The purpose of this research was to determine the Health Level of the KSPPS BMT in Bungus Teluk Kabung District during the Covid 19 pandemic by referring to the Regulation of the Deputy for Supervision of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia No. 07/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016. This research is included in the types of quantitative and qualitative research. In accordance with the objectives to be achieved in this research, namely to reveal the health condition of the KSPPS BMT in Bungus Teluk Kabung Subdistrict during the Covid 19 Pandemic. The data collection methods used in this research are field research and library research. The method of data analysis in this research uses capital ratios, quality of productive assets, management, efficiency, liquidity, independence and growth, cooperative identity and compliance with Sharia principles. The results of the health assessment that has been carried out by the KSPPS BMT in Bungus Teluk Kabung Subdistrict, the results of the health level of the KSPPS BMT Bungus Barat are "Fairly Healthy" with a score of 68.35, KSPPS BMT Bungus Selatan "Under Supervision" with a score of 54.35, KSPPS BMT Bungus Timur "Under Supervision" with a score of 60.35, KSPPS BMT Teluk Kabung Selatan "Under Supervision" with a score of 59.10, KSPPS BMT Teluk Kabung Tengah "Under Monitoring" with a score of 53.10 and KSPPS BMT Teluk Kabung Utara "Under Supervision" with a score of 56.60   ABSTRAK Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Tingkat Kesehatan KSPPS BMT yang ada di Kecamatan Bungus Teluk Kabung pada masa pandemic covid 19 dengan berpedoman pada Peraturan Deputi Bidang Pengawasan Kementerian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Republik indonesia No. 07/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian Kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Sesuai dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengungkapkan keadaan kesehatan KSPPS BMT di Kecamatan Bungus Pada Masa Pandemi Covid 19. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode dokumentasi dan wawancara, Sedangkan untuk metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rasio permodalan, kualitas aktiva produktif, manajemen, efisiensi, likuiditas, kemandirian dan pertumbuhan, jati diri koperasi dan Kepatuhan Prinsip Syariah. Manfaat yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah berupa kontribusi empiris yang sangat penting bagi sebuah koperasi yang merupakan analisis dasar dalam merancang srategi, membuat perencanaan jangka pendek, menengah dan jangka panjang. Kontribusi teori, sebagai referensi bagi peneliti selanjutnya yang tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut. Sehingga diharapkan koperasi kedepan dapat lebih maju. Hasil penilaian kesehatan yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen Peraturan Deputi Bidang Pengawasan Kementerian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Republik Indonesia Nomor. 07/PER/Dep.6/IV/2016, maka diperoleh hasil tingkat kesehatan KSPPS BMT Bungus Barat “Cukup Sehat” dengan skor 68,35, KSPPS BMT Bungus Selatan “Dalam Pengawasan” dengan skor 54,35, KSPPS BMT Bungus Timur “Dalam Pengawasan” dengan skor 60,35, KSPPS BMT Teluk Kabung Selatan “Dalam Pengawasan” dengan skor 59,10, KSPPS BMT Teluk Kabung Tengah “Dalam Pengawasan” dengan skor 53,10 dan KSPPS BMT Teluk Kabung Utara “Dalam Pengawasan” dengan skor 56,60.

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of health of a Savings and Loan Cooperative and Sharia Financing (KSPPS) in one of the Padang City sub-districts namely Tanah Sirah Piai Nan XX in 3 (three) years of operation. The research is intended to help the Padang City Cooperative Office to find out the health condition of cooperatives in the Padang City area as well as the KSPPS Cooperative to find out the health of cooperatives managed. Based on quantitative research with a descriptive approach, this health assessment analysis refers to the Regulation of the Deputy for Supervision of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number 07 / Per / Dep.6 / IV / 2016 concerning Guidelines on Health Assessment for Savings and Loans Cooperatives and Sharia Financing and Units Savings and Credit Sharia Financing. The results showed the health level of KSPPS Tanah Sirah Piai XX was concluded that KSPPS Tanah Sirah Piai Nan XX was quite healthy.

The growth of cooperatives in Indonesia today is very fast, especially the growth of cooperatives in Bali. Based on data from the Department of Cooperatives, Micro, Small and Medium Bali Province the number of cooperatives in bali per June 30, 2016 as many as 4934, this is certainly a positive picture for the growth of cooperatives. The development of micro-credit activities undertaken cooperative is also growing very rapidly, but this is not matched by the quality of the performance of the cooperative itself. These conditions encourage the government oversight of credit unions and savings and loans by issuing a decision on guidelines for the rating of the cooperative based on Regulation Supervision Deputy Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number 01 / Per / Dep.6 / IV / 2016. The process of calculating the cooperative health assessment has now been made but there is still a conventional manner using Microsoft Excel so that experienced problems in the calculation and delivery of information on the results. Supervision of the cooperative in question is difficult because the delay of information and the lack of technology used. Computerized system and geographic information system support can be used to assist in the process of assessment of the level of health and also facilitate cooperative Cooperative Agency in monitoring the cooperative in question.

             The health assessment of Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) is a cooperative incorporated descriptive research study that aims to get the description of health BQ Surya Madinah (Islamic MFIs). The period for this study was raised in 2009 and 2010. The guidelines for use of cooperative health assessment, formulated by the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Republic of Indonesia, which poured through the Minister's decision No. 35.3/Per/M.KUKM/X/2007 for cooperative health assessment sharia. In a co-operative health assessment consists of eight aspects of sharia that aspects of capital valuation, asset quality, management, efficiency, liquidity, and growth kemadirian, cooperative identity, sharia compliance. However, in this study only four financial ratios studied the aspects of capital, asset quality, liquidity, and the independence and growth.             The results calculation (score) of each component aspect ratio shows the ratio of the components are not all aspects can be expressed well, only three ratios that can yield the best assessment of the capital adequacy ratio of the given conclusion score "HEALTHY" financial ratios for the funds received were conclusions scores "LIQUID" profitability and capital ratios are given conclusion score "HIGH".To obtain better achievements in the future, it requires a proper measures to raise awareness of all members of the cooperative to jointly participate in the implementation of cooperative activities, either in the form of capital, financing and deposits. Key words: health assessment, Islamic MFIs, and BQ Surya Madinah

This research is motivated by the presence of Islamic Microfinance Institutions in the form of BMT, namely BMT Fajar in the community, especially the people of Cileungsi-Bogor, is expected to bring changes in various aspects of people's lives. In the case of the people of Cileungsi Village, Bogor Regency, where the community is not familiar with Sharia Microfinance Institutions such as BMTs well. Until finally people prefer to make loans to Mobile Banks or so-called loan sharks with interest that are not small as business financing capital, it is the habit of borrowing capital to loan sharks that is the problem and attracts the author's interest to do research. This study aims to determine the background of BMT Fajar in providing mudharabah financing, to know the mudharabah financing procedure, and to determine the role of mudharabah financing in BMT Fajar. The methodology used in this study used a qualitative approach, namely field research and library research. Field research is data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation methods with Branch Heads, BMT Fajar Cileungsi-Bogor UMKM entrepreneurs, and their business customers. So as to get accurate data on the research process, and library research data, namely by means of data analysis using inductive, deductive and comparative. Through interviews and observations, it can be seen that based on the results of the research it can be concluded that the role of BMT Fajar's Cileungsi branch in improving micro-businesses is by BMT Fajar to provide financing products that are not difficult in terms of capital, which do not apply the usury system in the operational system, but are replaced with a profit sharing system. between BMT and members in accordance with Islamic Sharia. One of them is through Mudharabah financing. Because they saw many Little Pengusa who had gone out of business. Whereas Small and Medium Enterprises have the potential for development in facing the Economic Crisis.

    An important factor for cooperative institutions is financial performance. The company's financial performance level can be evaluated by analyzing past financial statements. The purpose of the research is to determine the financial performance of KSPPS Khairu Ummah for the period 2017-2020 based on the standard decree of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises No.06/Per/M/KUKM/V/2006 on Health Assessment Standards. And based on the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 7/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016 on Guidelines for Health Assessment of Cooperatives Save Borrowing and Sharia Financing and Unit Save Borrowing And Sharia Financing Cooperatives. The method used is quantitative method. The results showed that the financial performance of KSPPS Khairu Ummah in terms of liquidity, solvency, activity and profitability is still below the standard decree of the Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs No.06/Per/M/KUKM/V/2006, and the results of research in terms of capital, efficiency, liquidity, independence and growth has been included in the standard health assessment and the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 7/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016.

This study aims to investigate the health level of the savings and loan cooperatives and financing of BMT PAS in terms of: 1) Capital aspect; 2) Management aspect; 3) Liquidity aspect; 4) Aspect of compliance with syariah. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The subject of this research is the savings and loan cooperatives and financing of BMT PAS in Bantul. The object of this research is the financial statements of 2015 to 2019. The data collection method were used documentation and questionnaire. The calculation use PAP technique was based on Deputy Regulation for the Supervision of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and medium Enterprises of Republic Indonesia Number 07/Per/Dep.6/IV/2016. The result of this research shows that health level of the savings and loan cooperatives and financing of BMT PAS 2015 to 2019 seen from; 1) Capital aspects of BMT PAS Bantul in 2015 to 2019 criteria are quite healthy; 2) Aspects management of BMT PAS Bantul in 2015 to 2019 criteria are quite healthy; 3) Aspects of liquidity of BMT PAS Bantul in 2015 to 2019 are healthy criteria; 4) Aspects of compliance with syariah principles BMT PAS Bantul from 2015 to 2019 healthy criteria. The aim of this paper is to analize the role and importance of financial and non-financial instruments of supporting the sector of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the Republic of Srpska (RS). For that purpose, in late 2013 and early 2014, there was conducted a quantitative research on a sample of 110 respondents on the whole territory of RS, with the aim of finding the answers to the following question: What is the reason that a large number of SMEs in RS fail to provide adequate financial and non-financial support to their business activity and what measures should be taken in order to improve the current situation? In order to specify the research problem, we ask ourselves if the existing instruments of financial and non-financial support to the sector of SMEs in the RS are sufficiently developed and accessible, as to contribute to the successful growth and development of the said enterprises? We found that the above mentioned instruments of support to the SME sector in RS are not sufficiently developed. Respondents were acquainted with the sole instruments and models of financial and non-financial support that exist in RS. According to the results of the empirical research, we conclude that creating and mastering the models and instruments of financial and non-financial support to SME sector in the RS and providing the adequate business climate for their successful functioning, will increase the availability of favourable financial means for SMEs, as well as the possibility of using the positive aspects of clusters, guarantee funds, factorings and other forms of entrepreneurship infrastructure.

Labor is a very important asset in economic activities, but often the number of workers exceeds the available employment capacity, so it is very necessary to analyze the factors that affect employment. This study aims to estimate the relationship between wage, capital, production value to the amount of employment in Kerupuk Sanjai Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota This type of research is field research and use questioner to 100 respondens . The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with OLS (Ordinary Least Square) method and data processing using SPSS VR.21 software. The results of the study show that  all independent variabels has a  significant effect on labor absorption in Kerupuk Sanjai SMEs in Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota. capital is the variable that has the most influence in the absorption of labor in the Kerupuk Sanjai Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota.

Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) di Indonesia telah dapat berkontribusi terhadap PDB (Produk Domestik Bruto) nasional sebesar 55.56% berdasarkan data Biro Perencanaan Kementerian Negara Koperasi dan UKM Republik Indonesia, pada tahun 2008. Untuk memperluas pangsa pasar dan meningkatkan daya saing UKM, UKM membutuhkan suatu aplikasi yang dapat mengintegrasikan dan mengotomatisasi proses bisnis UKM. Aplikasi ERP dapat menjadi salah satu solusi untuk UKM dikarenakan keuntungan yang dapat diberikan seperti memberikan informasi dengan waktu respon yang cepat, meningkatkan interaksi antar bagian dalam suatu organisasi, meningkatkan pengelolaan siklus pemesanan barang, dsb. Beberapa isu kritis yang dihadapi oleh UKM adalah terbatasnya dana dan kapabilitas teknologi informasi yang dimiliki. Dalam memahami kebutuhan layanan yang diperlukan oleh UKM untuk aplikasi ERP dan untuk menyediakan arahan bagi UKM serta menanggapi kurangnya riset ERP di Indonesia maka riset ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan peta rencana jangka panjang dari agenda riset ERP yang akan dilakukan untuk UKM di Indonesia. Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia has been able to contribute to the GDP (Gross Domestic Product) of 55.56% based on national data Planning Bureau of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia, in 2008. To expand market share and improve the competitiveness of SMEs, SMEs need an application that can integrate and automate business processes of SMEs. ERP applications can be one solution for SMEs because of the advantages that can be provided such as providing information with fast response time, increase the interaction between the departments of an organization, improving the management of ordering goods cycle, etc. Some of the critical issues faced by SMEs are the limited funds and information technology capabilities they have. In understanding the needs of the services required by SMEs for ERP applications and to provide guidance for SMEs and response to the lack of research about ERP in Indonesia, this research aims to describe the long-term plan maps of the ERP's research agenda that will be made for SMEs in Indonesia.

Murabaha Financing have potentially lower risk than other financing product. It chosen by USP Kopontren XYZ to fulfill members financing demand both for business development and consumptive purposes. Termination of Employment Relationship, working cycle and Bad characters some members cause of the collectibility default in Murabaha Financing.This study using qualitative approach and case studies. The collection of primarydata through in-depth interview, while secondary data obtained from the AnnualMembers Meeting report Kopontren XYZ . Explanation building analysis techniques are use to explain the results of in-depth interviews in order to explain the handling of murabaha financing collectibility default.The results explained to handling collectability default adopt according to The Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 35.3 / Per / M.KUKM / X / 2007, executing from cash collateral, financial penalties for those who deliberately, and converts the contract.
