental research design. Respondents of the study were the 354 students enrolled officially in School Year 2016-2017 using a standard questionnaire International Standard Organization / International Electrotechnical Commission 25010. The Rapid Application Development Model was used in the Software Development Life Cycle. MySQL for the database, vb.net language and Windows operating system development environment. The usability of the feature of the developed system is Very Good in terms of delivering important academic information to every student. The performance of the developed system is fully functional when it comes to all the processes such as enrolling, encoding the grades, reliable and efficient to the students in sending/ receiving academic information provided to clienteles.

Abstract—The need for information system development in a company is a basic requirement that must be met by each company in order to run its business processes properly. This is the basic key in a company in order to provide maximum results to find as many profits or profits. Application development or requirements in the application also provide speed for employees to carry out their activities to work properly and optimally. The development of the era requires that companies must be productive and have innovations so that the business wheel of the company can run well. This is based on the development of technology that is so fast that it requires special expertise in its application. This research is expected to be able to help some problems that exist in a company. Where its application can make it easier for employees to carry out their respective duties and roles in order to maximize their potential. The main purpose of this study was to provide a repository area for all registered vehicle in an organized and systematic filing, archiving and reports can be printed in real time. The system can prompt the users that the validity permit of radio frequency identification tag will be expired and need for renewal. Specifically, this paper sought to design and develop the Vehicle Management System Using RFID and evaluated its level of usability and performance as perceived by the target users. A total of 189 respondents participated in the study that was composed of five experts, three employees and 181 students, faculty and staff registered for School Year 2017-2018 using a standard questionnaire International Standard Organization/International Electrotechnical Commission 25010. Descriptive research was employed on this study based on the set objectives. Findings of the study, revealed that the functionality, the level of usability and its performance were interpreted as Very Good. These findings suggested that respondents were impressed in terms of easiest registration and monitoring of the registered vehicles that enters in and out of Northern Iloilo Polytechnic State College, Main Campus.

The purpose of the research is to; 1) Generating a customer information system on Telkomsel GraPARI Banda Aceh, 2) To find out the application of the information system that has been built, and 3) Apply the system that was built using Visual Basic. This research was conducted at Telkomsel GraPARI Banda Aceh and conducted for 9 (nine) months of 2015-2016. The method used for system development, researchers use the methodology Rapid application development (RAD) and Data Flow Diagrams (DAD). This research has succeeded and completed the design of information systems for recording customer data at Telkomsel Grapari Banda Aceh, the application was built using the stages of the Rapid application development (RAD) model. The application was built using Visual BASIC and as a database using Microsoft Office Access. The application of the information system that has been built is still in the prototype and there is still a need for study and development of current technologies such as the use of mobile and cloud databases involving interconnection to make it easier for GraPARI units to connect.Keywords:Information Systems, Customer Data, Telkomsel

SISKA is an Academic Information System at Ganesha University of Education (UNDIKSHA) used for TESIS process. Starting from proposal submission, proposal seminar, pre thesis exam and thesis exam. So far the running application is still in web form. With so rapid development of Android-based applications, it will be made SISKA Android-based applications that will certainly make it easier for students and lecturers to access this application via Smartphone. In the development of this application will be used Eclipse commonly used for software development. Web-based SISKA application development into Android-based SISKA application provides a new look that is more user friendly, easy to use, and easy to access using smartphone

The development of information systems is done so that the system gets better performance and is more in line with the wishes of users. However, until now there is no academic information system for UIN Sunan Kalijaga specifically developed based on mobile. In fact, mobile technology is currently growing very rapidly in Indonesia. Based on the Nielsen survey as of May 2011, the number of mobile device users in Indonesia reached 125 million out of the 238 million population. For this reason, it is necessary to develop the Academic Information System of UIN Sunan Kalijaga based on mobile, especially Android.The system development methodology used in this study is SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle). The steps are Analysis of system requirements, system design, and design, system implementation, testing, and evaluation.This research results an application that can be used to access academic information, such as schedule to attend the lecture, schedule of examination, card of yield study, presence and history of performance index. The special thing of this application is user still can see the academic information although offline with some condition.

DevOps is the fuse of tasks performed by a company’s application development and systems operations teams. The team DevOps is being used in distinct ways. DevOps is a major innovation in Information System development. In its most broad definition, DevOps is an operational ideology that stimulate better communication between development and operations as more elements of operations become programmable. The DevOps approach seeks to meld application development and deployment into a more streamlined process that aligns development quality assurance (QA) and operations team efforts. This approach also shifts some of the operation team’s responsibilities back to the development team in order to facilitate continuous development, continuous integration, continuous delivery and continuous monitoring processes. The necessity for tearing down the silos between development and operations has been expedited by the need to release code faster and more often in order to help the organization respond in a more agile manner to changing business requirements. Other drivers for breaking down the silos include the increasing use of cloud computing and advances in software defined infrastructures, microservices, containers and automation.

The growing and development of early childhood education institutions in Cirebon Regency, requires a very accurate location data collection so that information can be quickly accessed and presented. Accurate location data collection can be presented through an information system presentation mechanism from several stages in the system modeling process. System modeling must emphasize a very short development cycle that is needed during system development. This study emphasizes the modeling of the Rapid Application Development system, so that the information system for PAUD location data collection in Cirebon Regency can be produced quickly and accurately in less than 30 working days. Some of the stages developed in this study include business modeling, data modeling, process modeling, and ending with application implementation. The expected result of this research is that the system can help provide information on the location of early childhood education institutions in Cirebon Regency as much as 84,390%, while the quality of information produced is 85,366%, and the response to the system that can be accepted by the community is 84,390%.

Thesis is the result of a scientific research paper written and adapted to the scientific rules that apply in writing and the process of working on a thesis, usually students are guided by two supervisors. Because during the pandemic and the difficulty of consulting with supervisors and the establishment of health protocols to avoid the impact of the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the author intends to build a Thesis Guidance Information System application that can be accessed online and based on a website and facilitates the thesis implementation process. Features contained in the system include students who can submit ideas and thesis titles and can see notifications of ideas and thesis titles being rejected or not. Students who carry out theses can be ensured that they are supervised by their supervisors, therefore supervisors can guide their students using the application and can carry out online sessions and seminars. The thesis guidance information system is designed using the Model View Controller architecture which separates the user interface, data and control. This object-oriented system development model uses the Unified Modeling Language model which aims to analyze and model applications designed using Model View Controller-based architecture. The software development method used in the development of this system is Rapid Application Development because it has relatively simple features. The User Centered Design approach is that users in every stage of system development are also involved, so that the system formed can be used according to system needs.

Web-based application development represents some unique challenges to the developers. There is a growing need for better development methodologies. The traditional system development methods for non-Web applications can still be effective, but need to be adapted and enriched in the new development environment. This chapter discusses the challenges and proposes a Modified Prototyping Method (MPM) for Web application development. MPM views Web applications as organic systems that are continually adapting to their environments. MPM places more emphasis on architectural decision for system scalability and proactive system maintenance. It suggests not only a process but also a set of design techniques at each stage. The method provides a balanced view of technology and management requirements in the Web application development process.

This paper study on aquaculture management system of main achievement of the poultry animal breeding site data collection and background data management. The actual development environment consists of software and hardware resources to build the configuration of the two part of the work. PC hardware machine, ARM-based embedded development board set and RFID reader chip and its peripheral circuit module, PC machine with Windows XP operating system. Development board running Linux system, including transplant Boot Loader, Linux kernel cutting, making the root file system migration and application development. System realizes the intelligent management of the poultry house.
