Abstract: This study aims to find out what types of errors and factors cause students to make mistakes in solving the arithmetic sequence and sequence material for class XI MIA SMA Al-Ikhlas Lubuklinggau. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques in research using observation, interviews and documents. Data analysis procedure with the steps: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed that there were errors made by students of class XI MIA SMA Al-Ikhlas Lubuklinggau in solving story questions about arithmetic sequences and series, namely: errors in understanding questions (49.99%), question transformation (50%), operation process (79.16 %) and writing the final answer (88.89%). The overall average error is (67.01%) with the high category. Based on the results of the interview the causes of students made mistakes, namely: students forgot and were unable to write information into mathematical symbols, did not know the formulas that should be used in the questions, were in a hurry because time was running out, were not careful, were mistaken in writing the operation signs, did not know which steps were must be done, forgetting to write down conclusions, and consider the final answer only to get the value that is sought.  Keywords: Analysis, Errors, Problem Stories, Sequences and Arithmetic Series.

Purpose This study aims to tackle employees’ stress and emotions in periods of changes in leadership positions, especially if the leader to be replaced is previously found to be transformational. Design/methodology/approach Qualitative data are collected from WhatsApp conversations between different subordinates, hours around the declaration of the appointment decision. Data presentation includes messages exchanged, as well as photos, emojis and voice notes. Findings The participants’ messages reflected their stress. They are drained, desperate and praying God so their transformational leader is reappointed. Fear and sadness are the two types of emotion experienced by employees during the anticipation and confirmation stages of the change process, respectively. The emotional contagion among subordinates is revealed in the way the messages and the replies are very close in content. Research limitations/implications The low number of participants makes the results obtained specific to the case itself. However, this study triggers future research addressing same research propositions under different leadership styles and in different cultures. Originality/value The value of this research lies in the topic addressed, as no literature is found discussing employees stress in periods of change in a transformational leadership position, specifically. Moreover, its originality lies in the method of data collection which depicts the participants’ live and real feelings and emotions on that moment.

This article aims to determine the extent of the mathematical connection ability of the linear equations system of two variables in terms of the connection representation and procedural connections. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. This study's subjects were the students of class X MIPA 1 MA P2K Al Hidayah Lajukidul, which numbered 24 students. However, only six subjects were taken based on the level of mathematical connection ability high, medium, and low that had been selected by mathematics subject teachers based on students' ability to solve math story problems. The research instrument consisted of tests and interview questions. Data analysis techniques using the model of Miles and Huberman include data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The study results showed that in question no. 1, all research subjects can represent connections and procedural connections, students can write mathematical symbols and answer questions using formulas correctly. In problem no.2, only the subject of high mathematical connection ability can connect representation and procedural connections. The other subject is not quite right in writing mathematical symbols. In question no.3, only subjects with low mathematical connection ability do not have representation and procedural connection skills; students only write what is known but is incomplete. In conclusion, the two-variable linear equation system's mathematical connection ability in terms of the connection representation and procedural connections are not evenly distributed.

This study aims to determine the percentage of concept errors, procedural errors, computational errors, and to determine the most dominant error in solving the problem of mathematics description of students of grade VIII B MTs Negeri Ngablak Academic Year 2017/2018. The object of this study is the student's mistake in solving the problem description of the subject matter of the function. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques use test techniques and interview techniques. The test instrument is in the form of a description test of 5 questions. Of the five questions are declared valid and reliable. The result of the research shows that students of MTs Negeri Ngablak do average error of concept equal to 73,54% with high category, mean of procedural error equal to 30,08% with low category, and mean of computation error equal to 26,21% with category low. The most dominant type of error in the solution of the problems done by students of grade VIII B MTs Negeri Ngablak is a concept error with a percentage of 73.54%. Suggested to the teacher when solving the math problem must be complete and the teacher must provide instruction to the students that the importance in solving the problem to write the answers in accordance with the correct and proper procedures.

The purpose of this research is to see the extent of the management of  Dendang Melayu tourism as one of the potential marine tourism in the city of Batam in terms of facilities and attractions. This type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. In this study qualitative data analysis is used by following the concept of Miles and Huberman with several stages, namely Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Conclusion. The results of this study show that the management of Dendang Melayu tourism has undergone many changes as one of the potential for marine tourism in the city of Batam, although there are still some shortcomings. Dendang Melayu Tourism is far more interesting than before because of the tourism of Tanjung Penarik, but there are some things that must be addressed, namely the condition of the facilities that are still complained by the community and the attraction of Dendang Melayu tourism for tourists.

Abstract This article aims to find out and describe the trainer's relationship to the students ' creativity in the development of dance art in junior high School of UNP. This type of research is a descriptive study that produces Qualitative data. The main instrument in this research is its own researchers. Data collection techniques are conducted by way of library studies, observation and documentation. The stage for analyzing data is to reduce data, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusions. The results showed that the activities of self-development in SMP UNP Laboratory development do not have a regular trainer and have different strategies and methods. The impact is that students lack the ability to develop patterns of motion, students feel corner and not confident if unable to mimic the techniques taught by the trainer, as well as students do not freely explore and express themselves. Therefore, the idea arises to see how the technique, and expression of the students in the dance of the Pasambahan, which has been given by his trainer. Keywords: relationship coach, creativity students self development Dance art
