Keywords: health, Spirit, energy, synergistic approach, gerontology, quality longevity, allopathic medicine, informational-energetic medicine. The article discusses the issue of active aging strategies that differ from those used in traditional medicine. Practice shows that the resources of the latter are insufficient for successfully overcoming the systemic problems of people, growing with aging and maximum in old age. The accumulation of the problematic nature of the physical body in long-lived people requires a special, comprehensive approach to treatment with penetration into the root nature of a person. Based on innovative knowledge, including data from his own research, the author is talking about a synergistic approach that includes, along with the existing practice of treating the elderly, methods of informational- energetic medicine. Medicine, working at the level of the subtle, causal sphere of a person, where the roots of all his diseases lie and are revealed. This way of solving, the author believes, bears the maximum healing effect for the body on all levels of its multidimensionality – substance, information, energy.

Keywords: Stomach cancer (Carcinoma ventriculi), early diagnosis, vortex magnetic field The presented data allow us to solve the main problems in the fight against stomach cancer. 1. Early diagnosis is very important in the stomach cancer timely treatment. Implementation of the early diagnosticsis relevant in the future of preserving the country’s population health. The use of prediction capabilities in the distribution of the population into risk groups with the allocation of a high risk group should be effective. The diagnosis quality depends on gastroscopy, exfoliative cytological or histological examination of gastrobiopsy material, determination of tumor markers (Cancer Embryonic Antigen, Specific Antigen-72-4). 2. Damaging factors action prevention on the gastric mucosa when using a magnetotherapy apparatus with a vortex component “Vitma-1”. Alternating vortex magnetic field, the proteolytic activity of gastric juice changes. It is possible to suppress the increased aggressiveness of the acid-peptic factor, which accompanies gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer; or to stimulate a pepsin activity increase in case of a decrease in the gastric juice proteolytic activity. 3. A significant role is assigned to a specific diet and the natural herbal remedies use in the risk group for the disease prevention.

Keywords: secondary immunodeficiency states, diagnosis, treatment, phytoimmunomodulators. Topicality. Secondary immunodeficiency states (SIS) is a fairly common phenomenon in the clinic of internal medicine as an “addition” for many diseases, which has no clear clinical signs, so it is not often diagnosed by primary care physicians. However, untimely detection and correction of SI significantly worsens the overall results of treatment and contributes to recurrence of the underlying disease. There is a prospect of further increase in the prevalence of SI, the success of correction of underlying desease due to doctors’ understanding of their clinical and pathogenetic features and knowledge of treatment strategies and tactics, including the use of phytotherapeutic agents. The aim is to highlight modern approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of SI with the use of phytotherapeutic agents. Materials and methods. Materials of the main domestic and foreign printed sources of information using methods of comparison, analysis and generalization are used. Results. Information on the classification, diagnosis, strategy and tactics of treatment and prevention of SIS depending on their severity with the use of various phytotherapeutic agents, criteria for treatment effectiveness, age and somatic aspects of rehabilitation at the outpatient stage are analyzed. The importance of timely diagnosis of secondary immunodeficiency and the use of phytotherapeutic agents in the context of the “WHO Strategy in the field of folk medicine for 2014-2023” as the latest and most effective approach in the treatment of complex pathological phenomena.

Key words: chronicpancreatitis, chronicviralhepatitis C, bioregulatorydrugs, Momordica compositum, Hepel, functional and structuralstate of the pancreas. Topicality. Insufficient development of primary and secondary prevention of chronic pancreatitis (CP), which occurs on the background of chronic viral hepatitis C (CVHC), requires a deeper study of the mechanism of its development and the establishment of clinical and pathogenetic features, which should be taken into account rehabilitation. One of such approaches to complex treatment of CP on the background of CVHC is the inclusion of drugs of bioregulatory therapy, which motivated thestudy. The aim is to investigate the parameters of the functional and structural state of the pancreas in chronic pancreatitis on the background of chronic viral hepatitis C, as well as their dynamics under the influence of complex therapy with the inclusion of bioregulatory drugs (BRD). Materials and methods. 106 patients with CP without exacerbation in combinationwith CVHC in the remission phase and without it were examined. The main group of the study included 72 patients with CP in the phase of unstable remission with concomitant CVHC in the latent stage. Patients with CP and concomitant CVHC were divided into two groups according to correction programs. It should be noted that patients in the study contingent of etiological antiviral therapy for CVHC infection for various reasons were not treated (refusal of antiviral treatment due to allergic history, personal intolerance, financial insolvency, etc.). Group I (36 patients) received only conventional treatment (CT). Group II (36 patients), in addition to CT, received additional BRD Momordica compositum for 1 amp. in / m 3 times a week for one month) and Hepel 1 tab. sublingually 3 times a day for 15-20 minutes before meals or after 1 hour after meals for one month. Results. After treatment an improvement in the structure of the pancreas and liver was observed, as evidenced by a decrease in the severity of Echoelastography and ultrasound. The score of ultrasound soft ware in the first group decreased by 28.6 %, and in the second group – decreased by 57.1 %; the rate of Echoelastography of the pancreas by 4.8% and 26.1 %, respectively, and the Echoelastography of the liver – by 15.3 % and 30.7 %, respectively. They also noted an improvement in the results of the coprogram and an increase in the level of fecal elastase-1: inthefirst group – by 23.8 %, and in the secondgroup – by 52.7 %. Discussion. Positive dynamics wasobserved in both groups, but in patients of group I after treatment it was less significant thaningroup II, where additionally a patient with CP on the background of CVHC received complex BRD (p <0.05). This proved a statistically significant higher efficacy of treatment using a complex bioregulatory corrector ofexocrine insufficiency (Momordica Compositum) and a complex bioregulatory hepatotropic drug (Hepeel) for one month. Conclusions: 1. Concomitant CVHC in the latent stage worsened the structural and functional state of the pancreas in CP, as well as the structural state of the liver according to EHR (p<0,05); 2. The use of complex bioregulatory therapy in addition to the conventional treatment of CP on the background of latent CVHC contributed to a statistically significant increase in its effectiveness in relation to conventional treatment: the level of fecal elastase-1 increased by 52.7% (p <0.05) compared to 23.8 %, pancreatic rigidity decreased by 26.1 % vs. 4.8 % (p <0.05), liver rigidity decreased by 30.7 % vs. 15.3 % (p <0.05).

Keywords: acutebronchitis, atopicdermatitis, children, Bronchipret. Acute bronchitisis a topical issue in pediatrics and one of the most common reasons for seeking medical attention. In children with anallergic background, special requirements are made for the treatment of acute bronchitis, as treatment should notincrease the allergy of the body. Objective: to study the effectiveness and safety of the drug Bronchipret syrup in children with acute bronchitis and atopic background. Materials and methods. The study in volved 30 children 3- 7 years old with acute bronchitis with a burdensome anamnesis of allergic diseases. Allergic background was assessed by serum IgE levels in blood serum. During treatment, all children received the drug Bronchipret syrup 3 times a day for 10 days. Repeated clinical examinations of patients were performed for 3, 5, 7 and 10 days from admission to the hospital. Results. Against the background of complex treatment with the inclusion of the drug Bronchipret, the intensity of fever and intoxication syndrome were significantly lower on the 3rd day of hospital treatment and on the 5th day in the vast majority of children disappeared. Improvement in the discharge of nasal and bronchial secretions was observed on the third day of therapy. Increase in eosiophil content wasn’t observed in any child during treatment. Within 10 day softreatment, significant changes in serum Ig E didn’t occur. Thus, at the beginning of the rapy it was in the range of 38.3 ± 1.3 kU / l, after 10 days – 36.8 ± 1.1 kU / l. Conclusions. Thedrug Bronchipret syrup has shown good efficacy and safety, no allergic complications in children with acute bronchitis and allergic background and can be recommended for useinpediatric practice.
