Kesiapan Merespon terhadap Aspek Negatif dan Positif  Dampak Globalisasi Dalam Pendidikan Islam

The purpose of this research is to find out the ability of the Indonesian nation to respond to globalization: readiness to respond to the negative and positive aspects of the impact of globalization. This type of research is Library Research, namely research through literature or literature studies. Sources of data in this study are primary data, namely books that directly discuss the ability of the Indonesian nation to respond to globalization. The data analysis technique used to obtain conclusions is descriptive qualitative by emphasizing deductive conclusions, namely how to draw conclusions from general to specific things. The conclusion of this paper is that the final conclusion in this study is that the Indonesian nation in responding to the negative and positive aspects of the impact of globalization, should be addressed proportionally because this is a good attitude as a reflection of moderate Islam. Meanwhile, the hard efforts to face the era of globalization must be that the Indonesian nation must be able to produce quality human resources, and have the ability that includes behavior, hard work, discipline, trustworthy responsibility and the like guided by the teachings of AI-Qur'an and Hadith

The research aims to describe the puzzling media as a solution to increase the learning motivation of elementary /MI student. This research is library research. It is a method that the data which is needed in completing research comes from library sources i.e. include books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines, etc as well as various sources on the internet. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. Documentation means looking for data about things in the form of notes, books, papers, articles, journal, and so on. Then, the data analysis technique used in this study is content analysis. In this analysis, the process of selecting, comparing, and combining various meanings will be found to be relevant. The media is an intermediary or introduction. Puzzle media can improve the students’ motivation to keep trying to solve problems. It is fun for students because it can be repeated. The challenges in the puzzle game will give you an addictive effect to always try and try until they are successful.

This research was made to answer the problem formulation in this study that was to find out whether there were effects of tax regulation understanding, tax sanctions and tax audits on individual taxpayer compliance. With the aim of research was to determine the effect of tax regulations on individual taxpayer compliancein KPP Pratama Palembang SeberangUlu, to determine the effect of tax sanctions on individual taxpayer compliance in KPP Pratama Palembang Seberang Ulu. The variables in this study were tax regulations understanding (X1), taxation sanctions (X2), taxpayer compliance (Y). this type of research was associative and descriptive. The population in this study was 45 UKM Seberang Ulu I. Data that used in this research primary data of questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 22.The results of the study showed that taxregulations understanding did not have an effect and was not significant on taxpayer compkiance, while taxation sanctions and tax audits had a positive effect on taxpayer compliance.

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of young online convection entrepreneurs in labor absorption and the obstacles faced by young online convection entrepreneurs as well as to analyze the implications of young online convection entrepreneurs in Bantul Regency on their family economic resilience. This research used a qualitative approach. Primary data is obtained from observations and in-depth interviews with 5 young entrepreneurs from 5 different online convection, namely Arto Convection, Apparelsae Convection, Convection San Project, ID Convection, and Indeepco Clothing. The data analysis technique used is interactive model data analysis. This study used data validity checking techniques, namely triangulation, and detailed description techniques. The results of the research showed that young entrepreneurs have a role in labor absorption and provide income to the owner convection. Some of the obstacles often encountered by young entrepreneurs of convection online are a constraint on the production, financial management, management of marketing, customer service online base, less qualified human resources constraints, and constraints background education entrepreneurs who are not majoring in business. Young online convection entrepreneurs have made several efforts to overcome these obstacles. Based on the analysis with the income contribution approach and the basic need approach, the impact of online convection makes the economic resilience of young entrepreneur families strong and resilient.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pelaksanaan pelayanan prima di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Kediri, serta mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis faktor yang mendukung atau menghambat pelaksanaan pelayanan prima di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Kediri. Fokus dalam penelitian ini meliputi sikap (attitude), kemampuan (ability), perhatian (attention), tindakan (action), tanggung jawab (accountability), dan penampilan (appearance). Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini meliputi wawancara dan observasi yang ditulis dalam catatan lapangan. Keabsahan data dikaji dengan 2 metode yakni trianggulasi dan ketekunan pengamatan. Sementara itu, teknik analisis data mengacu pada Miles dan Huberman (2018). Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik yaitu pelaksanaan pelayanan prima di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Kediri belum sepenuhnya 100% baik , masih ada beberapa yang perlu diperbaiki dan dievaluasi. Hambatan yang ditemui adalah sumber daya manusia yang tidak sebanding dengan pemohon dan sarana dan prasarana. Kata Kunci: Pelayanan Prima, Disdukcapil, Hambatan, Sikap, Penampilan Abstract This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of excellent service at the Kediri Regency Population and Civil Registry Office, as well as describe and analyze the factors that support or hinder the implementation of excellent service at the Kediri Regency Population and Civil Registry Office. The focus in this study includes attitude, ability, attention, action, accountability, and appearance. The approach used in this study is qualitative. Data collection techniques in this study include interviews and observations written in field notes. The validity of the data was assessed by 2 methods, namely triangulation, and persistence of observation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique refers to Miles and Huberman (2018). The conclusion that can be drawn is that the implementation of excellent service at the Kediri Regency Population and Civil Registry Office is not yet 100% good, there are still some that need to be improved and evaluated. The obstacles encountered are human resources that are not comparable to the applicant and facilities and infrastructure. The role of a secretary is required in assiting to complete the whole works. As a secretary, the most important skill is managing time and choosing work priorities so that the main work can be completed on time. At the same time, there are a number of jobs beside of the main jobs should be completed. It affects the load of secretary’s jobs were fulled. This study aims to find out how the roles and responsibilities of the sales secretary who are concurrently as sales admins, as well as what are the obstacles faced in carrying out the tasks. Data was collected through observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the study showed descriptively that the sales secretary is very instrumental in supporting the management system of sales at Kuta Paradiso Hotel, Bali. The problems was encountered by a secretary was lack of communication skills, lack of human resources that affect the load of secretry’s responsibilities was over.

Human resources play an important role in every organization or institution. But there was a decrease in employee performance at Nusantara PGRI Kediri University recently, this case becomes concideration to conduct this research. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work dicipline and compensation on the employee’s performance at Nusantara PGRI Kediri University. The approach of this study is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study used all populations as a sample consisting of 73 employees. The technique of collecting data used a questionnaire with a Likert scale that contains of questions related to work discipline, compensation and employee performance. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression which was processed using the SPSS program to measure the effect of work dicipline and compensation on employee’s performance. The results of hypothesis testing showed that partially, there was a significant effect of work discipline on employee performance and there was also significant effect of compensation on employee performance at Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. While the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing proved that work discipline and compensation give significant effect for employee performance. It can be seen that coefficient dtermination value (R Square) was 0.676. Thus, it can be interpreted that work dicipline and compensation can effect on employee’s performance 67.6% while the remaining 32.4% was effected by other variables outside of this study.

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the Me'Daseng program. Measurement of effectiveness used four elements in accordance with Budiani (2009) concept namely: the accuracy of target, socialization, objectives, and monitoring. The research was conducted in the North Tabukan Sub-district, Sangihe Islands Regency. The selection of informants was carried out purposively with a total of 12 informants. The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data were collected by conducting interviews with informants and making direct observations. Secondary data were collected by conducting literature studies and searching online data related to the theme of this research, namely program effectiveness. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that (1) the Me'Daseng program was not yet fully effective, in terms of target accuracy. The community was still less involved or served when the Me'Daseng program was implemented. (2) Socialization of the Me'Daseng program has been carried out, but it has not been very good, especially the direct socialization carried out in communities. (3) The effectiveness of the Me'Daseng program when viewed from the objectives of the Me'Daseng program and compared to the results achieved, has not been very effective. (4) The government has made efforts to make improvements in the implementation of the Me'Daseng program, as an effort to pay attention to the community receiving services from the Me'Daseng program, but the impact felt by the community is still not as expected.
