The article presents the results of assessing the effectiveness of distance learning of inorganic chemistry for students from school 37 in Nur-Sultan. The research was carried out at the expense of the authors' own funds. The authors partially proved the validity of the model for organizing distance learning of students and the positive impact of its pedagogical conditions. The carried out diagnostics of the effectiveness of the organization of distance learning allows to increase the level of education of students. The use of distance learning technologies gives positive results in the preparation of pedagogical personnel - chemistry teachers and in teaching students, which is very important for the development of the educational process in our country. The proposed model for organizing distance learning in inorganic chemistry at school is characterized by the integrity and interdependence of the following blocks: target, methodological, organizational, procedural, diagnostic, and the effectiveness of the results.

The article substantiates the organization of the educational process of physical education of students of higher education institutions in the conditions of quarantine restrictions. The need for urgent adaptation of the process of physical education to the new challenges that accompany the "quarantine" training, requires solving the problems of pedagogical, methodological and organizational content of the educational process of higher education. The purpose of the study is to identify the main aspects of the organization of the educational process of physical education of students by means of remote technologies. The research is based on the use of a set of general scientific theoretical methods: analysis, synthesis, systematization, generalization. The views of researchers on this issue, set out in the latest scientific literature. The didactic potential of distance learning technologies in the formation of information educational environment of physical education of students is determined. It is established that the transition from traditionally used to multidimensional distance learning expands the use of vector information technology, opens new prospects for the development of physical education of students in higher education. The factors of organization of the educational process in the conditions of distance learning are singled out and ranked. The influence of the latter is multi-vector, which necessitates timely detection and prompt response to them to avoid them if possible. Among the advantages of organizing the educational process of physical education of students by means of distance technologies: the possibility of using leading educational technologies; increasing the efficiency of the educational process by intensifying the process of cognition and interpersonal interactive communication; development of a conscious and motivated approach to classes; the possibility of diversifying the educational process; increasing the efficiency of students' independent work; realization of the educational function of physical culture; development of the need for self-education through the mobility of knowledge and ideas; expanding and updating the role of the teacher, who must coordinate the process of physical development and improvement of students. It is proved that the introduction of new pedagogical technologies of distance learning will change the paradigm of physical education and creates the conditions for the most effective implementation of the opportunities inherent in such forms of physical education.

The present article considers the results of implementing the distance learning technologies at Vinnytsia National Pirogov Memorial Medical University in the process of mastering the discipline "Internal Medicine". Today, the amount of information that is so necessary for obtaining, understanding and mastering knowledge is growing rapidly. Given the current pace of development of education, today it is quite important to find innovative forms of quality organization of the educational process. This led to the introduction of information technology in education and the formation of a separate type of learning - distance learning. Now in Ukraine, distance learning is widely developing at all levels of education, this makes it possible to individualize the process of acquiring knowledge, abilities, skills and methods of human cognitive activity, which occurs mainly through the indirect interaction of participants in the educational process distant from each other in a specialized environment, functioning based on modern information and communication technologies.

This work is devoted to the analysis of the digital tools that a modern teacher should possess to implement the educational process using distance learning technologies. Based on the conducted research, the main competencies that a teacher should have to conduct professional activities from the point of view of students were established. Digital tools are urgently needed to implement these competencies. In this paper, we will show our view on the algorithm for using digital tools in the educational process. A teacher should have a wide arsenal of digital tools: be able to use office programs, be able to search, to select, to analyze and to interpret information. To be able to create a teacher’s website, record digital audio and video content, to be able to place it for easy access for students, and, of course, be able to use the University’s learning management system.

Today higher educational institutions should prepare a specialist, who is able to work successfully in globalized market conditions. Accent is made stronger on universal preparation of graduate student and his adaptation to jobs market, as well as on personal orientation of educational process and its informatization. The article considers a concept of distance learning technologies and their support systems. Designed system of distance learning for IT-specialists preparation based on a platform Moodle is a result of the study. The system ensures hierarchic organization of learning courses thanks to using an interactive multimedia clips in Adobe Flash format. As well as there is a possibility to organize various forms of learning and knowledge control.

Подчеркивается необходимость своевременного вычленения и качественного анализа проблем дистанционного обучения, учета предпочтений и интересов обучающихся и преподавателей вуза, консолидации их усилий по преодолению трудностей и решению проблем, связанных с объективными и субъективными ситуациями, особенностями использования технологий дистанционного обучения при организации образовательного процесса в университете. Описаны особенности использования дистанционной формы организации обучения в вузе. Приведены данные, полученные при исследовании (опросе) влияния применения технологий дистанционного обучения на здоровье студентов 1–5-го курсов очной и заочной формы обучения направления подготовки 44.03.05 Педагогическое образование (с двумя профилями подготовки) Института психологии и педагогики Елецкого государственного университета им. И. А. Бунина. The article describes the need for timely identification and qualitative analysis of the problems of distance learning, taking into account the preferences and interests of students and university teachers, consolidating their efforts to overcome difficulties and solve problems related to objective and subjective situations, the peculiarities of using distance learning technologies in the organization of the educational process at the university. In the current situation, burdened by the spread of a new coronavirus acute respiratory infection, which is caused by the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 (2019-nCoV), the world education system (including higher education) is forced to turn to distance learning technologies. These technologies allow you to work remotely, maintaining the necessary distance, protecting the health of people (both students, teachers, and employees of higher educational institutions), excluding their close interaction during training, scientific research, in the admission campaign, in extracurricular work, etc. The authors describe the features of using the remote form of organizing training at the university so that it contributes to the maximum saving of students ‘ health, has a positive effect on their physical and mental state; minimizes the viral load in a difficult epidemiological situation; increases and develops digital literacy of students; “opens” new opportunities for remote work for the teaching staff. The article provides the data obtained in the study (survey) of the impact of the use of distance learning technologies on the health of the full-time and part-time students of the 1st – 5th year of studies of the area of training 44.03.05 Pedagogical education (with two training profiles) of the Institute of Psychology and Pedagogy Bunin Yelets State University.

The use of modern information technologies, including distance learning, significantly strengthened the traditional approaches to the educational process in higher education institutions. On the one hand, the reason for this is the rapid development of information and communication technologies, and as a consequence, appearance of new modern pedagogical approaches to conducting lectures, practical and laboratory trainings. On the other hand, students also have changed. Under present conditions, they have a number of personal qualities that were not inherent to pupils and students of previous years. The article argues the use of distance learning technologies and the possibilities of modern specialists trained in educational measurements in the field of distance learning.

Introduction. Distance learning is a forced and extreme condition due to the spread of COVID-19. The higher school is looking for ways to improve the process of education for young people and opens up new opportunities for the transition to distance learning through the introduction of innovative technologies. The purpose of the study is to find out the pros and cons of distance learning, using the analysis of data obtained through a sociological survey of students. Materials and methods. The material of the research was the answers of 122 students of the Stupino branch of the Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University) from 1 to 3 courses of the full-time department by filling in Google forms. Results. 42.6% of teaching students positively assessed the importance of switching to the remote platform of the LMS MAI, although only a third of the respondents would like to study remotely next semester. Motivation and involvement in the learning process in the new environment is present in 44.3% of respondents, and 63.9 % of students believe that learning a foreign language at a distance makes it difficult to understand new material. In addition, 73.3% of respondents believe that humanities are easier to study remotely, as opposed to technical subjects. In the organization of the educational process through distance learning, 45.1% of the surveyed students discovered new opportunities to continue learning the language. It should be noted that a third of respondents (32.8%) believe that in the near future, higher education can be fully transferred to distance learning. The method of principal components revealed that the attitude of students to distance learning is not related to the motivation to learn. Conclusion. The drastic reformatting of the educational process with limited internal and external resources of the universities intensified their mobilization in an emergency implementation of distance learning technologies, but not in the systematic use of tools online training, require a much longer preparation time and testing on the students in order to develop a competitive and developing educational system, and natural is not always an orderly and systematic approach.

In modern conditions of reforming the system of higher education, the introduction of time-based blended and distance learning, the mission of higher education is to ensure the efficiency and quality of university education. Therefore, the problem of using blended and distance learning technologies becomes relevant, which, taking into account the peculiarities of the conduct, should ensure the quality of educational services for students. Blended learning is defined as a hybrid of traditional face-to-face and online learning so that instruction occurs both in the classroom and online, and where the online component becomes a natural extension of traditional classroom learning. The article highlights the peculiarities of the introduction of mixed and distance learning at the university, analyzes and clarifies the essence and content of the concepts of « blended learning», «distance learning», identifies the main approaches, methodical principles underlying the organization of the educational process, the priority tasks and advantages of the introduced forms of education are singled out, the tendencies of their development are outlined, in particular in modern conditions. The methods, organizational forms and means used during blended and distance learning are described, specific examples of their introduction at Kyiv International University are given, as well as the schematic structure of the methodical system of the proposed forms of education that ensure the quality of university education. Distance learning has already become a part of the educational process. In this regard, questions appear concerning its organization and the solution of specific problems. They include laboratory workshops, which is an integral part of the educational process in higher education since laboratory works allow students to gain knowledge and acquire skills, which is a prerequisite for the formation of their specialist competence. The problems of obtaining educational information during distance learning can be quite successfully solved. However, the acquisition of experimental skills remains an educational, scientific, and methodological problem that requires a solution. The article defines the peculiarities of using virtual laboratory workshops in the online education of students studying the discipline “Inorganic Chemistry”. The theoretic analysis of the main statements of the research problem was presented in the article. The results of the experimental study have proved that the use of computer modeling and the tools of a virtual laboratory when studying chemistry disciplines increases the educational achievements of the students, regardless of the initial level of knowledge. A prerequisite for the effective acquisition of skills by students is the systematic use of virtual laboratory tools. With the occasional use of virtual laboratory instruments, the skills obtained during the experiment were not learned or were not learned for a long time. The use of virtual laboratories provides independent training for students, increases motivation to master new material. Students focus on the experimental process, not on equipment and tools, as it happens in a real laboratory, which can become both a positive and a negative aspect of acquiring practical skills of future engineers, doctors, and pharmacists.

The Way

Due to the pandemic in the spring of 2020, all educational institutions in China had to organize distance learning. It was crucial to introduce effective teaching methods and to use distance learning technologies. The authors of the article described the way online education was organized during the quarantine semester on the example of teaching Practical Russian grammar at Jilin International Studies University (Changchun, China). The purpose of the research is to describe the three-step process of teaching Practical Russian grammar to foreign students and the way distance learning technologies were used. The teachers organized online classes on Practical Russian grammar using BOPPPS model for lesson planning (five teaching steps: B - bridge-in, O - objective, P - pre-assessment, P - participatory, P - post-assessment, S - summary). Lessons were based on this method and the educational process included three steps: 1) students used Xuexitong application to acquire primary knowledge before the lesson; 2) classroom work was organized through the Xuexitong and DingTalk applications - it was aimed at internalization and expansion of knowledge, the ultimate goal was to develop Russian grammar skills; 3) using Xuexitong and DingTalk applications after the classes, the students improved their grammar and communication skills. In addition, the authors of the article proposed the ways to improve the knowledge assessment system and the entire educational process based on the suggested online learning model. Results and scientific novelty are that a practice-oriented approach to language learning can be implemented on the basis of the proposed teaching method. Such an approach enables students to have constant access to a large number of educational resources and to be promptly informed of any changes, which meets learners individual needs and increases their motivation, self-learning abilities and self-organization. Apart from that, students learn better and improve their oral and written communication skills.
