The aim of the research is the systematic search of promotion and quality of service with interest to visit tourist objects. This article is a systematic search that collects data from relevant indexed journals in Indonesia. These findings are discussed in a theoretical study so as to produce a conclusion. This article draws the conclusion that in the current era, the use of the right marketing strategy is very important because many new attractions are emerging as competitors. Applying the right marketing strategy will bring tourists and make tourists who have visited have an interest to visit again. The interest in revisiting is the encouragement of someone to carry out a visit to the destination that was visited. The regional tourism industry pays attention to the duties and functions of the promotion department and service quality in planning and implementing strategies that optimize a tourist interest. The quality of service within these institutions and local governments in the field of tourism is very closely related and has a strong influence on the tourism industry. There are promotion factors and service quality, connected with the interest of the local government in tourists visiting directly or indirectly, thus affecting the development of industries in the region. The attitude of the local government directly influences the visit of domestic and foreign tourists, then indirectly the situation and stable conditions in political, economic and security developments. The contribution of this research is to study theories about promotion and service quality with an interest in visiting tourist objects.

There are various ways to improve the quality of someone's education, one of them is reading. By reading, insight and knowledge of various kinds of things can increase. But, the ability and someone's understanding of reading is different. This can be a problem for readers if the reading material exceeds his comprehension ability. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the load of reading material using Lexile Levels. Lexile Levels are a value that gives a size the complexity of reading material and someone's reading ability. Thus, the reading material will be classified based a value on the Lexile Levels. Lexile Levels will cluster the reading material into 2 clusters which is easy, and difficult. The clustering process will use the k-means method. After the clustering process, reading material will be classified using the reading load Random Forest method. The k-means method was chosen because of the method has a simple computing process and fast also. Random Forest algorithm is a method that can build decision tree and it’s able to build several decision trees then choose the best tree. The results of this experiment indicate that the experiment scenario uses 2 cluster and SMOTE and GIFS preprocessing are carried out shows good results with an accuracy of 76.03%, precision of 81.85% and recall of 76.05%.

Mood disorders represent a main health concern, due to their high prevalence in the general population and because they are related to a severe worsening of quality of life and psychosocial functioning of those who are affected. Because of the importance of such diseases, that, according to WHO, might become the major cause of morbidity by 2020, an efficacious, targeted and precise approach is essential in everyday clinical practice. This article reviews the methods of diagnostic approach, with the aim of describing the different phases of nosographic classification of mood disorders and their meaning. In particular, the most reliable classification distinguishes between unipolar (major depressive disorder) and bipolar (type I and II) disorders: the right differential diagnosis is important because there are great differences in the optimal management of these conditions (antidepressants vs. mood stabilizers) and diagnostic errors can potentially worsen the patient’s prognosis. In conclusion, the right nosographic classification allows the right therapeutic and prognostic approach. This may result in higher rates of remission and response, thus improving patient’s quality of life and overall wellness.http://dx.doi.org/10.7175/rhc.v3i3.200

Objective: To evaluate the intra and interobserver variation in the Sanders classification of calcaneal fractures and the clinical-radiological correlation of postoperative X-ray images and computed tomography (CT) scans. Methods: We sent pre- and postoperative images in the form of a questionnaire to 18 foot and ankle surgeons with varying experience and examined evaluations of the postoperative reduction and Sanders classification quality criteria of 12 calcaneal fractures. The kappa (Ƙ) values were calculated and compared to those in the literature, and the quality of the reduction was compared to the patient's American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society Ankle-Hindfoot Scale (AOFAS-AHS) score. Results: The mean intraobserver Ƙ of the Sanders classification was 0.49. Disregarding the subclasses, the intraobserver Ƙ was 0.55, and when type III and IV fractures were grouped, the intraobserver Ƙ was 0.57. The interobserver Ƙ values in these same three conditions were 0.22, 0.20, and 0.21, respectively. We also observed that the group of less experienced surgeons showed better intraobserver Ƙ values than the more experienced surgeons. In the analysis of the reduction quality based on X-ray images and the AOFAS-AHS score of the patient, we found a value of p=0.043. Conclusion: The Ƙ values were consistent with previous studies, confirming moderate intraobserver reproducibility and acceptable interobserver reliability. We also confirmed the presence of a significant relationship between the reduction quality based on X-ray images and the AOFAS-AHS score of the patient. Level of Evidence III; Diagnostic Studies; Nonconsecutive patients, no uniformly applied reference gold standard.

Abstract Ecotourism is becoming increasingly popular as a tourist attraction. South Kalimantan is not one of the top ten tourist destinations, but the province ranked 15th in terms of the number of trips taken by Indonesian tourists in 2017. Tanah Bumbu Regional Government in South Kalimantan intends to promote ecotourism on its land. This study reveals local government initiatives to build and develop natural tourism in the natural tourism potential of Burung Island and Suwangi Island in Tanah Bumbu District using a qualitative approach and data collection techniques through interviews, field observations, and literature studies. Respondents include members of the community, community leaders, village government, and local government. The scope of the study includes the actual conditions on Burung Island and Suwangi Island, the potential for nature tourism, and the development of the tourism concept. The findings reveal that Burung Island and Suwangi Island, which are part of Selat Laut Nature Reserve, have deteriorated. On the other hand, there are interesting objects that have abundant potencies for natural tourism, such as the spectrum of regional ecosystems from lowland rain forests, mangrove forests, and coastal forests; traditions in the form of traditional ceremonies; fauna of birds and proboscis monkeys; and man-made products such as durian gardens and seed nurseries as educational components. As a result, both Burung Island and Suwangi Island have the potencies to become natural tourism parks. Natural tourism development can provide an opportunity for alternative solutions to the problems of degraded conservation areas through field discoveries.
