Animal husbandry complexes are sources of air pollution. In terms of the impact on the environment, the impact of large animal husbandry complexes is comparable to the impact of industrial facilities. In the area where animal husbandry complexes and poultry farms are located, the air is polluted with microorganisms, dust, ammonia and other animal products that often have unpleasant odors. Environmental safety is the most important component of the agri-food policy of the modern Russian state, because they directly affect the quality of life and health of the population. The purpose of this work is to assess the impact of the animal husbandry complex on the atmospheric air. An assessment was made, relevant conclusions were drawn, and measures for environmental protection were proposed.

Atmospheric air consist of mixtures of gases composed mainly of nitrogen and oxygen with small proportion of carbon, noble gases and water vapor essential for the sustenance of life on earth. Anthropogenic activities in diverse ways may threaten the quality of atmospheric air and impairs its quality on life. The introduction of any chemical, physical, or biological agent into the atmosphere, in quantities large enough to produce harmful effect to man and its surrounding environment calls for concern. Therefore, an assessment is needed on air quality and on this basis; air quality test was carried out at the mining site at Agalagu Alike in Ikwo Local Government Area of Ebonyi State, and the results collated indicated lesser air pollution across the mine site, except NO2 and SO2. Although the level of NO2 concentration in the study location can be attributed to the activities of mining going on in that area. It was also observed from the results collated that the particulate matter at the study location and immediate environment was very low, which could result from the season of the year (wet season) which the analysis was carried out. Other pollutants like NH3, H2S VOC, and CO were not detected within the coordinates studied in the location. The level of O2 within the location was found to be the same across all the sampling points, with a value of 20.9.

The main task of animal husbandry is to obtain large volumes of products: increasing the weight gain of cows and milk yields in a short time at minimal cost. The existing feeding standards for cattle are based on the use of Class 1 feed. In farms, most feed contains a low concentration of nutrients, the feeding of which does not allow to maintain the standard ratio of the diet. The quality of milk is not only of economic importance, which determines the profitability and competitiveness of dairy products in the market, but also of social significance, which is associated with the impact on human health. The most important factor determining the quality of milk and its suitability for further processing is the fullness of animal feeding: the energy value of the feed ration, the ratio of basic nutrients. The article presents data on the effect of the feed additive "Furor" based on fulvic acid, developed by LLC "Esson", which.

The myostatin (MSTN) gene is a negative regulator of animal muscle growth and development. This gene not only inhibits muscle cell growth and reduces fat accumulation but also exerts a significant effect on back fat thickness, birth weight and carcass traits. MSTN gene mutation, an important factor that influences economic traits, directly affects the growth and development of animals and consequently the quality of animal products. This paper reviews the structural and functional characteristics of the MSTN gene. The genetic variation of the MSTN gene is then compared among four domestic animals (cattle, sheep, goat and pig) and its correlation with important economic traits is analysed. The mechanism and structural characteristics of MSTN gene mutants are further discussed. This paper provides explication on the application of MSTN gene research in breeding and its importance to the advancement of animal husbandry.

The article analyzes the impact of the introduction of standardization and voluntary certification to improve the quality of veterinary medicines, feeds, feed additives and premixes. In terms of increased competition, both domestic and global markets, you need to look for new ways to improve the quality of products for veterinary medicine and animal husbandry. The competitiveness of the enterprise depends, first of all, on the ability of the business entity to meet the needs of consumers at relatively minimal cost. In improving the quality of veterinary products, a particularly important role is played by its standardization and certification, the basic legal and organizational principles of which are regulated by the Law of Ukraine «On Standardization». However, companies that carry out standardization of products, in addition to the aforementioned law, should be guided more by such regulations: the Law of Ukraine «On veterinary medicine», SOU KZPS 74.9-02568182-003:2016 «Guidelines for typical construction, layout, design, marking, acceptance and giving effect», State Classifier of products and services DK 016:2010. On January 1, 2018, the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine «On Standardization» № 46-93 expired and the State Certification System of Ukraine (UkrSEPRO system) suspended its activities. However, the UkrSEPRO system certificate was replaced by a voluntary certificate of conformity issued by the accredited National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine (NAAU) in accordance with the requirements of the international standard DSTU EN ISO/IEC 17065:2017 «Conformity assessment. Requirements for certification agencies for products, processes and services». The basis of voluntary standardization and certification of veterinary products and products for the needs of animal husbandry is the confirmation of the manufacture of quality and safe products that will ensure its competitiveness in domestic and foreign markets.

Modern gas transmission systems are power facilities based on a main pipeline, which is a continuous pipe, along which devices are placed that provide gas pumping at predetermined parameters. Unlike other linear structures, such as roads, railways, the main pipeline throughout the entire period of operation is in a complex stress state under the influence of the internal pressure of the pumped product and functions as a pressure vessel. The operational reliability, durability and environmental safety of gas transmission systems are ensured by various control devices and pipe fittings. The article discusses issues related to predicting the operation of pipe fittings during the operation of the gas transmission system, while ensuring the required reliability, durability and environmental safety. An analysis of the phenomena of technical heredity is given, with the help of which it is possible to determine the causes of deviations in the output parameters of pipe fittings in the process of their manufacture or repair. It has been proved that the main feature of technological heredity is the transfer of a certain technological property from the previous technological operation to subsequent ones, characterized by the transfer coefficient of technological heredity. An indispensable condition for the monotonicity of changes in the transmission coefficient of technological heredity in order to ensure the required quality of manufacture or repair of pipe fittings is revealed. The economic principle of predicting the quality of manufacturing or repair of products is proposed for use, a relationship is found between the initial and output technological properties of pipe fittings, a route is chosen to achieve the required quality of its manufacture or repair, including procurement and finishing technological operations.
