E-Voting is an election that uses information technology facilities as well as electronic devices where part or all of the process is done digitally. The electoral process by means of E-voting can help the counting process faster and costs less than the conventional electoral process. However, this electronic-based election is prone to manipulation, therefore it requires protection of the system. In this study, AES and CSRF algorithms were implemented to increase security in the E-Voting application. The election is limited to the election of the executive mayor / regent. This study uses Acunetix software to test the level of security. In testing, four versions of the website were made, namely: the website without AES and CSRF, the website only with AES, the website only CSRF and the website using AES and CSRF. The test results on the website with AES and CSRF show a satisfactory increase in security, only one medium level application vulnerability warning and two low level application vulnerability warnings. Test results with Acunetix on websites without AES and CSRF received seven medium warnings and eleven low warnings. The CSRF test results only get two low warnings but the number of data scans is only a few. The AES test results only get four medium warnings and one warning. Thus, the application of the AES algorithm can increase the level of security of the E-Voting system

The purpose of this study is to find and analyze the effect of feedback on
learning outcomes in mathematics and an interest in basic statistics course. The
population in this study are affordable Information Technology Student cademic Year 2012/2013 Semester II Indraprasta PGRI University of South Jakarta. Sample The study sample was obtained through random sampling. This study used an experimental method to the analysis using the MANOVA test. This study has three variables, consisting of: one independent variable, namely the provision of feedback (immediate and delayed), and two dependent variable is the result of interest in the study of mathematics and basic statistics course. The data was collected for the test results to learn mathematics, and a questionnaire for the interest in basic statistics course. Collected data were analyzed using the MANOVA test. Before the data were analyzed, first performed descriptive statistical analysis and test data analysis requirements (test data normality and homogeneity of covariance matrices). The results show that the learning outcomes of interest in mathematics and basic statistics course for students who are given immediate feedback higher than students given feedback delayed.

The nodes and links in urban networks are usually presented in a two-dimensional(2D) view. The co-occurrence of nodes and links can also be realized from a three-dimensional(3D) perspective to make the characteristics of urban network more intuitively revealed. Our result shows that the external connections of high-level cities are mainly affected by the level of cities(nodes) and less affected by geographical distance, while medium-level cities are affected by the interaction of the level of cities(nodes) and geographical distance. The external connections of low-level cities are greatly restricted by geographical distance.

The election process adopted in Nigeria is mostly paper based or manual. This manually handled process can be time-consuming, and prone to security breaches and electoral fraud. Consequently, this work proposes a biometrically authenticated voting system to provide inexpensive solution to the electoral process in Nigeria. In particular, the biometric database is constructed by filling it with the audio fingerprints and the associated metadata of many audio clips, and then the fingerprint of an unknown clip (or the distorted version of the clip brought by compression or standard audio processing) is extracted and compared to that of the clip in the database. If the fingerprint of the unknown clip is in the database, it will be correctly identified by the matching procedures. The project is implemented with biometric system i.e. fingerprint scanning and facial recognition. Accordingly, this is used to ensure enhanced security, and to avoid fake, repeated voting. Results obtained showed that the proposed system is fast, accurate, reliable, and cost effective, thus a viable option to replace the manual voting process. Keywords: Biometrics, electoral process, facial recognition, finger print scanning

One of the products of information technology that is common today is the school website. Where the school website is the spearhead for schools in disseminating information to related parties. The most important aspect of a website is the usability aspect because it greatly affects visitor convenience. The use of the website for disseminating information is also used by SMK Negeri Sumsel and the school's main portal on the internet. For that to see the importance of the usability aspect, this study aims to see the level of usability of the SMK Negeri Sumsel website. In measuring the level of usability, usability testing techniques are used with the stages of preparation, selecting respondents, data collection and data analysis. The test results show that the usability aspects on the website such as errors, learnability, memorability and satisfaction get good ratings while the efficiency aspects are not categorized as good.

Implementation of the final project or thesis for students is a tiered process and bound to one another. Starting from the stage of proposal submission, proposal presentation, research implementation, report making up to thesis examination students. At present, the implementation of the thesis trial evaluation at the Information Technology Faculty of the Islamic University of Kalimantan Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari Banjarmasin is still manual, where when the presentation of proposals and panelists thesis examinations or examiners are given an assessment form using paper media. This assessment form is then recapitulated into a spreadsheet form the results are announced to students. This is less effective, especially when many students take thesis courses. For this reason, in this study, a thesis evaluation information system was created, to help all stages of the thesis evaluation process. To facilitate the accessibility of the system made web-based and integrated with existing academic systems. From the test results concluded, the system can run by the design and reports produced by the system following the processes that are running now.

Given the need to analyze the empowerment status of tribal women, the present study aimed to enhance the empowerment status through enhancing decision-making skills of tribal working women in India. The specific objective is to study the impact of intervention on enhancing status of empowerment through decision-making skills of tribal working women in Utnoor Mandal Adilabad district. The total sample population for the study was 50 tribal working women, and data was analyzed using a paired t test. Results revealed that at pretest, majority of the women were at average level of decision-making skills (78%), 12% were at low level and only 10% were at high level. After the intervention, post test results revealed that 74% of the women were high in decision making skills and remaining 26% were at average level. Interestingly, none of the respondents had low level of life skills. Thus, intervention found to be effective among women respondents to develop and enhance their empowerment status through decision-making skills.

Building an electronic casting a ballot framework that fulfills the lawful necessities of administrators has been a test. An appropriated record innovation is an energizing mechanical headway in the Information Technology world. This paper intends to assess the utilization of block chain as administration to actualize dispersed electronic casting a ballot framework. The paper elicit ate the prerequisites of structure electronic casting a ballot framework and distinguishes the lawful and mechanical constraints of utilizing block chain as an administration for acknowledging such frameworks. The paper assesses a portion of the prominent block chain systems that offer block chain as aadministration. This paper proposes a novel electronic casting a ballot framework dependent on block chain that tends to all constraints. All the more for the most part this paper assesses the capability of dispersed record advancements through the portrayal of a contextual analysis, to be specificthe procedure of a race and actualizing a block chain-based application which improves the security and diminishes the expense of facilitating an across the nation decision.

This study aimed to examine the effect of changes in status, employee engagement, and the utilization of information technology on the quality of financial reporting. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to examine changes in the status of Bogor Agricultural University. Moreover we employ a multiple regression analysis to examine the effect of employee engagement and information technology in performance financial of report. In addition, Ultrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES) was used to examine the financial human resource mapping. The results of ANOVA test showed that there was no significant difference of the financial management of Bogor Agricultural University before and after the implementation of Public Service Board (BLU). Furthermore, multiple linear regression test results showed that the factors that affect the performance of financial reports are employee engagement and use of information technology. However, it is found that the factor that really affects the performace of financial reports is the use of information technology. Finally, the test results of the mapping showed that employee engagement of human resources staff of Bogor Agricultural University are in medium position indicating that it needs to be maintained and improved.
