One of the distinctive features of today is the presence in our life of substances, by-products that pose a hazard to human health, a threat to the environment, but without which the production process of other goods is impossible and we cannot imagine our existence, that is, electrical energy generation by the use of nuclear fuel, mineral fertilizers, various kinds of substances in the chemical industry from conditionally hazardous to very hazardous. All of these substances need to be transported from production site to the place of use. Therefore, the question arises, i.e., if these dangerous substances are necessary for production of other very necessary and useful goods, how to protect those people who can suffer during their manufacture, transportation and use. It turns out that the answer is almost on the surface. Generating of hazardous substance primarily raises the need to develop measures for protection against their impact, or at least minimize it. This paper analyses the issues of prevention and minimization of the dangerous substances effect on the people, environment while transporting by analyzing classes, sub-classes, categories of dangerous substances categories. The classification of dangerous substances, labels designs, guidance on their application and use are given. Rules and obligations of dangerous cargoes transportation entities are specified. In case of significant technogenic geochemical loads on agricultural landscapes, the issue of ecological forecasting of environmental management is particularly important. Scientific studies of this issue are aimed at establishing the critical values for the components of the ecosystem, the classification of technogenic sources of hazardous substances, levels of soil contamination. This study presents a research to determine the content of heavy metals in the soils of the Ryazan region (Russia) and analyzed the level of their pollution. In the experiments organic, organomineral and mineral fertilizers systems were studied. From 2002 to 2008 were conducted lysimetric experiments on detoxification of elevated pollution of sod-podzol sandy loam soil, and from 2006 to 2008 of podzolized black soil. The participation of the non-ferrous metals plant emissions was detected in the pollution of sod-podzol light in granulometric composition soils with copper of up to 80 mg·kg-1, when the average concentration of Cu in the soil was 38.8 ±6 mg·kg-1. Humification plays a significant role in the formation of soil, its most important properties and characteristics. The saturation of 1 hectare of sown area with organic was slightly different in the experiments, but the intensity of accumulation of humus from the various agrochemical means did not almost differ. The problem of adaptation of plants in the conditions of technogenic environment is of primary importance. Plants have three biobarera against the admission of toxicants, these are the soil – the root – the stem – the reproductive organs. Grain in contaminated soil is environmentally hazardous as the content of Pb is indicated at the level of 0.68, 1.17 mg·kg-1 (MPC 0.5), Cd – 0.27, 0.11 mg·kg-1 (MPC 0.1), Zn – 76 mg·kg-1 (50 MPC). Use of fertilizing systems had a mostly positive effect, but products do not always become environmentally friendly.

Ikan asin adalah metode untuk pengawetan makanan menggunakan kombinasi penggaraman dan pengeringan matahari. Di kalangan masyarakat, pembuatan ikan asin banyak menggunakan bahan kimia berbahaya seperti formalin. Penambahan bahan berbahaya mempengaruhi kualitas terutama keamanan. Makanan yang aman didefinisikan sebagai makanan yang terbebas dari cemaran biologi, kimia, mikrobiologi, yang dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan. Karbon aktif diduga bersifat polar yang mampu mengadsorpsi formalin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian karbon aktif dalam mengurangi cemaran formalin pada “jambal roti”. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan untuk percobaan yaitu Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) 2 faktorial, dengan faktor pertama yaitu konsentrasi karbon aktif 0, 3, dan 6% serta perlakuan kedua yaitu lama perebusan selama 5, 10, dan 15 menit. Penelitian ini dimulai dari pembuatan “jambal roti” dengan penambahan formalin dan perebusan dengan karbon aktif kemudian dianalisis uji kadar formalin, NaCl, protein, dan air. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi karbon aktif dan lama perebusan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan pada kualitas jambal roti. Semakin tinggi konsentrasi karbon aktif dan lama perebusan maka semakin berkurangnya kadar formalin pada jambal roti. Hasil terbaik penelitian ini adalah karbon aktif 6% dan lama perebusan 15 menit. Menghasilkan formalin 3.21 ppm, NaCl 9.40%, protein 42.00%, dan air 30.02%. Kata kunci: Karbon Aktif, Formalin, Jambal Roti, Lama Perebusan. ABSTRACT                 Salted fish was a method for food preservation using combination of salting and sun drying. Among the people, the manufacture of salted fish use hazardous chemical material such as formaldehyde. The addition of hazardous substances affects the quality especially the safety. Safe food define as food that free from biological, chemical, microbiological contaminants that can affect health. Active carbon suspected to be polar which able to adsorb formaldehyde. The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of active carbon in reducing formaldehyde in salted fish “jambal roti”. The research used completely randomized design (CRD) with 2 factors, the first factor was the concentration of active carbon 0, 3, and 6% and the second was the boiling time (for 5, 10, and 15 min). This research was started from making “jambal roti” with the addition of formaldehyde and boiling with active carbon then analyzed for formaldehyde content, NaCl, protein, and moisture. The result showed that the concentration of active carbon and boiling time had a significant effect in quality salted fish “jambal roti”. The higher the concentration of active carbon and boiling time the more formaldehyde in “jambal roti” were removed. The best results of the research was 6% active carbon and 15 min of boiling time. Resulting 3.21 ppm of formaldehyde, 9.40% of NaCl, 42.00% of protein, and 30.02% of moisture. Keywords: Active Carbon, Formaldehyde, Jambal Roti, Boiling Time

Along with the development of society and economy, domestic tourism activities is rapidly increased, accompanied by increasing environmental problems brought by the tourism activities is becoming more and more brought to the attention of the people, if our country want to realize the sustainable development of tourism industry, we must replace the old development model to Eco-tourism to meet the needs of tourism and environment. Through qualitative analysis, this paper analyzed the characteristics of the Eco-tourism, and the classification of domestic ecological tourist resources to comb, and put forward some suggestions on developing Eco-tourism, hoping to provide a reference for the development of the domestic Eco-tourism.

The supply of electrical energy in Tarakan City, North Kalimantan, still relies on diesel power which uses a limited number of petroleum energy sources. There is a need for research related to renewable energy sources that have the potential to become alternative energy for the people of Tarakan City. Water is an energy source that has great potential to generate electricity. The energy source that should be taken into account is micro-hydro which can be used as a Micro-hydro Power Plant (PLTMH). A survey of micro-hydro sources in Tarakan City, precisely in the Karungan area, East Mamburungan Village, has been carried out with the direct measurement method of water discharge and the relationship with the power generated. The result shows the water source has a discharge 0.00034 m3/ s, the water velocity of 0.035 m/s and generates power only up to 1.1 watts. Based on the power obtained, the water source in this place cannot be used as a source of micro-hydro energy, but has the potential as a source of pico-hydro energy.

This study is a lexicostatistical study that aims to classify words that are related statistically to classify similarities. This research is focused on Banggoi and Hoti languages spoken by the people in West Bula District, East Seram Regency, Maluku Province. The aim is to determine the kinship classification of Banggoi and Hoti languages and determine the time of separation between the two languages. The method used is quantitative and qualitative methods with data collection techniques using direct observation, listening, note-taking, and recording methods. The results showed that Banggoi language and Hoti language have kinship with percentage of 31.5%. Based on this percentage, the two languages are at the stok/family kinship level. The existence of this kinship is influenced by geographical proximity, while the time of separation of the two languages is estimated at 1,170 years ago. Kajian ini merupakan kajian leksikostatistik yang bertujuan mengelompokkan kata-kata yang berkerabat dengan mengelompokkan persamaan secara statistik. Peneltian ini difokuskan pada bahasa Banggoi dan bahasa Hoti yang ditutukan oleh masyarakat yang ada di Kecamatan Bula Barat, Kabupaten Seram Bagian Timur, Provinsi Maluku. Tujuan kajian adalah untuk mengetahui klasifikasi kekerabatan bahasa Banggoi dan bahasa Hoti dan menentukan waktu pisah dari kedua bahasa tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan  metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik  observasi langsung, simak, catat, dan perekaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa antara bahasa Banggoi dan bahasa Hoti memilki kekerabatan dengan persentase 31,5%. Berdasarkan persentase tersebut maka kedua bahasa tersebut berada pada tingkat kekerabatan stok/rumpun.  Adanya kekerabatan bahasa Banggoi dan bahasa Hoti karena dipengaruhi oleh letak geografi yang berdekatan dan  waktu pisah kedua bahasa tersebut diperkirakan pada 1.170 tahun  yang lalu.

Abstract In modern world, to spread the confusion and panic among the people terrorist can use biological weapon. In such Bioterrorism attack health professionals plays a key role. This paper reviews the historical aspect, definition, classification of bioterrorism agents and the role of dentistry in such catastrophic event.


The classification of human geographical subjects, their common and distinctive features has been noted. The place of geography of religion in the system of human geographical sciences has been traced. The object and subject of study of geography of religion has been identified. The regional investigations of sphere of religion have been analysed and approaches to its study have been systemized. Counterfeit note has a disastrous impact on a country’s economy. The circulation of such fake notes not only diminishes the value of genuine note but also results in inflation. The feasible solution to this burning issue is to create awareness about the counterfeit notes among public and to equip them with a technology to detect fake notes on their own. Though there exist numerous research articles on detection of fake notes, they are not handy. The reason for this could be the unavailability or unaffordability in acquiring the equipment for the same. This paper proposes an approach whose implementation can easily be deployed on a smart phone and hence anyone with access to them can use the application to detect the fake notes. The proposed approach consists of the processing phases including image procurement, pre-processing, data augmentation, feature extraction and classification. ₹500 notes are considered for experimentation analysis. Out of 17 distinctive features, 3 such from the obverse side are considered to evaluate the genuineness of the note. Siamese neural network is employed to build a model for effective classification of the notes. The performance of the proposed approach is evaluated at 85% with respect to accuracy.

A multiplicidade e variedade dos serviços ministeriais que se fazem presentes na celebração litúrgica do povo de Deus é elemento chave na compreensão da comunidade cristã, pois os ministérios, em definitivo, exprimem e definem a própria realidade da Igreja. A inteira assembléia é ministerial porque a Igreja mesma é toda ministerial. E esta ministerialidade se expressa na liturgia através da diversidade de funções e ofícios que cada um é chamado a desempenhar. Ao contrário do que quase sempre sucede no mundo, porém, a hierarquia de funções na Igreja não denota prestígio e nem pode conduzir à acepção de pessoas. Ancorada na mais pura linha evangélica, deve ela indicar compromisso cristão e serviço fraterno em total doação a Deus e aos irmãos. Para uma reflexão sobre esta importante realidade eclesial, que a partir sobretudo do Concílio Vaticano II a Igreja tem aprofundado e se esforçado em viver, empreenderemos a seguir, ancorados em alguns textos litúrgicos, um estudo a respeito dos ministérios presentes no momento celebrativo da comunidade cristã. Publicamos aqui a primeira parte do artigo.ABSTRACT: The multiplicity and variety of ministerial services which are present in a liturgical celebration of the People of God is a key element in the understanding of the Christian community, since ministries, of themselves, express and define the very reality of the Church. The entire assembly is ministerial because the Church itself is all ministerial. And this ministeriality expresses itself in the liturgy through the diversity of functions and offices which each one is called on to fulfill. Contrary to what almost always happens in the world, however, the hierarchy of functions in the Church does not denote prestige, nor can it lead to the classification of persons. Anchored in the purest evangelical tradition, it should indicate Christian commitment and fraternal service in total self-giving to God and to others. For a reflection on this important ecclesial reality, which, especially from the Second Vatican Council, the Church has struggled to live out, we undertake a study – anchored in some liturgical texts – of the ministries present in the celebrative moment of the Christian community. We publish here the first part of the article.

The paper contains an analysis of the existing types of outsourcing. It is demonstrated that outsourcing can be analyzed from managerial and economical points of view. A classification of types of outsourcing based on their economical nature is proposed. Distinctive features of outsourcing are put in evidence. Models of interaction between companies in case of outsourcing are described.
