The aim of study is comprehensive determination of various quality characteristics of polyester fibers obtained on the basis of primary and secondary polyethylene terephthalate. The analysis of the raw material base of pre-oriented yarns (POY) threads has been carried out. The technological, physicomechanical properties, as well as the structure of the primary and secondary polyethylene terephthalate used in the production of the threads have been studied. The structure and properties of polyethylene terephthalate changed: the properties were worse, the structure were amorphous, the molecular weight decreased. The structure of recycled polyethylene terephthalate changed as a result of technological conversions in the production of POY fibers. This is due to a change in the thermophysical characteristics and structure of secondary polyethylene terephthalate under the influence of heat, moisture, and shear stresses. A comparative analysis of the physicomechanical properties of POY yarns obtained from primary and secondary polyethylene terephthalate has been carried out.

Currently, under the conditions of increasing depletion of hydrocarbon reserves in Russia, it is necessary to consider the resource potential of poorly-researched oil and gas objects as a factor for ensuring the sustainable development of the oil and gas complex, in the context of the concept formation of rational subsoil utilization and a circular economy. The methodology of this study is based on a clear sequence of geological and economic studies of poorly-researched oil and gas objects, including four stages, such as analysis of the raw material base, assessment of the raw material potential, determination of technological development parameters, and economic evaluation. The methods of the probabilistic estimation of oil resources of the forecasted objects with regard to geological risk are outlined. Software packages “EVA—Risk Analysis” and “EVA—Economic Evaluation of Oil and Gas Field Development Projects” were used for estimation. The result of the study is the determination of the geological and economic efficiency of the development of nine hydrocarbon objects with the determination of the order of their further geological exploration, and introduction into industrial development on the example of the poorly-researched region of the Timan-Pechora oil and gas province located in the Arctic zone.

The paper considers the existing problems of the production of ceramic products in the territory of the Russian Federation, presents the priority directions of development of this industry. The study includes the determination of the properties of samples based on the raw material base of the Orenburg region, namely, waste generated during the development of brown coal from the Tyulgansk deposit - white and red clays and nickel slag of OJSC Yuzhuralnickel Combine of the Orenburg region. The study presents data from the study of the technological properties of the raw materials, the development of the composition of the ceramic mixture. The influence of the material composition of the clay / slag mixture on the physic mechanical characteristics of the products of the experimental compositions was determined: compressive strength, fire shrinkage, water absorption and density.

The paper presents of research results on the development of the raw material base due to the use of clay soils widespread in the territory of Russia. The structure and properties of soils are processed by the nonconventional electrothermal technology. The flow chart is proposed for the rock material production. The data on energy consumption is suggested herein for the use of artificial rock materials in the road pavement engineering.

The main properties of copolycarbonates on the basis of bisphenols of 1,1-dichloro-2,2-di (4-hydroxy-phenyl) ethylene (S-2), 1,1-dichloro-2,2-di (3,5-dibromo-4-hydroxy-phenyl) ethylene (TB-S-2) and dichlorformiate 4,4'-isopropylidenediphenol are synthesized and studied. Regularities of synthesis of copolymers are determined by method of acceptor and catalytic polyfunctional condensation. The interconnection between their composition, structure and properties is also established. It was shown that copolycarbonates exhibited a high softening point and high heat and flame resistance. The existence of the raw material base for the production of the initial monomers, the improved service properties of copolyesters based on them, and the high technological effectiveness of the proposed synthesis method enabled the copolycarbonates to be regarded as industrially promising polymeric materials.

ESTIMATION OF THE SUITABILITY OF THE COAL CHARGE FOR PRODUCING BLAST-FURNACE COKE OF THE GIVEN QUALITY USING THE TAMPING TECHNOLOGY © E.T. Kovalev, Doctor of Technical Sciences, A.L. Desna, PhD in technical sciences (State Enterprise "Ukrainian State Research Coal Chemical Institute (UKHIN)", 61023, Kharkіv, Vesnina st., 7, Ukraine) The article shows the relevance of technologies that implement the possibility of expanding the raw material base of coking with the help of special methods for preparing the charge, among which tamping is currently taking the leading place in the world and in Ukraine. It is shown that when considering the issue of introducing the technology of coking the tamped charge, a previous link of the available raw material base with the planning of the main structural parameters of the coke oven is necessary. It will provide on the basis of global low-caking coals the production of coal coke with characteristics that are as close as possible to the requirements of the world's leading iron producers. On a general example, the developed complex and the procedure for performing the corresponding assessment are presented, the following includes: – a comprehensive analysis of the properties of bituminous coals intended to be used as components of the raw material base (technical, petrographic and other analysis); – drawing up on their basis model charges, taking into account the restrictions on ash content (≤ 9-10 %), burst pressure (≤ 7 kPa), thickness of the plastic layer (≤ 15 mm.); – laboratory determination of indicators of tamping capacity of model charges – density of rammed briquettes (γ, g/cm3 ) and their shear strength (σss, kPa); – laboratory coking of tamped model mixtures with subsequent determination and comparison of the properties of the obtained cokes; – based on the data on the tamping capacity of the model charges, which showed optimal results in terms of the formation of coke of the best quality and the parameters of the known (mastered) designs of furnaces and charge, the calculated determination of the value of the maximum height of the coking chamber for the studied composition and properties of the charge. Concrete on Portland cement and cement modified with expanding additives were studied. The authors present the results of study of the modified concrete with combined aggregate. Combined aggregate is a composition of natural granite and limestone crushed stone mixed with crushed concrete. Structure and properties of concrete with combined aggregate is insufficiently studied, which limits their use in civil engineering Recycling of building materials allows to expand the raw material base, to solve the problems of resource conservation and environmental protection. The regularities and causes of changes (reduction) indicators of the quality of concrete with combined aggregate. Studying of properties and laws of formation of structure of concrete at the same time is a method of control of their production. The valuation of properties of concrete with combined aggregates will allow to use them along with traditional concrete.

For centuries, ceramic brick is the main building material in the construction of low-rise residential buildings and utility rooms. In addition, durability, high artistic features and the absence of toxicity characterize building ceramics. The volumes of construction in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and the demand for bricks are increasing every year. Ceramic brick imported from outside the republic is used in the construction of facilities in Yakutsk. The Republic of Sakha possesses a good raw material base of clay and loam for the production of ceramic products. The study of basic properties of clay raw materials for obtaining a quality product is of particular importance. The results of studies on the use of raw materials from the Sannikovskoye clay deposit located in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) for the further production of ceramic bricks are presented. The chemical and mineralogical compositions of the clay raw materials are determined. Compositions of ceramic masses with the addition of waste cullet in different percentages are designed to reduce the amount of solid waste. The cullet used is tare and transparent. The technological and basic physicomechanical properties of the obtained samples are investigated.
