In the first quarter of 2021, Indonesia will purchase vaccines by importing COVID-19 vaccines from COVID-19 vaccine companies. Islamic Economic Law regulates the process of purchasing vaccines by importing Covid-19 vaccines, how transactions are completed, and aspects of the safety and halalness of Covid-19 vaccines. The purpose of this study was to determine the import contract of Indonesia's Covid-19 vaccine with halal guarantees and health aspects in accordance with sharia economic law. This research uses literature study method. The data analysis method used in this research is deductive analysis. The data collection method in this research is documentation. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data sources. The main data sources used in this study are COVID-19 vaccines, vaccine books, import and export of Islamic law and economics, Islamic law, trade law, and documents related to precedents contained in Islamic law. Sources of supporting data used in this research come from scientific studies, articles, and books that support the research topic. From the perspective of Islamic economic law, the purchase of the Covid-19 vaccine in Indonesia is included in the Salam sale and purchase contract. MUI has announced that the Covid-19 vaccine product is halal and multifaceted. In accordance with Presidential Regulation No. 99 regarding vaccine procurement and vaccination implementation in 2020, the current sales contract is in effect. For the Covid-19 pandemic, if there is a mandatory threat, the contract can be extended. Or cancel. The government guarantees the safety, type and quality of halal products as well as the effectiveness of the Covid-19 vaccine (namely the POM and MUI). The type of covid-19 vaccine with guaranteed halal products and an emergency use license is the type of vaccine from PT. Islamic banking in their activity base on Islamic principles that is agreement regulation on Islamic Law between Bank and others to saving and or financing an activity or business which suit Islamic role. There are several forms of financing, such as financing on sharing profit principle (mudharabah), financing on participation principle (musyarakah), transaction goods principle which get profit (murabaha), financing capital goods on rent principle without choice (ijarah), or with transfer authority over the rent goods from bank to others (ijarah wa iqtina). Furthermore, development of Islamic banking either in Indonesia or Malaysia must be followed with new law and regulation from their government, especially for rules on taxation over transaction on Islamic banking. This is critical because there are different interpretation and argumentation between practitioners of Islamic banking and the government about the subject of Value Added Tax on murabaha transaction. This research used a qualitative approach, using literature study, which emphasizes books as an object and field study with collecting data by interviewing and also using secondary data. As a result, both Indonesia and Malaysia has undergone essential steps to provide Islamic finance with appropriate banking and tax regulations that have succeeded in supporting the Islamic financial system.

Istihsan is one of the ijtihad methods disputed by the scholars ushul fiqh, although in reality, all scholars use it practically. The establishment of the law by istihsan method is widely carried out by scholars among the Hanafiyyah and Malikiyyah so that in the history of ushul fiqh, the Hanafiyyah are known as the group that uses istihsan as one of the methods of istinbâth al-ahkâm (determination of the law). Imam Shafi'i is a cleric who rejects istihsan as a method of determining Islamic law. But in practice Imam Shafi'i also uses istihsan as a method of determining Islamic law. The science of ushul fikih has a significant role in contributing to the existence of Islamic law, especially in the field of Sharia economic law. Research method conducted based on normative juridical approach, The specification of research used is analytical descriptive, The type of data used in this research, namely secondary data, data collection method used is literature study and analysis of secondary data that is qualitative. The results showed that istihsan is one of the methods of istinbâth al-ahkâm, which can be used as an argument and a proof of syara' and serves in determining the validity of an agreement / transaction in the field of Sharia economic law.

Purpose: This study aims to provide an overview related to research on heritage assets in Indonesia. This study classifies and reviews articles based on research methods and focused results regarding accounting treatment, is it in accordance with Government Accounting Standards (SAP)? Research Methodology: This research is a literature study which contains theories that are relevant to the research problem. The data collection is taken from secondary data sources, SAP and various scientific articles. Results: The results demonstrate that the treatment in several heritage assets in Indonesia has referred to the prevailing SAP, historical assets are recorded as fixed assets, without valuation using cost or revaluation, the majority has been presented in the financial report based on accounting principles, this means the government accountability requirements for disclosure of heritage assets have been quite achieved. Limitations: Secondary data sources using several articles that are not all published in accredited journals. Contribution: This research has implications for the government to evaluate the function of financial reporting as an accounting tool that facilitates the realization of transparency and accountability. bstract: This study discusses legal analysis both from the perspective of Islamic law and positive law related to the law of attending walimatul ursy during the COVID-19 pandemic, this research will focus on the law of attending a wedding during the pandemic. The method used is literature study with a normative-comparative analysis approach, data analysis used is from qualitative data to secondary data. The results of the study found that the law of attending walimatul ursy during a pandemic, both Islamic and positive, is not mandatory, but permissible if those invited are in good health and are ready to carry out health protocols that have been set by the government, but if those invited are not healthy or confirmed. Corona virus, attendance is haram because it will cause greater fade if the person concerned is present.Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis hukum baik dilihat dari segi hukum islam maupun hukum positif terkait dengan hukum menghadiri walimatul ursy saat pandemic covid 19, penelitian ini akan focus pada hukum menghadiri pesta pernikahan saat pandemic. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan pendekatan analisis normatif-komparatif, analisis data yang digunakan adalah mulai dari data kualitatif sampai dengan data skunder. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa hukum menghadiri walimatul ursy saat pandemic baik secara hukum islam maupun positif tidak menjadi wajib melainkan di perbolehkan jika yang diundang dalam keadaan sehat serta siap melakukan protocol kesehatan yang sudah di tetapkan oleh pemerintah, namun apabila yang diundang dalam keadaan tidak sehat atau terkonfirmasi virus corona maka menghadirinya menjadi haram karena akan menimbulkan kemudaratan yang lebih besar jika yang bersangkutan hadir.

This study aims to look at the existing economic system in this world, both socialist economic system, capitalist economic system, and Islamic economic system. The research method used is literature study method. The results of the study indicate that the socialist economic system, the economic system in which the government has a very big role in managing the wheels of the economy from upstream to downstream in the economic chain in society, and this economic system has not existed or not developed since the collapse of the soviet union. While the capitalist economic system, the economic system gives people the freedom to own wealth, and this system also dominates the economic systems used by countries in this world. Then the Islamic economic system until recently is a concept that will be an alternative to the economic system that prosper with a lot of learning also from the two existing economic system, namely the capitalist economic system and socialist economic system, of course take things positive of both as long as it is not against the Islamic Shari'ah that comes from the sources of Islamic law especially the Qur'an and al-Hadis.

Buying and selling is one form of activity that involves the relationship between humans to meet their daily needs. The problems that occur in the order agreement in Mebel Jati Ukir Sumber Anugrah Metro Utara are the practice of applying advances in order agreements and how the views of sharia economic law apply to the cancellation of advances in order agreements. The purpose of this study is to find out how to apply advances in agreements order and know how the views of sharia economic law on the application of advances in the agreement of orders for Mebel Jati Ukir Sumber Anugrah Metro Utara. The benefit of this study is to be able to add to the scientific repertoire in the field of muam especially regarding the views of sharia economic law on the application of advances in order agreements and as input for the people who make order agreements to pay attention to Islamic economic law provisions so that no party is harmed. This study uses a type of field research research with the nature of qualitative descriptive research. Data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative analysis methods namely inductive methods. Based on the research it can be concluded that the application of advances in the order agreement in teak Mebel Jati Ukir Sumber Anugrah Metro Utara according to Sharia Economic Law is permissible. This is because the furniture owner has provided a period of time for the buyer to settle the remaining payment. So that if the buyer cannot pay off the remaining payment before maturity, then the advance that has been given belongs to the furniture.

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of Islamic economic values in the Belawa Market, Malangke sub-district, North Luwu Regency. In this study the authors used a type of qualitative descriptive research. Data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data. Primary data obtained from interviews with traders in the Belawa Market, while secondary data sources were obtained from library studies and documents. There are also data collection techniques used through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that sharia economic forms in the Belawa Market are those which traders are not responsible for their merchandise and do not apply fairly to their consumers so that consumers feel disadvantaged and wronged by the treatment of traders and consumers who are not comfortable in conducting transactions conducted by traders irresponsible and unfair traders. The application of Islamic economic values in the Belawa Market is not well organized due to a lack of traders' knowledge of Islamic economic values and there are still some traders who cheat in conducting transaction activities and do not pay attention to ethics in trading in accordance with Islamic law.

Pernikahan adalah sebuah ikatan lahir bathin antara dua belah pihak yang mempunyai tujuan membentuk keluarga bahagia. Adapun, pernikahan yang berlaku di Indonesia adalah pernikahan yang tercatat dan sah secara hukum Islam maupun hukum positif. Namun, dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi permasalahan adalah pernihakan yang tidak tercatat sebagaimana mestinya peraturan berlaku, yaitu nikah siri yang masih kerab terjadi, baik nikah siri yang biasa atau nikah siri dalam konteks poligami. Dalam kajian ini mencoba mencari dan menjelasn tentang sebuah permasalahan yang terangkum dalam rumusan masalah, yaitu faktor apa yang melatarbelakangi terjadinya nikah siri? Dan bagaimana keduduakan nikah siri dalam perspektif hukum Islam dan hukum positif?, dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang menjadi penyebab terjadinya nikah siri dan kedudukan nikah siri. Jenis kualitatif yang berdasar pada liberary research dan pendekatan secara normatif serta komparatif serta penggunaan sumber data yang meliputi data primer dan sekunder. Studi dokumentasi dan wawancara menjadi tehnik pengumpulan data serta menggunakan deskriptif analisis sebagai analisa data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya nikah siri yang terjadi karena adanya biaya pernikahan yang mahal, kendala pada masa studi, serta kurangnya pendidikan dan pemahaman tentang pernikahan, sehingga nikah siri tersebut menjadi marak terjadi dikalangan masyarakat yang ada. Marriage is a physical and spiritual bond between two parties that has the goal of forming a happy family. Meanwhile, the marriage that applies in Indonesia is a marriage that is registered and valid under Islamic law and positive law. However, in this study the problem is that marriages are not recorded as the regulations should apply, namely unregistered marriages that still occur frequently, such as regular siri marriages or unregistered marriages in the context of polygamy. The formulation of the problem in this study is to determine the position of unregistered marriage in the perspective of Islamic law and positive law. This type of qualitative uses literature study methods and normative and comparative approaches and uses data sources that include primary and secondary data. Documentation studies and interviews are data collection techniques and use descriptive analysis as an analysis of the data obtained in this study. The results of this study indicate that the existence of unregistered marriage occurs because of the high cost of marriage, constraints during the study period, as well as a lack of education and understanding of marriage, so that unregistered marriages are prevalent among the existing society. ABSTRACTHajj as a great symbol of worship. Hajj is the fifth pillar of Islam which is mandatory for every Muslim who are able to da it in accordance with the legal requirement of pilgrimage. One of the legal conditions of Hajj is the capability, capable to cover the cost of the hajj and the family left behind. Panin Bank Dubai Sharia Bank was established based on the regulation of Limited Company No. 12 dated January 8, 1972 by Moeslim Dalidd, a notary in Malang. PT. Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk has been legalized by the Financial Services Authority ("OJK"), in accordance with a copy of the policy of the Board of Commissioners of OJK No. Kep-29 / D.03 / 2016 on July 26, 2016.Therefore, through this research, the writer wants to understand: (1) how is the practice of applying alternative financial agreement of hajj and umrah after the implementation of regulation made by ministry of religious affair No. 24 year 2016 at Panin Bank Dubai Syariah Surabaya branch? (2) What is the analysis of Islamic law on the practice of multilateral contract alternative application in this Bank? Therefore, this study is aimed to, firstly, understand and describe the application of alternative contracts to hajj and umrah after the regulation of Ministry of Religious Affairs No. 24 of 2016 in Panin Bank Dubai Sharia branch Surabaya, and to describe the analysis of Sharia Economic Law about the practice of applying alternative contract in the bank.The method used in this research is qualitative method. The research data are taken in natural situation in Panin Bank Dubai Syariah Surabaya. The data are taken during operational hours using case study approach. Are done through interview technique with the main participant, Assistant Manager 1, and document, archive, book, sample of registration, as secondary data source. The data are analyzed through 3 (three) data deduction, display data and ended with conclusion and verification.The results of the study indicate that the Panin Bank Dubai Sharia runs in accordance with the government regulation No. 24 year 2016 "BPS BPIH is prohibited from providing direct and indirect Hajj money service" including Hajj and Umrah services using various financing products and funds saving, funds collecting in the form of deposits, savings or other forms, using multi-service financing akad wadi'ah, with the savings of hajj services with initial minimum deposit of Rp500,000,and according to customers’ ability. Keywords: hajj, umrah, wadi'ah.

Special Autonomy assigns its rights and obligations to local governments to regulate and manage their own affairs and interests of the society so that people increasingly can be served well. But in fact, public services provided is not maximized. This study used qualitative methods, data sources are divided into two types of data sources, namely primary and secondary data sources. The results of this study indicate that there is still lack of public services the Government of Papua Province visible from the weak aspects of responsiveness, which local governments less responsive to some of the problems in the field of education, economy and industry growth and physical development as well as non-physical. From the aspect of responsibility is also still found their weaknesses, which the Government of Papua Province is still not fully overcome the problems of corruption and poverty. Meanwhile, from the aspect of accountability, it is known that the performance of governance in Papua in providing public services are not running optimally, one reason is the lack of competence and capability of local government officials.
