The advancement of a more sophisticated period forces us to keep up with the times, especially as we approach the fourth industrial revolution, in which practically all activities rely on technological systems to assist and facilitate people in their daily lives. In the same way, an educational institution must stay up with contemporary events. Blockchain is one of the various technical systems that have arisen in recent years. Blockchain is a technology system for recording digital transaction data that is connected by cryptography and managed by a collection of computers.

The development of an era that is increasingly sophisticated makes us have to keep up with the times, especially since we will enter the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, where almost all activities use technological systems that help and facilitate people in everyday life. Likewise with an educational institution that must keep up with the current developments. There are so many technological systems that have emerged today and one of the systems is Blockchain. Blockchain is a technology system for recording digital transaction data that is connected through cryptography managed by a group of computers, Blockchain is very helpful because transactions are made easier because they no longer require intermediaries. Looking at the Blockchain itself, it feels quite right to be applied on campus, because one of the advantages of Blockchain is that it is transparent, where every data transaction is carried out without the intervention of others without third parties, this technology is easy to cost, low cost and fast transactions.

AbstrakTren penggunaan sistem digital berbasis internet merupakan salah satu karakteristik kehadiran era revolusi industri ke empat. Adanya kesenjangan digital khususnya di Indonesia menjadi permasalahan tersendiri. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menggali sejauhmana pengalaman partisipan terhadap penggunaan sistem digital berbasis internet di lingkungan kerja dan pendidikan; dan mengetahui harapan individu bagi pengembangan penggunaan sistem digital berbasis internet di masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi  yang fokus pada esensi pemahaman tentang pengalaman individu. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam kepada 2 orang partisipan dan jajak pendapat pertanyaan setengah terbuka (open-ended quesionnaire) kepada 41 orang partisipan baik di lingkungan kerja maupun instansi pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengalaman positif dan negatif dalam menggunakan sistem digital berbasis internet. Kondisi ini dipengaruhi oleh besarnya keinginan menggunakan sistem digital berbasis internet yang tidak diingiri dengan optimalisasi penerapan sistem teknikal dan kemampuan dalam literasi digital.  AbstractThe trend of the application of internet-based digital system is one of the characteristics of the emergence of the fourth industrial revolution era. The presence of digital gap especially in Indonesia has become a particular issue. This research is aimed to discover how far the experiences of participants regarding the utilization of internet-based digital system for in work and education environments; and to discover the hopes of individuals for future development of internet-based digital system. This research was using qualitative approach through phenomenological method which focused on the essence of understanding regarding individual experiences. Data were collected through depth interview towards 2 participants and open-ended questionnaire towards 41 participants either in work environment or educational institution. The research results have indicated that there are positive and negative experiences in the application of internet-based digital system. Positive experiences occur from high benefits which acquired from the application of internet-based digital system. While negative experiences occur from the high desire to use internet-based digital system which not adjusted to the optimization of technical system implementation, the policy digital system application and the capability in digital literacy. These condition become the hope of individuals for internet-based digital system in the future.

With the developments in technology and innovation, the manufacturing, workforce, training, and educational systems were affected. Facing the fourth industrial revolution, academics are researching the possible changes that might arise in education and skills of the future workforce. As the workplace develops, new competencies will surface. With this context in mind, the authors initiated this research. A detailed questionnaire was prepared as a pilot study to comprehend students' views on the use of technology in classrooms and its impact on their learning experience and engagement. Knowledge of their views allowed the authors to draw inferences as to the skills and competencies of future students and whether they would match Industry 4.0. Furthermore, a gap analysis was conducted, whereby the existing situation at a Canadian higher educational institution was compared to the desired situation, and recommendations were put forward.

The era of the industrial revolution 4.0, accompanied by the advancement of information and communication tools today, is both an opportunity and a challenge for Islamic educational institutions to progress and develop. If an Islamic educational institution does not improve and does not respond well to the flow of development, it will be eroded by time (abandoned by the community). The purpose of writing this article is to reconstruct the transformative leadership model in creating the ideal institutional development of Islamic education. This research is in the form of a descriptive qualitative form using content analysis methods to find its relevance to the transformative leadership model in the world of Islamic education today. The results of this study are transformative leadership is one of the leadership styles that need to be applied in the development of Islamic educational institutions. So that it can make a change or innovation that can respond to the development of the times followed by the development and development of information tools and technology. Islamic educational institutions that cannot improve "writhing" in response to the times or are only managed traditionally "Tombo Ati", will be crushed by the times or abandoned by the community.

A society’s reality should be reflected in education, that is, educational methods need to keep up with the times. The purpose of this research is to examine the educational methods for the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in the education system of Korea. The sample of the research targeted the Korean education system from 1960 to the present in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. A literature review and a descriptive approach were applied to analyze the sample, and the findings indicate that the education system of Korea may be classified into three stages from 1960 to the present. The first stage was nationalism, driven by the government, from 1960 to 1994; the second stage was liberalism, which emphasized autonomy, from 1995 to 2015; and the third stage was creativity for the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, from 2016 to the present. These results indicate that the education stages of nationalism and liberalism still exist in Korea and that past education methods, such as mass education, have not been replaced. The Fourth Industrial Revolution requires fusion and collaboration in the education sector, and a personalized learning system, which values individual talents, experiences and aptitudes, will expectedly be a crucial factor in determining the educational methods of Korea in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, as this research suggests.Key words: collaboration; creativity; fusion; mass education; personalized learning system. --- Obrazovne potrebe trebaju odražavati stvarnost društva, a obrazovne metode ići u korak s vremenom. Cilj je ovoga istraživanja ispitati obrazovne metode u vremenu četvrte industrijske revolucije u obrazovnom sustavu Koreje. Uzorkom istraživanja obuhvaćen je korejski obrazovni sustav od 1960. do danas, u kontekstu četvrte industrijske revolucije. Za analizu uzorka korišteni su pregled literature i deskriptivni pristup. Rezultati pokazuju da se u obrazovnom sustavu Koreje od 1960. do danas mogu razlikovati tri stadija: prvi je nacionalizam, potaknut od strane vlade, od 1960. do 1994. godine; drugi je liberalizam, koji je naglašavao autonomiju, od 1995. do 2015. i treći, kreativnost tijekom četvrte industrijske revolucije, od 2016. do danas. Rezultati ovoga istraživanja pokazuju da su obrazovni stadiji nacionalizma i liberalizma još uvijek prisutni u Koreji i da obrazovne metode prošlosti, poput masovnoga obrazovanja, nisu prevladane. Četvrta industrijska revolucija zahtijeva stapanje i suradnju unutar obrazovnoga sektora, a očekuje se da personalizirani sustav učenja, koji vrednuje pojedinačne talente, iskustva i sklonosti, bude obrazovna metoda budućnosti korejskoga obrazovanja. Stoga, ovo istraživanje pokazuje da će personalizirani sustav učenja biti odlučujući čimbenik u određivanju obrazovnih metoda Koreje u periodu četvrte industrijske revolucije. The fourth industrial revolution (Industry 4.0) has become a major topic worldwide. The era of Industry 4.0 stimulates the advancement of science and technology through the Internet of Things (IoT), the Internet of Services (IoS), the Internet of Data (IoD) and Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) which resulting in the creation of smart machines or autonomous robots. The era of Industry 4.0 gets rapid response worldwide, Indonesia is no exception. The Indonesian government appeals to the nation of Indonesia technology literacy in all aspects, especially on the aspect of education. Higher education is the driving force for change. One of the efforts undertaken by universities to prepare for the fourth industrial revolution can be done by character strengthening, so that science is not value-free and there is no statement that human as a robot with no conscience. Islamic religious education plays an important role in controlling the power of Industry 4.0 through character education. The result of this research is that character building is not only done in a formal education (educational institution), but non-formal education (parents, friends, and organization) also gives a big impact to the students. In facing the era of Industry 4.0, the character building from parents, educational institutions and government are needed.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution from the forecasted phenomena becomes a reality of today. The introduction of information modeling technologies in construction is in accordance with the spirit of the times and thcMe opportunity to move from the lagging sectors to the advanced ones. Such a transition is accompanied by socio-psychological aspects, connected, first of all, with the features of interaction in human society. The technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the risks associated with them in comparison with modern building trends are considered, the difficulties in applying BIM technologies in the sociopsychological context are indicated, and preventive measures are proposed to prevent such difficulties through changing the ways of organizing joint activities of construction companies around a unified information model.
