Cervical cancer is ranked seventh in the world which causes death in women from all types of cancer, while the percentage in Indonesia is estimated at 12.7% of all types of cancer. One of the therapies performed on cervical cancer patients is ionizing radiation or Brachytherapy. This action often causes anxiety with varying degrees depending on the condition and the patient's ability to manage it. This study aims to determine the effect of classical music therapy on anxiety in cervical cancer patients undergoing Brachytherapy in the radiation oncology service unit of Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital Jakarta. This research design is Quasi Experimental, with type one group pre test and post test design with out control group. The study population was all cervical cancer patients who underwent Brachytherapy with a total sample of 42 respondents. The results showed that classical music therapy was able to reduce anxiety levels by 11.62% with a p-value of 0.000 from moderate to mild anxiety, so it can be concluded that there is an effect of classical music therapy on reducing anxiety levels in cervical cancer patients undergoing Brachytherapy. This study aimed to investigate the effect of music on pain, anxiety, comfort, and functional capacity of cancer patients who received care in a palliative care unit. The population of this randomized controlled trial consisted of cancer patients hospitalized in the palliative care service between July 2018 and July 2019. The study included 60 patients (30 interventions/30 controls). The patients in the intervention group were given a total of six music sessions, 10 minutes each with the Turkish classical music in maqams of their choice (Hejaz or Rast accompanied by an expert tambour (drum) player). There was a significant difference between the mean total pain scores, anxiety, comfort, and functional capacity scores of the patients in the intervention and control groups before and after music therapy. Music therapy decreased the level of pain. It is demonstrated that Turkish classical music therapy improved the pain, anxiety, comfort, and functional capacity in the palliative care unit.

Preparation of patients mental before to surgery is needed. If patients experience severe anxiety and panic operating plan will be delayed, it will allow a greater risk of infection. From various research show that music has a strong influence on health, especially in calming the mind, reduce physical tension and create a relaxed state, if the patient in a relaxed state is expected to affect physiological responses. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of classical music therapy on physiological responses in patients who underwent orthopedic praoperatif anxiety. The study design is pre-experiment with a sample of 30 people using purposive sampling. Music therapy is given for ± 30 minutes. The analysis used were Paired Sample T Test and Wilcoxon. Obtained mean systolic blood pressure was 120.2 mmHg before therapy, after therapy 119.6 mmHg, p value = 0.227. Mean diastolic blood pressure before treatment was 74.1 mmHg, 73.2 mmHg after therapy is, p value = 0.133. Mean heart rate before treatment was 81.8 x / min, after therapy was 79 x / minute, p value = 0.005. Median respiratory frequency before treatment was 23 x / minute, after the therapy is 21 x / minute, p value = 0.001. This shows the classical music therapy has an influence on heart rate and respiratory frequency in patients who underwent orthopedic praoperatif anxiety. Researchers recommend the use of classical music therapy with a frequency of 2 to 3 times a day before patients undergo surgery in order to obtain an optimal relaxation effects.

Warm compress is a method that can be applied to reduce the intensity of pain during labour. this scientific report was written to describe the application of warm compresses to reduce the intensity of maternal pain during the first active phase of labour based on a literature review. this literature review was constructed by analyzing 3 articles takeen from Google Scholar with "labour pain", "firts active phase" and "warm compresses" the keywords, in the form of fulltext articles, and published during 2011 - 2021. From 78 respondent, 66.6% of them aged >25 years old, 58% were multipara, and 60.4% finished secondary education. The result showed that the average pain scale before the intervention was 5,3. Therefore, it can be concluded that warm compresses can reduce labour pain during the firts active phse. hence, health workers are suggested to give warm compresses to reduce the intensity of labour pain during the firts active phase. Kata Kunci : Hipertensi, literature review, pil KB Abstract Oral contraceptive pills are one of the most widely used contraceptives for women to prevent pregnancy. However, oral contraceptive pills also have side effects, one of which is increasing blood pressure to ? 140 mmHg (systolic) and ? 90 mmHg (diastolic) or known as hypertension. This study aimed to determine whether the use of oral contraceptive pills poses a risk of developing hypertension. The method used in this study was literature review whose data were sourced from thorough searches with the PubMed and Google Scholar to find articles according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria with certain keywords in the 20102020 and then reviewed. The results obtained were 7 scientific articles observed using a case control and cross sectional methods. The results of this literature review indicate that the use of oral contraceptive pills can increase the risk of developing hypertension. This is evidenced by scientific articles with a p-value below 0.05. However, there is also evidence that the use of oral contraceptives at a young age does not cause postmenopausal hypertension and there is an article stating that there is no significant link between the use of combination birth control pills obtained from U.S. clinics and the use of combination birth control pills obtained without a doctor's prescription but the use of birth control pills needs to be monitored more so that there is no desired risk. Keywords: Hypertension, literature review, oral contraceptive pills
