This study aims to improve the quality of the Pedagogical Competence of Teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan in Developing Syllabus and Lesson Learning Devices. The method used is the School Action Research (PTS) method. The results of the study are "To Improve the Quality of Pedagogical Competence for Teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan in Developing Syllabus and Lesson Learning Tools" it can be concluded that: through In House Training there is an increase in pedagogical competence for teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan. It is proven by the Syllabus and RPP learning tools made by SMK Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan teachers as a result of In House Training activities (examples are in the appendix) which initially there were still many shortcomings after participating in In House Training can make Syllabus and RPP learning tools completely and systematically.

This research is based on the weakness of teachers in preparing the learning tools in the school assisted byCerenti Districts researcher Kuantan Singingi. The purpose of this study is to improve the quality of learningtools created by teachers in districts Cerenti. This study used a school action research design consisting of 2cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 stages namely, planning, implementation, observation and reflection. From theresult of research, Primary School 005 Sikakak in cycle I got the percentage value of 50% after the second cycleincreased to 85%, the increase of 35 points. Primary School 006 Pesikaian, in cycle I got the percentage valueof 65% and increased to 90% in cycle II, the increase of 25 points. Primary School 008 Kompe Berangin, in thefirst cycle got a value of 75% and in the second cycle increased to 90%, an increase of 15 points. PrimarySchool 010 Tanjung Medan, in cycle I got a value of 65% and increased to 85% in cycle II, the increase of 20points. Primary School 011 Pulau Panjang, in cycle I got the percentage value of 80% and in the second cycleincreased to 95%, the increase of 15 points. From the description of the data above can be concluded that, withclinical supervision can improve the quality of learning tools made teachers in Primary School Cerenti District.

Penelitian ini bertujuan, (1) menghasilkan perangkat perkuliahan Daspros Mat 2 yang memuat nilai-nilai karakter. (2) Menghasilkan contoh CD pembelajaran. (3) Untuk meningkatkan kualitas perkuliahan melalui implementasi perangkat pembelajaran Daspros Mat 2 yang memuat nilai-nilai karakter, khususnya peningkatan karakter mahasiswa dalam praktik Peer Teaching. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan 2 siklus. Hasilnya penelitiannya, (1) tersusun perangkat perkuliahan Daspros Mat 2 yang memuat nilai-nilai karakter. (2) Dihasilkan contoh CD pembelajaran sebagai wujud implementasi penyusunan perangkat perkuliahan Daspros Mat 2 yang memuat nilai-nilai karakter, yang diterapkan dalam perkuliahan. (3) Kualitas perkuliahan melalui implementasi perangkat pembelajaran Daspros Mat 2 yang memuat nilai-nilai karakter, khususnya terkait karakter mahasiswa dalam praktik Peer Teaching telah terjadi peningkatan. Nilai rata-rata peer teaching adalah 84,7. Saran, Perangkat perkuliahan yang dihasilkan dan memuat nilai-nilai karakter sebaiknya disosialisasikan di tingkat program studi. (2) Contoh CD pembelajaran perlu dikembangkan lebih lanjut. (3) Perlu dicari tenaga pengambilan video yang handal agar CD video pembelajaran yang dihasilkan bisa bersih dan baik.The aim of this study, (1) generating lectures administration for Daspros Mat 2 which contains character values. (2) Generate sample of learning CD. (3) To improve the quality of lectures through the implementation of lectures administration of Daspros Mat 2 which contains the values of character, especially the increase in the character of students in the practice of Peer Teaching. This study is a classroom action research with 2 cycles. The result of research, (1) a set of lectures administration of Daspros Mat 2 which contains character values. (2) an example of learning CD as a form of implementation of the preparation of the lecture Daspros Mat 2 for character values, which are applied in the lecture. (3) The quality of the lectures through the implementation of learning tools Daspros Mat 2 which contains the values of character, particularly related to the character of students in the practice of Peer Teaching has been an increase. The average value of peer teaching is 84.7. Advice, lectures administration that is produced should be disseminated at the level of the study program. (2) the sample of CD learning needs to be developed further. (3) it should be produced a professional education cameraman, so that the video produced.

Education is a central activity in advancing and developing the potential of students, which in this case are prospective students of Islamic religious education teachers at the Bontang Tarbiyah College of Sciences. With the outbreak of covid-19, educational activities have changed very significantly related to the implementation of learning activities from face to face to online learning. With these changes, it automatically forces education providers from basic to high levels to be able and creative in developing the online learning system. So that the results of online learning can be achieved properly, it is necessary to carry out training activities not only making learning videos but more importantly how a lecturer or teacher or student as a prospective teacher is able to use internet equipment such as using computers, using online learning tools, making online learning tools and the preparation of online learning materials and the process of implementing online learning. All of this is expected to produce the quality of education as expected.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui realitas upaya guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik di sekolah menengah atas (SMA) se-Kecamatan Bringin, Kabupaten pada tahun 2012, termasuk: (1) Untuk menentukan kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI, (2) Untuk mengetahui upaya guru PAI dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik, (3) Untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kompetensi pedagogic guru PAI se-Kecamatam Bringin. Penilaian dilakukan penelitian kualitatif, informan terdiri dari guru PAI dan kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI SMA se-Kecamatan Bringin Semarang 2012 tergolong baik, terbukti dari latar belakang pendidikan guru yang linier dengan pelajaran yang diampu, pemahaman terhadap kompetensi pedagogik yang baik, persiapan alat pembelajaran dan manajemen pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan ketentuan (2) upaya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik adalah dengan memperbanyak referensi mengenai kompetensi pedagogik PAI, menghadiri berbagai seminar, lokakarya, pelatihan, dan mengikuti Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP). Pihak sekolah juga melakukan upaya melalui evaluasi belajar, memeriksa pembelajaran, supervisi kelas, dan mendorong guru untuk menghadiri seminar pendidikan (3) Pelaksanaan pedagogik pembelajaran pendidikan Islam akan menentukan kualitas pembelajaran itu sendiri, dengan guru yang memiliki kompetensi pedagogik, manajemen pembelajaran akan berjalan lancar. This study aims to determine the reality of the efforts of teachers of Islamic religious education (PAI) in improving pedagogic competence at senior high school (SMA) throughout Bringin Semarang regency in 2012, including: (1) To determine the pedagogical competence of PAI teachers, (2) To know the efforts of PAI teacher in improving pedagogical competence, (3) To know the implementation of pedagogical competence in PAI. The assessment was conducted qualitative research to informants, both PAI teacher and the headmaster. This study uses a descriptive qualitative procedure. The conclusions are (1) pedagogical competence of PAI teachers at SMA 1 Bringin Semarang Regency 2012 is good, proven by the teachers’ linear education background with teaching load, understanding towards good pedagogic, the preparation of learning tools and management in accordance with the provisions (2) efforts to improve pedagogical competence are by reading various reference regarding it, attending seminars, workshops, trainings, and following deliberation subject teachers (MGMP), the school authorities make efforts through the evaluation of learning, classroom supervision, and creating opportunities for teachers to attend educational seminars (3) Implementation of pedagogic on learning Islamic education will determine the quality of learning itself. Teachers’ competence in managing the classroom becomes a significant factor in the students’ comprehension, and further, in developing their competence. This study was aimed to observe and give the evidence of the use lesson study in helping the teacher to have the other’s perspective, especially in the process of teaching to strengthen their strategies and classroom management. By applying action research through plan, do, and reflective phases, lesson study was able to foster significant teaching skill to develop the quality of teaching and learning. The average of teachers’ pedagogical competence for Language Testing Administration (LTA) was 3.33 and 2.84 for Genre Based Writing (GBW) from three cycles. The improvement of teachers’ pedagogical competence was based on their decision in adjusting the material and approach to implement a meaningful learning. It proved that students’ motivation could be optimally stimulated in joining the classroom. However, the students’ perception of teachers’ pedagogical competence was also increasing. It was believed that it was a part of teaching improvement. Therefore, it is recommended to implement lesson study for improving the quality of learning especially for its process.

Abstrak: Pendidik belum pernah mengikuti pelatihan penyusunan RPP sehingga mereka hanya copy paste pada temannya, padahal seringkali RPP hasil copy paste tidak relevan dengan situasi dan kondisi di madrasahnya sehingga RPP yang ada tidak bisa dijadikan acuan dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan utama dari penelitian tindakan madrasah ini adalah untuk membantu meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru guru di MAS Darussalam Sumedang, yang belum memiliki sertifikat pendidik secara formal, dalam menyusun rencana pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan standar kompetensi masing- masing pelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian tindakan yang dilakukan dalam tiga tahapan, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi dan refleksi, dan dilakukan minimal dalam dua siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukan; Pertama, pada komponen Perumusan indikator tujuan pembelajaran, terlihat peningkatan dari 40 % pada kemampuan awal, menjadi 60% pada siklus 1 dan meningkat menjadi 70% pada akhir kegiatan. Kedua, pada Komponen Penentuan bahan dan materi pembelajaran, terdapat peningkatan kemampuan dari 65% menjadi 70% setelah siklus 1 dan lebih menguat menjadi 80%. Ketiga, dalam Komponen Pemilihan Strategi dan metoda pembelajaran, yang didalamnya memuat langkah-langkah pembelajaran dan penentuan alokasi waktu yang digunakan,terlihat adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dari yang semula hanya 40% menjadi 60% pada siklus 1 dan meningkat lagi menjadi 75% setelah siklus 2. Keempat, meskipun tidak terlihat adanya peningkatan yang cukup tajam, dalam komponen pemilihan Media dan alat pembelajaran juga terdapat adanya peningkatan dari 60% pada awal kegiatan dan setelah siklus 1, menjadi 80% setelah siklus 2. Kelima, peningkatan yang cukup signifikan juga dapat kita lihat pada komponen perencanaan evaluasi pembelajaran. Dari yang semula hanya 40% pada awal kegiatan, menjadi 60% pada akhir siklus 1 dan berhasil mencapai 70% pada akhir siklus 2. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi pedagodik, supervisi akademik, perencanaan pembelajaran. Abstract: The teacher has never attended a lesson plan preparation so they only copy paste it on their friends, whereas often the copy of the lesson plan is not relevant to the situation and conditions in their madrasas so that the lesson plan cannot be used as a reference in the learning process. The main objective of this madrasa action research is to help improve the pedagogical competence of teachers in MAS Darussalam Sumedang, who do not yet have a formal teacher certificate, in preparing learning plans that are in accordance with the competency standards of each lesson. The research method used is qualitative with an action research approach which is carried out in three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation and reflection, and is carried out in at least two cycles. The research results show; First, in the components of the formulation of learning objectives indicators, seen an increase from 40% in the initial ability, to 60% in cycle 1 and increased to 70% at the end of the activity. Second, in the Determination Component of learning materials and materials, there was an increase in ability from 65% to 70% after cycle 1 and more strengthened to 80%. Third, in the Component Selection Strategy and learning method, which includes learning steps and determining the allocation of time used, seen a significant increase from the original only 40% to 60% in cycle 1 and increased again to 75% after cycle 2 Fourth, although there was no significant increase in the selection of media and learning tools there was also an increase from 60% at the beginning of the activity and after cycle 1, to 80% after cycle 2. Fifth, a significant increase can also be seen. look at the learning evaluation planning component. From the original only 40% at the beginning of the activity, to 60% at the end of cycle 1 and managed to reach 70% at the end of cycle 2. This research reports an in-depth view of teachers’ pedagogical competence as they participated in the Lesson Study activities. In order to collect the data, observations, notes, videotaping and interviews were used to get comprehensive data in the field. It was revealed that there was a difference between senior and junior teachers in their pedagogical competence. Senior teachers had a better pedagogical competence in terms of: classroom management, understanding the students’ characteristics, curriculum development, lesson plan, and teachers’ talk. Meanwhile, junior teachers were good at: the use of ICT and the development of media in teaching. It was also discovered that both senior and junior teachers were still less in mastering the theory of basic principles in teaching and developing students’ potential. There was no reflective action in teaching and teachers’ less understanding in classroom action research were other factors that affect teachers’ pedagogical competence. It is suggested that in order to improve the quality of teaching, teachers’ pedagogical competence is very important to be improved. Keywords: Teachers’ Pedagogical Competence, Lesson Study

Classroom Action Research (CAR) is a scientific observation of classroom learning practices. As part of action research, research is intended as input, evaluation, and improvement of the quality of learning in the classroom. CAR training is important and relevant for the following reasons. First, CAR can improve the quality of education through improving the quality of the learning process. Second, motivating teachers to research and produce scientific works from the environment of daily learning activities. Third, improve the competency standards of teachers; especially pedagogical competence and professional competence. Fourth, stimulate the critical power and sensitivity of teachers to the dynamics of classroom learning. The Cycle of CAR starts from the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The instrument to analyze classroom action research data is SPSS. CAR Training using SPSS is needed because some teachers are not familiar using SPSS to measure the learning process in class. The teachers of SMK Santo Leo felt the need to receive this training. This PKM activity was carried out to enhanced teacher’s knowledge and skills to used SPSS in classroom action research. The results were that the teachers appreciated this activity and welcomed it positively. They are able to understand classroom action research procedures; able to compile a research proposal; compile a research questionnaire; and able to determine data analysis tools using SPSS. The following training stage is to provide assistance to teachers in conducting research practices and analyzing data so the theoretical knowledge and skills they acquire can be applied.  ABSTRAKPenelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) merupakan observasi ilmiah terhadap praktik pembelajaran di kelas. Sebagai bagian dari action research, penelitian terhadap kegiatan pembelajaran tersebut dimaksudkan sebagai masukan, evaluasi, perbaikan, dan peningkatan mutu pembelajaran dalam kelas. Pelatihan PTK merupakan sesuatu yang penting dan relevan karena alasan-alasan berikut. Pertama, PTK dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan melalui peningkatan mutu proses pembelajaran. Kedua, memotivasi para guru untuk meneliti dan menghasilkan karya-karya ilmiah dari lingkungan kegiatan pembelajaran sehari-hari dalam kelas. Ketiga, meningkatkan standar kompetensi para guru; khususnya kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional. Keempat, merangsang daya kritis dan kepekaan para guru terhadap dinamika pembelajaran di kelas. Siklus PTK dimulai dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Instrumen yang dapat dipakai untuk menganalisis data PTK sehingga hasil yang diperoleh akurat adalah dengan menggunakan SPSS. Pelatihan PTK dengan menggunakan SPSS perlu dilakukan karena sebagian guru belum terbiasa menggunakan SPSS untuk mengukur proses belajar di kelas. Guru-guru SMK Santo Leo merasa perlu mendapatkan pelatihan tentang penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan SPSS. Maka kegiatan PKM ini dilakukan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan menggunakan SPSS dalam melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas. Hasilnya adalah guru-guru mengapresiasi kegiatan PKM ini dan menyambut positif. Mereka semakin mampu memahami prosedur penelitian tindakan kelas; mampu menyusun proposal penelitian; menyusun kuesioner penelitian; serta mampu menentukan alat analisis data dengan menggunakan SPSS. Tahap pelatihan berikut yang perlu dilakukan adalah melakukan pendampingan terhadap para guru dalam melakukan praktik penelitian dan menganalisis data sehingga pengetahuan dan keterampilan teoretis yang mereka peroleh dapat diaplikasikan.

he period of the Covid-19 pandemic demands changes to the learning system. Changes in the learning system cause learning activities and monitoring patterns carried out by supervisors to be adjusted to learning during a pandemic. The objectives of this study are 1) to prove whether sustainable academic supervision can improve teacher discipline and teacher quality in managing learning during a pandemic; 2) knowing the right steps in carrying out ongoing academic supervision for learning during the pandemic, and 3) measuring the increase in discipline, learning quality, and quality of teacher learning tools in managing learning during the Covid-19 pandemic qualitatively. This type of research is school action research. The duration of this research was from April 2020 to May 2020. The subjects of this study were class teachers at the 009 Kuala Terusan public elementary school, Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau. The instrument used was the teacher's weekly activity schedule form and the learning device suitability sheet for learning during the pandemic. The results obtained are 1) supervision using the teacher's weekly activity form can improve teacher discipline; 2) supervision during a pandemic, apart from going through observation, also needs to be done by using in-depth discussion techniques with the teacher concerned; and 3) improving the quality of discipline, learning, and learning tools to increase each cycle. So, periodic checks, observations and in-depth discussions are one of the solutions in carrying out supervision during the Covid-19 pandemic.
