Wise consideration of the use of chemical pesticides in farming should be given to environmental sustainability. One of the biopestithat was developed was a biofungisida that functioned to control diseases caused by pathogenic fungi. The use of Trichoderma fungi as biofungisids can reduce the use of chemical fungicides. Howevwe, the distribution of information on Trichoderma mushrooms has not reached all major perpetrators in Bathin VIII district, som many farmers are unawaere of the Trichoderma fungu’s biological agents. The study is conducted at the inside Bathin VIII district of Sarolangun. Sample in the study of as many as 46 farmers taken usung tedium sampling techniques. Free vaeiables covering internal, exsternal factors, and innovation and interconnected variables  are enabled by the use of Trichoderma mushrooms as a biofungisida. The analysis techniques used are descriptive analisis, linear regression analysis, and Kendall;s W analysis. The results of the study indicate that a farmers knowledge, attitude, and skill were moderate. Factors that influence the behavior of farmers in the cultivation og Trichoderma mushrooms are internal factors and innovation. The strategies used to improve skilla are by conducting outings and demonstrations of ways on techniques to make Trichoderma mushrooms and how to make biofungisids from the Trichoderma mushrooms for plants.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Earning Ratio (DER), Price to Earning Ratio (PER), and Exchange Rate Against Stock Returns. This research was conducted on all Property and Real Estate companies listed on the IDX. The number of samples taken was 36 companies using saturated sampling techniques. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that ROE had a positive and significant effect on stock returns. DER has a negative and significant effect on stock returns, PER has a significant negative effect on stock returns. The exchange rate has a negative effect and is not significant to stock returns. Investors and other interested parties are expected to pay attention to changes to ROE, DER, and PER because they have an influence on stock returns, which will later consider investment strategy decisions to minimize risks and maximize returns obtained. The Village

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze (1) the simultaneous significant influence of transparency, accountability and community participation in managing village fund allocation to village development. (2) partially significant influence of transparency in the management of village fund allocation on village development. (3) partially significant influence of accountability in the management of village fund allocations on village development, (4) partially significant influence of community participation in managing village fund allocations on village development. This study uses a quantitative approach. This research was conducted in the village of Gurung Turi, East Manggarai Regency. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire with sampling techniques using simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that overall the variables of transparency, accountability and community participation in the Village Fund Allocation Management had an influence on Village Development. The principles of transparency, accountability and community participation have been implemented. With the implementation of the three principles of transparency, accountability, and community participation it has an influence on village development by showing the level of development of the desert village that has begun to increase.

This research was conducted on hotels and restaurants in Badung Regency. The formulation of the problem in this investigation is to test whether the quality variables of service, moral moral variables, and variables of taxation penalty have an influence on the compliance of hotel and restaurant taxpayers in badung district. the data in this study was collected by disseminating questionnaires to hotel and restaurant taxpayers in Badung Regency using random sampling techniques in sampling, where the questionnaire was distributed as many as 98 kursioner. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques that will be combined with the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) computer program. This study showed the results that variable (X1) quality of service, variable (X2) moral obligation, and variable (X3) tax sanctions showed positif results.

This study aims to determine the influence of Restaurant, hotel and entertainment Tax on The Original Revenue of Sidoarjo District Government in 2015-2020, then to know the influence of Restaurant, hotel and entertainment Tax on the Allocation of Capital Costs sidoarjo District Government Year 2015-2020. Research method is quantitative, with explantative research type.This study took the location of research in the Sidoarjo District Revenue Office.The population that will be used in this study is a report of financial data including Restaurant Tax, Hotel Tax Entertainment Tax Of Local Revenue and Allocation of Capital Costs in sidoarjo district revenue office in 2015-2020.Sampling techniques using total sampling. Research data is secondary data with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that Restaurant Tax, hotel tax, entertainment tax affect the Original Revenue of Sidoarjo District Government year 2015-2020, Restaurant Tax, hotel tax, entertainment tax affects the Allocation of Capital Costs Sidoarjo District Government Year 2015-2020

The Cost

This research aims to analyze and determine the effect of the facilities and costs of umrah travel on the choosing decision PT Uda CS Holidays Indonesia both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study is 612 pilgrims using non probability sampling techniques with accidental sampling as the approach. The data analysis techniques used are: (1) Validity and Reliability test, (2) Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, (3) F Test Analysis, (4) T-Test, and (5) Determinant Coefficient Test. The result of data analysis can be concluded as follows: (1) There is no partial positive and significant effect between the umrah facility variable on the choosing decision the Umrah package at PT Uda CS Holidays Indonesia (2) There is a positive and significant effect partially between the variable costs of umrah travel on the choosing decision Umrah package at PT Uda CS Holidays Indonesia. (3) Umrah facilities and the cost of joint umrah arrangements have a positive and significant effect on the choosing decision the Umrah package at PT. Uda CS Holidays Indonesia

The research aims to analyze and determine the effect of Word of Mouth and Brand Image on the decision to use photo services on 4 colors of Kediri City Photography. This research uses quantitative methods. The type of research used is the correlation with sampling techniques. The research sample was 60 respondents in number. The multiple linear regression analysis techniques is tested for validity and reliability first. The conclusion of this study is (1) Word of Mouth has a significant effect on the decision to use photo services on 4 colors of photography. (2) Brand image has a significant effect on the Decision of Using Photo Services on 4 Colors of Photography. (3) Simultaneously or together with two independent variables consisting of word of mouth, brand image has a significant effect on service use decisions. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh Word Of Mouth dan Brand Image terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan Jasa foto pada 4 Warna Photography Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penelitian adalah korelasi dengan teknik pengambilan sampel. Sampel penelitian 60 responden jumlahnya. Teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan terlebih dahulu di uji validitas dan reliabilitas.Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah (1) Word Of Mouth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan Jasa Foto pada 4 Warna Photography. (2) Brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan Jasa Foto pada 4 Warna Photography. (3) Secara simultan atau bersama – sama dua variabel bebas yang terdiri dari word of mouth, brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa.

The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.

Abstract. This study used a sample of 6 companies. The research objective was to determine the effect of Non Performing Loans (NPL), Operational Costs on Operational Income (OCOI), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Loan to Deposits Ratio ( LDR) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) to profitability (ROA). Problem solving using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the analysis, it is known that NPL and LDR have a significant negative effect on profitability (ROA), while CAR have a significant positive effect on profitability (ROA). Abstrak. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 6 perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh Non Performing Loan (NPL), Biaya Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Loan to Deposits Ratio (LDR) dan Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) terhadap profitabilitas (ROA). Pemecahan masalah menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis maka diketahui bahwa NPL dan LDR berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA), sedangkan CAR berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROA).

Farmers' behavior indicates someone already knows good knowledge, attitude and skills in rice farming activities. the purpose of this study is the influence of socio-economic factors on the behavior of farmers in rice farming. This research was conducted on 21 September - 10 November 2019 in Sumber Kulon Village, Jatitujuh District, Majalengka Regency, West Java. The method used in this study is a survey with 240 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews, while data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Patani activities in rice farming are started from land preparation, selection of rice seeds, rice seedbed, planting, maintenance, food and post-harvest. The results showed that the influence of socio-economic factors on farmer's behavior in the level of siginification was 0.05 with 0.006, Educational variable was 0.094, experience variable was 0.552, motivation variable was 0.034, acceptance variable was 0.096, media information variable was 0,000 and agricultural extension variables were of 0.010. This can be seen from the contribution of farmers in social factors by 27% of the behavior of farmers because farmers only depend on rice farming activities. The reasons for choosing to keep doing this activity are, among other things, a family business.
