The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Job Insecurity, Job Satisfaction, JobStress on Turnover Intention at PT BPR Artha Prima Perkasa. This study used a quantitative method bydistributing questionnaires to 32 employees who work at PT BPR Artha Prima Perkasa. Samples weretaken by saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis,namely reliability test and validity test, classic assumption test, T test and F test, coefficient ofdetermination and multiple linear regression analysis.Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that: Job Insecurity variable has a significanteffect on Turnover Intention with T sig value of 0,000 <0,05, job satisfaction variable shows no effect onTurnover Intention with T sig value of 0,624 <0,05 and Job stress has a significant effect on TurnoverIntention with a T sig value of 0,000 <0,05. Based on the F test calculation, together with Job Insecurity,Job Satisfaction, Job Stress has a significant effect on Turnover Intention with F sig 0,000 <0,05.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress and organizational climate on turnover intention through job satisfaction of sales employees of PT. XYZ distribution in West Jakarta. This research method uses quantitative research. The population in this study were all sales employees of PT. XYZ distribution in West Jakarta. The sample used in this study uses probability sampling techniques by means of sampling the simple random sampling method. Then the sample size used in this study were 279 sales employees. The data analysis method used in this study was path analysis with the help of the SPSS version 25.0 program. The results showed that job stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational climate has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Job stress on turnover intention through job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect. And organizational climate on turnover intention through job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect

The objectives of this study are: (1) To analyze the Effect of Job Stress, Career Development and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention in PT PKSS and (2) To analyze the significant influence between Job Stress, Career Development and Employee Engagement simultaneously / Jointly towards Turnover Intention at PT PKSS. This research uses a quantitative method with a sample of all employees at PT PKSS, amounting to 98 people. The analysis technique used is Part Least Square Analysis (PLS). While the variables in this study are: (1) job stress, (2) career development, (3) employee engagement, and (4) turnover intention. The results of this study include: (1) Job stress has a significant effect on employee engagement with a T-Statistic value of 5,481, (2) Career development has a significant effect on employee engagement with a T-Statistic value of 4,909, (3) Work stress has a significant effect on turnover intention with a T-value Statistics of 3.071, (4) Career development has a significant effect on turnover intention with a T-Statistic value of 5.526, and (5) Employee employee variable can mediate jointly from the effect of work stress and career development on turnover intention. Can be proven by the analysis of VAF (Variance Accounted For) value calculation above, it can prove hypothesis 8 that employee engagement variable (Y1) can mediate the effect of work stress variables and career development together on turnover intention of 21.15%.

The purpose of the research is to test the effect of job satisfaction, affective commitment, and work stress on turnover intention. Samples taken were 95 respondents using the Slovin method. Data analysis method using multiple linear regression test. This study found that job satisfaction had no effect on turnover intention, affective commitment had no effect on turnover intention, and work stress has a significant positive effect on turnover intention.

Turnover intention will affect the performance and sustainability of the company for the future. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of job insecurity and job satisfaction toward turnover intention. The research was conducted at Hotel Grand Zuri Kuta, Badung regency, Bali. The number of respondents in use as many as 75 employees by using the census method. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data collecting through, questionnaires and interviews. The results showed that job insecurity had positive and significant effect on turnovrer intention, and job satisfaction had negative and significant effect on turnover intention. To lower the turnover intention rate it is important to pay attention to safety and comfort in working. Therefore it is very necessary to minimize the threats of cyclical and psychological to employees because it will impact on performance and also a strong reference to minimize turnover intention. In addition to job security (job insecurity) job satisfaction is also a strong reference in mempenguruh intention turnover intention. Therefore it is very important to pay attention to job satisfaction from employees to high employee satisfaction level, thus will show the positive level of employees, both to the work and environment. ABSTRACT This study to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction and Job Stress on Turnover Intention. The object of this research is PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk Central Jakarta Area. This research is a causal associative research using quantitative approach done to 86 respondents. This study explains the influence and influence of the variables to be studied, using multiple linear regression analysis method. From the results of this study showed that the variable of Job Satisfaction Not Significant To Turnover Intention. Contracting and outsourcing systems in a company certainly have a significant impact on the employment relationship between employees and companies. For employees, uncertainty can cause employees to be reluctant to make changes. With this, the intensity of the emergence of job insecurity is getting higher. The future of employees in the organization is increasingly uncertain and questionable. Job insecurity in the company will automatically affect the psychological condition of the workers and can cause stress. Besides stress, Job insecurity is also one of the causes of turnover intentions for an employee which will certainly affect the employee's performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of job insecurity on job stress, performance and turnover intention. The research samples were sales employees of the Micro Cluster 1 and 2 PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk in Samarinda area. Data analysis using SEM-PLS. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of job insecurity on job stress and turnover intention, and a negative and significant effect of job insecurity, job stress and turnover intention on performance. Bagi para karyawan, ketidakpastian (uncertainty) dapat menyebabkan karyawan enggan untuk melakukan perubahan. Dengan adanya hal tersebut, maka intensitas munculnya job insecurity menjadi semakin tinggi. Masa depan karyawan di dalam organisasi semakin tidak menentu dan dipertanyakan. Job insecurity yang ada di perusahaan otomatis akan mempengaruhi kondisi psikologis pekerjanya dan dapat menimbulkan stres. Selain stress, job insecurity juga merupakan salah satu penyebab timbulnya keinginan berpindah (turnover intentions) seorang karyawan yang pastinya akan mempengaruhi kinerja dari karyawan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh job insecurityterhadap stress kerja, kinerja dan turnover intention. Sampel penelitian adalah karyawan sales Unit Mikro Cluster 1 dan 2 PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk area Samarinda. Analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan job Insecurity terhadap stress kerja dan turnover intention, serta adanya pengaruh negatif dan signifikan job Insecurity, stress kerja dan turnover intention terhadap kinerja. The study aims to analyze and prove the hypothesis regarding the effect of work discipline and work stress on employee performance through mediating job satisfaction. Case studies were carried out on Indomobil Nissan-Datsun Solobaru employees. Sampling uses census sampling techniques. All respondent populations were sampled with 55 people. Data analysis technique using PLS with WarpPLS 6.0 program. The findings of this study, namely work discipline and work stress have a significant influence on the positive direction of job satisfaction. Job stress and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the positive direction of employee performance. Work discipline does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction is able to be a mediator variable in perfect influence of work discipline on employee performance. Job satisfaction is able to become a variable mediator partially the influence of work stress on employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of job stress and organizational climate on turnover intention. In addition, this study also tries to prove whether job satisfaction can be used as an intervening variable in the research model. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. This research was conducted on the employees of STMIK STIE Mikroskil. The sample selection using proportional random sampling technique shows that the research sample is 95 people. The data analysis method used in this research is path analysis which is carried out with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that job stress and organizational climate have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at STMIK STIE Mikroskil. Job stress has no effect on turnover intention, while organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction has no effect on turnover intention. Meanwhile, the intervening variable, namely job satisfaction, is not able to interview the effect of job stress and organizational climate on turnover intention of STMIK STIE Mikroskil employees. The Purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of compensation and job satification variables toward the employee turnover intention on Pizza Hut Palu. Sample size used in this study were 53 respondents, the entire population used as respondents (census). The data analysis method used was multiple inearregression used for windows relation 25.0. The results of this study indicate that the compensation and job satisfaction variables of Pizza Hut Palu employee turnover demands, the compensation variable partially has a significant relationship to the Pizza Hut Palu employee turnover intention variable and the job satisfaction variable is significantly significant to the Pizza Hut Palu employee turnover intention. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan menentukan pengaruh variabel kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap intensi turnover karyawan pada Pizza Hut Palu. Ukuran sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 53 responden, seluruh populasi dijadikan responden (sensus). Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda yang digunakan untuk hubungan Windows 25.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja secara serempak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention karyawan Pizza Hut Palu, variabel kompensasi secara parsial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel turnover intention karyawan Pizza Hut Palu dan variabel kepuasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan Pizza Hut Palu.

This study aims to examine the Influence of Job Insecurity, Job Satisfaction and Job Stress on Turnover Intention with Organitational Commitment as Intervening Variable.This research uses a quantitive approach with a survey method. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The population in this study amounted 291 employees and the sample used amounted 75 employees of PT Lumina Packaging. Technical data analysis using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with Warppls 5.0 software. The result of this research found that Job Insecurity have a direct and significant  effect on Turnover Intention by 28%, Job Satisfaction have a direct and significant effect on Turnover Intention by 41%, Job Stress have a direct and significant effect on Turnover Intention by 19%, Job Insecurity have a direct and significant effect on Organitational Commitment by 24%, Job Satisfaction have a direct and significant effect on Organitational Commitment by 19%, Job Stress have a direct and significant effect on Organitational Commitment by 20%, and Organitational Commitment have a direct and significant effect on Turnover Intention by 23%. Job Insecurity have an indirect effect on Turnover Intention through Organitational Commitment as an intervening variable by 47%, Job Satisfaction have an indirect effect on Turnover Intention through Organitational Commitment as an intervening variable 42%, Job Stress have an indirect effect on Turnover Intention through Organitational Commitment as an intervening variable by 43%.
