This study aims to determine the effect of job stress and organizational climate on turnover intention. In addition, this study also tries to prove whether job satisfaction can be used as an intervening variable in the research model. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. This research was conducted on the employees of STMIK STIE Mikroskil. The sample selection using proportional random sampling technique shows that the research sample is 95 people. The data analysis method used in this research is path analysis which is carried out with the help of SPSS software. The results showed that job stress and organizational climate have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at STMIK STIE Mikroskil. Job stress has no effect on turnover intention, while organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction has no effect on turnover intention. Meanwhile, the intervening variable, namely job satisfaction, is not able to interview the effect of job stress and organizational climate on turnover intention of STMIK STIE Mikroskil employees. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress and organizational climate on turnover intention through job satisfaction of sales employees of PT. XYZ distribution in West Jakarta. This research method uses quantitative research. The population in this study were all sales employees of PT. XYZ distribution in West Jakarta. The sample used in this study uses probability sampling techniques by means of sampling the simple random sampling method. Then the sample size used in this study were 279 sales employees. The data analysis method used in this study was path analysis with the help of the SPSS version 25.0 program. The results showed that job stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational climate has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Job stress on turnover intention through job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect. And organizational climate on turnover intention through job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect

This study aims to determine and analyze the effects of compensation, job stress andmotivation on job satisfaction. The method used is survey and sampling technique used isnonprobability sampling with saturated sampling. Population in this research is permanentemployee of Health Office Karawang with sample counted 100 respondent. Data analysisused in this research is using Partial Least Square (PLS). The implication of this research isto improve employee job satisfaction, the management of Karawang Health Office needs toprioritize policies related to job satisfaction. In an effort to improve employee job satisfaction,management needs to prioritize policies related to compensation, job stress and motivation.To improve employee job satisfaction, management also needs to pay attention to othersupporting factors such as organizational culture, work environment, organizational climate,organizational commitment and other factors not examined. It should be noted in order toimprove employee morale and progress of the company

This research was conducted to analyze the influence of HR competence and organizational climate on work motivation, the influence of HR competence, organizational climate, and work motivation on job satisfaction, and work motivation as a mediation for the influence of HR competence and organizational climate on job satisfaction. Descriptive research method with a quantitative approach to causality was used. Simple random sampling technique and Slovin formula were used to determine the number of respondents and obtained 167 respondents. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale. The path analysis method and the Sobel test with the help of SPSS software were used to test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that human resource competence and organizational climate have a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Organizational climate and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while HR competencies do not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Then work motivation can mediate the relationship between HR competencies on job satisfaction and the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction.

Turnover intention is very much avoided by companies because it can create instability for labor conditions in the company. Turnover intention can be caused by factors of age, length of work, environmental factors, job stress, and job satisfaction. Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve has made various efforts to ensure employee job satisfaction, however, there are many complaints that employees experience regarding workloads that are felt to be quite heavy, causing work stress. Overall, the culinary division has the highest turnover rate compared to other divisions. The population and sample in this study were 50 employees of the culinary division. Methods of data collection using interviews, questionnaires, documentation and observation. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of multiple linear regression obtained the equation Y = 0.655 - 0.246X1 + 0.399X2. Based on the t test, job satisfaction partially has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention and job stress partially has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. The results of the determination analysis show that simultaneously job satisfaction and job stress have a contribution of 47% to turnover intention.

Turnover can also be defined as the movement of workers out of the organization. Turnover refers to the final reality faced by an organization in the form of the number of employees who leave the organization in a certain period, while the desire of employees to move (turnover intentions) refers to the results of individual evaluations regarding the continuation of relationships with the organization that have not been manifested in definite actions to leave the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Compensation on Turnover Intention, Knowing the effect of Non-Financial Compensation on Turnover Intention and Knowing the effect of Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention. In this study, sample selection was carried out using purposive sampling method. The purposive sampling method is a sampling technique with certain considerations. The sample in the study was selected using purposive sampling and obtained 65 samples. Based on the research results, financial compensation has no significant positive effect on the dependent variable, namely Turnover intention (Y), non-financial compensation has no effect on the dependent variable, namely Turnover intention (Y) and Job Satisfaction has no effect on the dependent variable, namely Turnover intention.

<p>Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh variabel stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja pada turnover intention karyawan tetap bagian produksi. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 86 responden, menggunakan metode Slovin dengan teknik probability sampling dengan jenis proportionate random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan pada turnover intention. Kemudian, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan, bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada turnover intention karyawan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Implikasi manajerial yang bisa dilakukan adalah dengan pengurangan tingkat stres karyawan dan membuat program untuk tujuan menekan turnover intention, seperti kesempatan promosi dan meningkatkan reward karyawan.</p><p> </p><p>The purpose of this study conducted to examine the effect of work stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention of employee in production department. The sample was 86 respondent, using Slovin method with proportionate random sampling technique. The result showed that job stress has a positive effect on turnover intention while job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention. This study conclude that job stress has positive and significant impact on employee turnover intention and job satisfaction significantly and negatively related to turnover intention of employees. Therefore, it is recommended to managerial level people to reduce stress levels in employees and to create a program for pressing turnover intention, such as promotional opportunities and improve employee rewards.</p>

ABSTRACT This study to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction and Job Stress on Turnover Intention. The object of this research is PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk Central Jakarta Area. This research is a causal associative research using quantitative approach done to 86 respondents. This study explains the influence and influence of the variables to be studied, using multiple linear regression analysis method. From the results of this study showed that the variable of Job Satisfaction Not Significant To Turnover Intention. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance with job stress as a mediating variable. The subjects used in this study were employees at PT. XYZ. PT. XYZ is a multinational real estate company. The number of samples taken in this study were 75 respondents. The data obtained was carried out from the results of distributing questionnaires through google form using purposive sampling technique. Processing of the collected data is carried out with the SmartPLS program. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on job stress, and job stress has a significant negative effect on employee performance. Also, job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance. However, job stress can mediate the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. This research shows that in order to improve employee performance, companies need to pay attention to employee job satisfaction in order to reduce employee work stress levels. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Stres Kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT. XYZ. PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan di bidang real estate berskala multinasional. Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 75 responden. Data yang diperoleh dilakukan dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Pengolahan data yang telah terkumpul dilakukan dengan program SmartPLS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja, dan Stres Kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Serta, Kepuasan Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Akan tetapi, Stres Kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk dapat meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan, perusahaan perlu memperhatikan Kepuasan Kerja karyawan agar dapat menurunkan tingkat Stres Kerja karyawan.

Employees have a big role in fulfilling fluency in the field of organization. Organizations need human resources to develop their businesses. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of competence, work discipline, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Nasatech Sukses Abadi Medan. The phenomenon of performance instability that can be seen from the achievement of the company's targets caused by lack of competence and employee work discipline and a decrease in employee job satisfaction is the background of this study. The research method used is a quantitative approach, the type of research is quantitative descriptive, and the nature of this study is descriptive explanatory. The data analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique uses the saturation sampling method. The study sample was 83 employees. The results of this study prove the existence of a significant and positive influence on competence, work discipline, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Nasatech Sukses Abadi Medan. AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine a description of the work environment, job stress and job satisfaction of PT Denko Wahana Industri employees, to test and analyze the effect of work environment on job satisfaction of employees of PT Denko Wahana Industri, to test and analyze the effect of job stress on employee job satisfaction. PT Denko Wahana Industri. This study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method to analyze data. The research model used in this research is descriptive explanatory. This study was conducted on 154 employees, with a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used a survey method, namely distributing questionnaires which were then processed by the SmartPLS 3.3.3 program. The results of PLS show that there is a significant influence on the work environment and job stress on employee job satisfaction.Keywords: work environment, job stress, and job satisfaction, PT Denko Wahana Industri
