درجة تطبيق عناصر الهندسة البشرية (الأرجونوميكس) وعلاقتها بمستوى السعادة التنظيمية: دراسة حالة كلية فلسطين التقنية

ملخص: هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة تطبيق عناصر الهندسة البشرية (الأرجونوميكس) ومستوى السعادة التنظيمية في كلية فلسطين التقنية من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها، والكشف عما إذا كان هناك علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 ≥α ) بين درجة تطبيق عناصر الهندسة البشرية ومستوى السعادة التنظيمية، وتحديد أثر تطبيق عناصر الهندسة البشرية في مستوى السعادة التنظيمية في كلية فلسطين التقنية من وجهة نظر العاملين، وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والرجوع للأدبيات السابقة، تم بناء استبانة مكونة من (67) فقرة موزعة على (9) مجالات، هي: الأرجونوميكس البدني، والأرجونوميكس الذهني، والأرجونوميكس البيئي، والأرجونوميكس التنظيمي، والعمليات الإدارية، ومستوى الوضع المهني، ومستوى التواصل في مكان العمل، ومستوى التفاني، ومستوى الظروف الاقتصادية، وبعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، تم تطبيقها إلكترونياً على عينة عشوائية من (150) موظفاً وموظفة، وتم استرداد (131) استبانة صالحة بنسبة استرداد (87.3%). وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة تطبيق عناصر الهندسة البشرية في الكلية كانت “متوسطة”، وبوزن نسبي (54.16%)، ومستوى السعادة التنظيمية كان “متوسطاً”، وبوزن نسبي (67.89%)، كذلك وجدت علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجة تطبيق عناصر الهندسة البشرية ومستوى السعادة التنظيمية، كما وجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين درجة تطبيق عناصر الهندسة البشرية (الأرجونوميكس) وبين مستوى السعادة التنظيمية في الكلية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الهندسة البشرية، الأرجونوميكس، السعادة التنظيمية، الكليات التقنية. Abstract The study aimed to identifying the degree of applying the human engineering elements (ergonomics) and the organizational happiness at Palestine Technical College from the perspective of its staff, and at revealing whether there is a statistically significant correlation at significance level (α≥0.05) between the degree of applying the human engineering elements and the level of organizational happiness, and determining the effect of applying the human engineering elements on the level of organizational happiness at Palestine Technical College from the perspective of its staff, and by using the descriptive and analytical approach, and referring to the related literature, a questionnaire was build consisting of (67) items distributed on (9) fields: physical ergonomics, mental ergonomics, environmental ergonomics, organizational ergonomics, administrative processes, the level of professional status, the level of communication in the workplace, the level of dedication, the level of economic conditions, and after making sure of its validity and stability, it was administered electronically to a random sample of (150) male and female employees, yielding (131) valid questionnaires with an (87.3) percent recovery rate. The study found that the degree of applying of human engineering elements was “medium” with relative weight (54.16%) and the level of organizational happiness was also “medium” with relative weight (67.89%). In addition, a statistically significant correlation was found between the degree to which human engineering elements were applied and the level of organizational satisfaction, as well as a statistically significant effect between the degree of application of human engineering elements and the degree of availability of organizational happiness dimensions. This study proposed a classification model for 125 agricultural productive units (APUs) in Tolima, Colombia, to establish whether they are related to the quality of coffee produced. The model considered two aspects related to farmer profile and farm profile. The following proposed categories resulted from the coordinate obtained in relation to the two aspects: Low-Low, High-Low, Low-High, and High-High. The variables for each aspect were prioritized using the analysis hierarchical process (AHP). The coffee’s quality, sensory profile by attribute, and specific descriptors for each category were determined employing the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) protocol. The sensory attributes were analyzed by way of one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and the Bonferroni test was used to compare by category, both with a significance level of α = 0.05. The model grouped the APUs by category and cup quality, with the High-High category achieving the best scores in the sensory analysis. The variables with the greatest relative weight within the AHP model constituted farmer stance regarding the use of good agricultural practices (44.5%) and farmer attitude toward excellence (40.6%) in the farmer’s profile. As part of the farm’s profile, environmental commitment level (38.0%) and international certifications (29.1%) were the greatest relative weights. Coffee in the High-High category was characterized by its notes of cinnamon, cocoa, chocolate, and dried vegetables.

ABSTRACT Lack of work performance is not without cause, but is influenced by many factors, one of which is compensation. At present the Indonesian government determines workers' compensation based on their respective regions, compensation which is determined based on the needs of decent living (KHL) in an area as stipulated dalam Undang-Undang No.13 tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan , The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence between compensation with work performance on the employees of the company The sample of this research is 32 employees who work are male and female employees. This study uses 2 measuring instruments, namely the compensation scale which amounts to 20 statement items with a reliability of 0.947 and a scale of work performance totaling 20 statements with a reliability of 0.896. Data were analyzed using simple regression using SPSS 21 for Window. The results showed t-hitung 7.216 while t-table 1.697 with degrees of freedom (df) = n-2 or 32-2 (n is the number of respondents) then the result was 7.216 with a level of significance (level of significance) using α = 5% or 0.05. The test found that tcount> ttable for compensation amounted to 7.216> 1.697, it can be concluded Ha was accepted, meaning that there was a significant influence between compensation on employee work performance at PT. Mulia bersaudara. The value of r (Correlation Coefficient) obtained was 0.797 and the value of r2 (Determination Coefficient) was 0.634.  Keywords: Compensation, Job Performance, Labor

The aim of the current research is to reveal the impact of the application of the quality system (9001) in controlling administrative, financial and supplies matters in the Ministry of Education, an applied study in the Directorate of Education of the Southern Jordan Valley, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive analytical method was used, and a questionnaire was developed to collect data from the study sample which consisted of (130) male and female employees working in the Directorate of Education of the Southern Jordan Valley. The research reached a set of results, the most important of which are: the level of apply the quality system came at a high degree with a means of (3.84), and the degree of controlling administrative matters was high with a means of (4.47), and the degree of controlling financial matters was high with a means of (4.26), and the degree of controlling necessary matters was high with a means of (4.09). In addition, there is a statistically significant effect at the significance level (α≤0.05) between the application of the quality system (9001) in all its dimensions (administrative responsibility, procurement, document control, and control of quality records) in controlling administrative and financial, and supplies matters in the Directorate of Education of the Southern Jordan Valley. Based on the results reached, the research recommended the need to constantly develop and update the quality system in line with the quality standards (9001) due to its clear impact on improving the performance of the Directorate of Education in the Southern Jordan Valley and its employees, and working to embody the standards and principles of the quality system (9001) in the organizational culture of the Directorate of Education of the Southern Jordan Valley, so that it becomes a major feature of the organizational culture axis and a fundamental pillar for the success of its performance and achievement of its objectives.

The study aims to examine the estimation of a sample of Palestinian University students in Gaza governorate to the contribution of teaching human sciences in their political education. It further aims to reveal whether there are statistically significant differences at a significance level (α≤ 0.05) between the averages of the sample. Such differences might be attributed to the following variables: sex, residential area, specialization. To achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive approach by applying a tool of (50) items on (618) randomly chosen male and female students from the largest Palestinian universities in the governorates of Gaza. Results have shown that: the overall degree of estimation to the contribution of teaching human sciences to political education was (68.43%), where the fields culture and political self-components ranked first with a relative weight of (72.09%), the fields awareness and political participation ranked second with a relative weight of (64.76%), and that there are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample's estimates to the degree contribution of teaching human sciences in Palestinian universities to political education. That was due to the variables of residential area and gender. However, differences were found due to the variable of specialization in favor of (Sharia sciences). Finally, the researcher recommended reformulating the contents of some human sciences in Palestinian universities, including: the problems of society, political awareness of the rights and duties, and having care about the methods of teaching human sciences that enhance the patriotism, such as the use of role-playing, simulation )modeling(.

This study aimed to identify the extent iPad’s contributed to enhance inclusion of students with visual impairment (partially) in public schools. The study used the descriptive and analytical approach. The population consisted of (160) students who received iPad device within the “vision project” implemented at UNRWA schools in Gaza strip. The study used a questionnaire prepared and adapted by the researcher, to measure degree of iPad’s contribution to inclusion in general and at three dimensions: academic, psychological, and behavioral. Results showed the level of iPad’s contribution to enhance inclusion among students with visual impairment was high, with an average of 2.70 and a relative weight 90%. Concerning the three dimensions, results showed the academic attained as average of 2.77 with relative weight 88.6%, however in the second dimension (psychological) the mean was 2.98 with relative weight 99.3%, lastly for the third dimension (behavioral), the mean was 2.67 with relative weight 89.0%. This indicated high level of iPad’s contribution to enhance inclusion of students with visual impairment at public schools specifically at UNRWA schools. The study recommended use iPads for best inclusive practices.

This paper takes a retrospective look at the issues surrounding teaching and researching in Industrial Sociology in Nigeria so as to project into the future. It discusses the challenges facing industrial sociology such as workers’ apathy towards academic research, organisation’s attitude to academic study, limited application of dominant theories, question of professional status of the discipline, and perceived worth and market value of the sub-discipline. Despite the challenges, this paper identified future prospects of the sub-discipline in a rapid expansion of the discipline, role of practitioners’ associations, the influence of globalization, contextualizing industrial sociology, and entrepreneurship education. It is argued that continued relevance of Industrial sociology in Nigeria would depend largely on critical issues such as socio-economic conditions of the workers, quality and mindset of graduate students, collaborative academic research, channels for dissemination of research findings, and utilisation of ICT services.


ملخص: هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى أثر الرضا الوظيفي في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية في مستشفى النجاة في مدينة طرابلس الليبية، وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم اختيار مجتمع الدراسة من جميع العاملين في الوظائف الإدارية والتمريض بشكل أساسي والبالغ عددهم (72) موظفًا وموظفة، واستخدمت الباحثة أسلوب الحصر الشامل لجميع أفراد مجتمع الدراسة؛ نظرًا لصغر حجم مجتمع الدراسة، حيث قامت بتوزيع استبانة الدراسة على كافة أفراد مجتمع الدراسة، وقد استجاب منهم (60) موظفًا وموظفة، أي بنسبة استجابة (83.3%)، واستخدمت الاستبانة لجمع البيانات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن درجة استجابة المبحوثين في مستشفى النجاة حول الرضا الوظيفي كانت بدرجة كبيرة جدًا وبوزن نسبي (86.9%)، وحول جودة الخدمات الصحية أيضًا حصلت على درجة موافقة مرتفعة وبوزن نسبي (78.1%)، كما توجد علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد الرضا الوظيفي وتحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية في مستشفى النجاة، وبينت النتائج وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد الرضا الوظيفي على جودة الخدمات الصحية. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة اهتمام الإدارة العليا في مستشفى النجاة بجميع أبعاد الرضا الوظيفي، والعناصر التي تُساهم في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية التي أظهرت النتائج أهميتها، وأثرها في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية في المستشفى. الكلمات المفتاحية: الرضا الوظيفي، جودة الخدمات الصحية، مستشفى النجاة. Abstract This study aimed to identify the impact of job satisfaction in improving the quality of health services at Al-Najat Hospital in the Libyan city of Tripoli. The comprehensive enumeration method for all members of the study population; Due to the small size of the study population, it distributed the study questionnaire to all members of the study community, and 60 male and female employees responded, i.e. a response rate of (83.3%), and the questionnaire was used to collect data. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The degree of response of the respondents in Al-Najat Hospital about job satisfaction was very large and with a relative weight (86.9%), and about the quality of health services also obtained a high degree of approval with a relative weight (78.1%), and there is a direct relationship Statistically significant between the dimensions of job satisfaction and improving the quality of health services in Al-Najat Hospital, and the results showed a statistically significant effect between the dimensions of job satisfaction on the quality of health services. The study recommended that the senior management at Al-Najat Hospital should pay attention to all dimensions of job satisfaction, and the elements that contribute to improving the quality of health services, the results of which showed their importance, and their impact on improving the quality of health services in the hospital. One of the factors that influence children's development is the parents' socioeconomic status. Some students are revealed to have mathematics learning outcomes that have not yet reached the Minimum Mastery Criteria (Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal or KKM).  It might occur due to the economic conditions of parents.  Therefore, the researchers desired to determine the effect of parents' socioeconomic status on the learning outcomes of students in the fifth-grade of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (Islamic Elementary School or MI) Islamiyah Karangpakel.  The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parents' socioeconomic status on student mathematics learning outcomes at Islamiyah Karangpakel.  Questionnaires and documentation were used as data collection techniques.  The study was conducted by quantitative methods with the type of expost de facto.  The study population consisted of students in the fifth grade of MI Islamiyah Karangpakel, with a total of 20 students.  The data analysis technique used Simple Linear Regression and was assisted by SPSS 16.0.  Based on the calculation of the significance level of 5%, it indicates that the influence of parents' socioeconomic status on student mathematics learning outcomes was in precentage 41,4%, or has sufficient influence while other variables or factors influence the rest.  Thus, it can be concluded that the influence of parents' social economic status influences students’ mathematics learning outcomes.
