Introduction: Law enforcement in the sea area by Lantamal IX Ambon, is faced with, supporting factors and inhibiting factors. Purposes of the Research: This study aims to determine and analyze how Lantamal IX Ambon conducts law enforcement in the Maluku sea area.Methods of the Research: The research method used is a normative research method using a statute approach approach conceptual approach and analytical approach. Document study techniques and study analysis use qualitative analysis. Results of the Research: The results showed that in order to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in deploying the force of the Navy, it is faced with budget constraints, technical conditions of defense equipment and the expected level of capability and escalation of threats, it is necessary to reform policies regarding law enforcement facilities and infrastructure towards improvements in accordance with science. and modernization today due to the reality of the geographical configuration of the country's territory in the form of an archipelago with 2/3 of its territory being water, of course logically Indonesia needs a strong and reliable Navy. There is an overlap in legal and institutional arrangements at sea, so it is necessary to synergize with the institutional aspects of law enforcement officials who have the authority.

A wistleblower is someone who is aware of a criminal act and notifies it to law enforcement officials. The role of whistleblowers is very important to help expose acts of narcotics abuse. The purpose of this study is to determine the legal protection arrangements for whistleblowers in narcotics abuse and to find out legal protection for whistleblowers in narcotics crime. The research method used in this research is normative legal research method normative legal research method which is carried out by examining a statutory regulation related to the problem being discussed and through a conceptual approach or conceptual approach which shows a concept, and uses a conceptual approach. doctrine, namely the views or thoughts of experts related to the science of law. A person who is a whistleblower or notifier in narcotics abuse always bears a reply from those who feel aggrieved or aggrieved as a result of a notification or report from a whistleblower, legal security for a person who is a pioneer or whistleblower in investigating criminal acts of narcotics abuse is important given to the authorities so that all people are willing to become reporters in order to support legal institutions to reveal and arrest narcotics abuse. Security for whistleblowers must be made strictly in law so that security for whistleblowers can be upheld.

<p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>The Indonesian nation is currently experiencing a crisis of justice in law enforcement. This </em> <em>happens because it is only concerned with the aspects of legal certainty and formal-legality rather than justice. The law cannot be enforced if there are no credible, competent and independent law enforcement officers. Legal discrimination is a way for law enforcement officials to differentiate in the imposition of sanctions against someone who is influenced by that person’s ability both in the economic and power fields. This study discusses how discriminatory law enforcement is when viewed from Donald Black’s theory. The author will compare two cases with the same type of crime but different decisions. Then studied through Donald Black’s theory of legal discrimination. The purpose of this study was to determine the existence of discrimination in law enforcement from two similar cases but with different decisions which were reviewed through Donald Black’s theory of legal discrimination. The research method used by the author in this study is a normative juridical research method. The preparation of this research is analytical descriptive with a conceptual approach. The conceptual approach needs to examine legal principles that can be found from the perspective of scholars or legal doctrine. The results of this research are indeed proven that there is legal discrimination that occurs, this can be seen from the study of Donald Black’s theory. The suggestion for law enforcers is to be fair in any case, do not favoritism and discriminate, because all citizens are the same, equally need justice.</em></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Bangsa Indonesia saat ini sedang mengalami krisis keadilan dalam penegakan hukum. Hal ini  terjadi karena semata-mata hanya mementingkan aspek kepastian hukum dan legalitas-formal daripada keadilan. Hukum tidak dapat ditegakkan apabila tidak ada aparat penegak hukum yang berkredibilitas, berkompeten dan independen. Diskriminasi hukum merupakan cara aparat penegak hukum yang membedakan dalam pemberian sanksi terhadap seseorang yang dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan orang tersebut baik dalam bidang ekonomi maupun kekuasaan. Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana diskriminasi penegakan hukum jika ditinjau dari teori milik Donald Black. Penulis akan membandingkan dua kasus dengan jenis tindak pidana yang sama namun putusan yang berbeda. Lalu dikaji melalui teori diskriminasi hukum milik Donald Black. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya diskriminsi dalam penegakan hukum dari dua kasus yang serupa tetapi memiliki putusan yang berbeda yang ditinjau melalui teori diskriminasi hukum milik Donald Black. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian yuridis normatif. Penyusunan penelitian ini bersifat diskriptif analitis dengan pendekatan konseptual. Pendekatan konseptual perlu mengkaji prinsip-prinsip hukum yang dapat ditemukan dari pandangan sarjana ataupun doktrin hukum. Hasil dari penelitian ini memang terbukti adanya diskriminsinasi hukum yang terjadi, hal ini dapat dilihat dari kajian teori Donald Black. Saran bagi para penegak hukum adalah bersikap adil terhadap kasus apapun jangan pilih kasih dan membeda-bedakan, karena semua warga negara adalah sama, sama sama butuh keadilan.</p>

Tujuan penelitian ini yakni memberikan masukan kepada aparat penegak hukum agar menggunakan pendekatan Restorative Justice terhadap pelaku penyebaran informasi tidak benar atau hoaks. Kajian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pendekatan Restorative Justice dapat diterapkan kepada pelaku penyebaran hoaks. Sebab, penerapan Restorative Justice sudah sesuai dengan falsafah bangsa Indonesia, yaitu Pancasila khususnya sila ke-4, yang mengedepankan musyawarah. Dengan demikian, harapannya upaya pemidanaan terhadap pelaku penyebaran hoaks dapat dikurangi dan dilakukan pendekatan melalui cara mediasi antara korban dengan pelaku penyebaran hoaks. The purpose of this study is to provide input to law enforcement officials using the Restorative Justice approach to the perpetrators of disseminating hoaxes. This study uses a normative legal research method with a descriptive analytical approach. The results of this study indicate that the Restorative Justice approach can be applied to the perpetrators of hoax distribution. Because, the application of Restorative Justice is in accordance with the philosophy of the Indonesian people, namely Pancasila especially the 4th precepts, which prioritizes deliberation. Thus, the hope of efforts to reduce the perpetrators of hoax distribution can be reduced and approach is carried out through mediation between the victim and the perpetrators of the spread of hoaxes.

The type of research used in this study is the type of normative legal research, which is a legal research method that uses a statutory approachThe results of the study showed that obstructing officers who will carry out official burials could indeed be convicted. Law enforcement officials can use Article 178 of the Criminal Code. not a complaint offense. Law enforcement officials can immediately take action without anyone complaining. "If the incident fulfills the elements contained in Article 178 of the Criminal Code, the perpetrators can be charged. However, it must look at intentions and actions as a condition for imposing a crime on someone.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan hukum dan peraturan dalam mendukung penegakan hukum tindak pidana korupsi, upaya penegakan hukum dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penegakan hukum korupsi di Sulawesi Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Hukum Empiris. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, instrumen yuridis normatif yang mengatur penegakan hukum tindak pidana korupsi sudah memadai, tetapi membutuhkan komitmen yang kuat oleh petugas penegak hukum dalam mengimplementasikan artikel yang relevan, LSM dan dukungan masyarakat untuk penegakan hukum bagi korupsi dan kurangnya pemahaman untuk semua elemen penegakan hukum. kedua, upaya penegakan hukum untuk korupsi di Sulawesi Barat terdiri dari Partisipasi Masyarakat, Profesionalisme Aparat Penegak Hukum, Kemauan Politik Pemerintah Daerah dan Dukungan DPRD Sulawesi Barat. Ketiga, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penegakan hukum korupsi di Sulawesi Barat adalah faktor hukum, faktor penegakan hukum, fasilitas atau fasilitas, faktor masyarakat, dan faktor budaya. This study aims to analyze and explain the laws and regulations in supporting law enforcement of criminal acts of corruption, law enforcement efforts and the factors that influence law enforcement of corruption in West Sulawesi. The research method used is Empirical Law research. The results of this study indicate that: first, a normative juridical instrument that regulates the law enforcement of criminal acts of corruption is adequate, but it requires a firm commitment by law enforcement officials in implementing relevant articles, NGO and community support for law enforcement of corruption and lack of understanding for all law enforcement elements. second, law enforcement efforts for corruption in West Sulawesi consist of Community Participation, Professionalism of Law Enforcement Officials, Political Will of Regional Government and West Sulawesi DPRD Support. Third, the factors that influence law enforcement of corruption in West Sulawesi are legal factors, law enforcement factors, facilities or facilities, community factors, and cultural factors.

<p>This study aims to analyze and discover the principle of non-defense equipment regulation as a legal protection effort for members of the Indonesian Armed Forces and to reconstruct non-defense system arrangements in the context of legal protection for members of the TNI based on the value of certainty and justice with dignity. The research method in this research is descriptive juridical using statute approach, conceptual approach, analytical approach, philosophical approach and case approach. These approaches can be combined. The results of the research show that first, the principle of non-defense system regulation is subject to Law Number 34 of 2004 concerning the Indonesian National Army, especially the principle of civilian supremacy. The principle is only included in the basis of consideration. Does not specifically regulate the general provisions and body of the regulation regarding the terms and meaning of non-defense equipment and has not become one of the main tasks of the TNI in non-war military operations. The purpose of this paper is to identify, analyze and elaborate legal protection for anime characters based on Indonesia Law Number 28 Year 2014 concerning Copyright, as well as preventive efforts that can be taken by other parties who want to use anime characters. This is a normative legal research using a statutory approach, conceptual approach and analytical approach. The technique of tracing legal materials uses document study techniques, and the analysis of the study uses qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that anime characters are images that are protected under the copyright regime, which will be protected automatically once the work is transformed into work expression and business actors wishing to use anime character images for commercial use are required to have a license. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi, menganalisis dan mengelaborasi perlindungan hukum atas karakter anime berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2014 tentang Hak Cipta, serta upaya pencegahan yang dapat dilakukan oleh pihak lain yang ingin menggunakan karakter anime. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan, pendekatan konsep dan pendekatan analisis. Tehnik penelusuran bahan hukum menggunakan tehnik studi dokumen, serta analisis kajian menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa karakter anime merupakan gambar yang dilindungi dalam rezim hak cipta secara otomatis dan bagi para pelaku usaha yang ingin menggunakan gambar karakter anime untuk penggunaan secara komersial wajib memiliki lisensi.

Efforts to implement the implementation of the Regional Regulation regarding the retribution for waste and sanitation services in Indragiri Hilir Regency certainly require support from many parties, both from the local government and the community who are classified as obligatory levies. The problems in this study are (1) How is the Implementation of Collection of Regional Retribution in the Sector of Waste and Cleanliness Based on Regional Regulation Number 15 of 2011 Indragiri Hilir Regency, (2) What are the Inhibiting Factors in the Implementation of Collecting Regional Levies in the Sector of Waste and Cleanliness Based on Regional Regulation Number 15 of 2011 Indragiri Hilir Regency. (3) What are the Efforts in Implementing Regional Retribution Collectors in the Sector of Waste and Cleanliness Based on Regional Regulation Number 15 of 2011 Indragiri Hilir Regency This research method uses empirical/sociological legal research, the nature of this research is descriptive, that is, it provides a clear picture. Ketiadaan yurisprudensi yang bisa dijadikan pedoman bagi penegak hukum dan hakim menjadi persoalan yang mendasar dalam mengatasi kegalauan yang selama ini ada.Menarik dipermasalahkan yaitu bagaimanakah urgensi pembangunan yurisprudensi pemidanaan korporasi Pelaku korupsi untuk efektivitas penegakan hukum di Indonesia? Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendorong Mahkamah Agung menginisiasi pembentukan yurisprudensi pemidanaan korporasiPelaku korupsi. Jika telah ditetapkan sebagai yurisprudensi dapat berguna sebagai inspirasi dan dipedomani oleh penegak hukum dan hakim. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan konseptual dan pendekatankasus. Hasil pembahasan mengemukakan bahwa beberapa putusan pemidanaan terhadap korporasi Pelaku korupsi memiliki kaidah hukum baru yang perlu mendapatkan perhatian penegak hukum dan hakim Pengadilan Tipikor. Kaidah hukum baru tersebut perlu dipertimbangkan untuk dijadikan yurisprudensi sehingga bisa menjadi solusi atas kendala efektivitas pemberantasan korupsi korporasi yang selama ini ada. Mengingat persyaratan yurisprudensi pemidanaan korporasi Pelaku korupsi telah terpenuhi maka sesegera mungkin dapat dimulai proses dan tahapannya oleh Mahkamah Agung.The reality of the eradication of corporate crime in Indonesia has many obstacles, including in corruption cases. This writing aims to find out the legal aspects, especially regarding criminal policies in minimizing the occurrence of criminal acts in financial technology in Indonesia in the perspective of improving people's welfare and to find out the role of law enforcement in preventing financial technology criminal acts in Indonesia in the perspective of improving people's welfare. This paper uses normative legal research methods because the focus of the study departs from norms, regulations, legal theories and therefore has the task of systematizing positive law, using the approach: statute approach, conceptual approach, and analytical approach. The technique of tracing legal materials uses document study techniques and analysis of studies using qualitative analysis. Based on the results of the study that the need for reconstruction and/or reformulation of regulations which are the basis of the implementation of financial technology in Indonesia because they are considered not to regulate completely and in these conditions, the role of law enforcement in preventing and overcoming criminal acts has a strategic position because it is part of a task in carrying out the protection and protection of the community in realizing public welfare. Based on this the authors argue that in addition to internal reform in reconstruction and/or reformulation, external improvement is also needed through ratification from various countries and governments should be related to the implementation of financial technology in one door under the government so that supervision will be better and the government to innovate financial technology as an alternative in realizing public welfare.
