This study is entitled Implementation of the Consumer Protection Act on Cosmetic Business Agents (Study of Cosmetic Supervision at Makassar Agency of Food and Drug Control). This study describes how to supervise the implementation of consumer protection act on cosmetic businesses. To obtain answers to this problem, the writers use three methods of the data collection; Observations, interviews, and documentation. In field research, the writers use observation and interview instruments. Qualitative Data processing and the data analysis techniques that are used; Data reduction, the data presentation, and verification of data. The samples in this study were the Head of the Agency of Food and Drug Control, the Head of Examination Department, the Head of Enforcement Department, the Head of Testing Department, the Head of Information and Communication Department, some business agents and consumers. The results of this study indicated that the application of the consumer protection act has been carried out by cosmetic business agents in Makassar, the agents have applied all the rules relating to the production and distribution of products as well. Supervision of cosmetic businesses by Makassar Agency of Food and Drug Control both in the market and at the clinic has proceeded properly.

This study aims to describe the planning, execution, and follow-up of the academic supervision by the principal at SDN 6 Putatsari Grobogan. This research is qualitative. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques to the analysis of the groove. The process of collecting data through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The validity of the data using triangulation, triangulation method, and triangulation of researchers. The results of the research, academic supervision 1. Planning in SD Negeri 6 Putatsari produce, a. Preparation of supervision schedule, b. Preparation of Instrument, c. Compile a list of teachers who would be supervised. 2. Implementation of Academic Supervision in SD Negeri 6 Putatsari, supervisor came to the class with the instruments that have been prepared to make observations of learning while noting the incident in accordance with the instrument. 3. Follow-Up Supervision Academic SD Negeri 6 Putatsari, principal with the teachers held discussions break time in the principal’s office, teachers are given the opportunity to express their opinions about the learning process has been implemented. The headmaster shows the results of further observations provide opportunities for teachers to observe and analyze it.

This study describes how the Workforce management evaluation at Adinda Parinring Makassar kindergarten is specifically the implementation of the management of the teaching staff. To obtain answers to these problems, the authors use three methods of data collection; Observations, interviews and documentation. In field research the author uses observation and interview instruments. Qualitative data processing and data analysis techniques that I use are; Data reduction, data discovery and data verification. The samples in this study were all educators in Adinda Parinring Makassar kindergarten. The results of the study show that the evaluation and follow-up of educators in Adinda Parinring Kindergarten are conducted regularly, ie every week and at the end of each semester.

Financing bailout of Hajj is loans from Islamic banks to customers to cover theshortage of funds in order to gain seats (seat) at settlement BPIH Hajj (Pilgrimage Travel Expenses). This financing product uses the principle of Qardh Wal Ijarah. The purpose of this study was to determine the views of Islamic law to finance bailouts of pilgrimage and to know the views of Islamic law about the fee ujrah on contract bailouts of pilgrimage. This research is a field research. The design of this study used a qualitative approach to the non-statistical analysis. While the data analysis techniques used content analysis and interactive method which consists of data reduction, data collection, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this research note that the view of Islamic law against the bailouts of pilgrimage on Islamic bank containing multi-contract, where the contract is used qardh and Ijarah are allowed. While the view of Islamic law regarding fee ujrah decision on the bailout fund of pilgrimage is not appropriate with shariah because of the percentage of fee ujrah based on funds qardh

This study aimed at determining the implementation of Islamic values in the recruitment process (Case Study at University of Muhammadiyah Malang-UMM). This research applied qualitative method through a phenomenological approach. The informants of this study were (1) University Leaders; (2) Employees. Further, the data collected were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques, namely: Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Conclusion Drawing. The results of this study indicated that the recruitment process at UMM: 1) in accordance with Islamic values sourced from the Qur'an and Hadith; 2) UMM leaders have accomplished the mandate that was showed in selecting employees and establishing the law fairly according to Q.S. An Nisa [4]: 58 and Q.S. Al Maidah [5]: 8. UMM Leaders appoint the most worthy and appropriate employees as in Q.S. An Nisaa [4]: 59; 4) UMM leaders choose employees of the highest quality selectively in accordance with the words of the Prophet Muhammad in HR. Baihaqi; 5) UMM Leaders choose capable and trustworthy employees according to Q.S. Al Anfaal [8]: 27.

This paper aims to (1) Describe the form of cooperation between transmigrants and local communities in Ketong Village; (2) Describe the form of accommodation between transmigrants and local communities in Ketong Village, and; (3) Describe the form of assimilation between transmigrants and local communities in Ketong Village. This research is descriptive and qualitative. Data collection techniques consisted of observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the writing are (1) The form of cooperation between transmigrants and local communities in Ketong Village is spontaneous cooperation, namely helping each other when grieving, direct cooperation, namely cooperation when there is an instruction from the village head, and traditional cooperation, namely cooperation when welcoming guests, cooperation during celebrations, and kumpulan / cooperation in the agricultural sector. (2) The form of accommodation between transmigrants and local communities in Ketong Village is tolerance, namely, respect for cultural differences, and visiting each other during holidays. (3) The form of assimilation between transmigrants and local communities in Ketong Village is assimilation in the field of agricultural crops and marriage

This study aimed to identify students' misconceptions on the topic of function. The research used is qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The subjects of this study were class X MIA3 selected by using purple sampling and snowball techniques. The research instrument was a written test using diagnostic test techniques for misconceptions, interviews, and observations. The qualitative data analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. Based on the research, there are 4 students who experience misconceptions in class X MIA3 on the topic of the functions. Out of 6 indicators of misconceptions, the reasons were caused by a lack of student interest in learning, underestimating the concept of functions so that they think learning the concept of functions is very easy, embarrassed to ask questions when studying, and never repeat lessons at home so that students cannot answer questions given by the teacher.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan prosesi dan esensi acara Mandi Bakumbo dalam pernikahan adat Melayu di Pekanbaru Provinsi Riau. Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk mengurai hasil penelitian adalah pendekatan seni, budaya dan esensi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskritif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan Observasi (dokumentasi) dan Wawancara (Interview). Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis data Miles dan Huberman yaitu Pengumpulan data, Reduksi data, Penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tradisi mandi bakumbo menjadi salah satu fokus kebudayaan yang keberadaannya diakui secara adat istiadat dan sebagai warisan budaya oleh masyarakat Kota Pekanbaru, selain itu tradisi ini memiliki makna dan nilai yang penting bagi masyarakat Kota Pekanbaru.  Kata Kunci: esensi, mandi bakumbo, tradisi Melayu.AbstractThis study aims to describe the procession and essence of the Mandi Bakumbo event in a Malay traditional wedding in Pekanbaru, Riau Province. The approach used to parse the results of research is the approach of art, culture and essence. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection is done by Observation (documentation) and Interview (Interview). Data analysis techniques using the Miles and Huberman data analysis models, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study showed that the tradition of mandi bakumbo became one of the focuses of culture whose existence was recognized in customs and as a cultural heritage by the people of Pekanbaru City, in addition this tradition had significance and value for the people of Pekanbaru City. Fishers are faced with various kinds of problems. In this case, Koperasi is expected to be something that can easily adjust its role to the needs of the fishing and coastal communities. This study aims to analyze the role of Koperasi in improving the economy of fishing communities in Sumenep Regency. This study uses qualitative data that emphasizes the meaning with qualitative data analysis techniques consisting of reduction, data presentation, conclusion, and verification. The results of this study indicate that the Koperasi has a significant role in improving the welfare of the community, especially members of the Koperasi so that it will ultimately have an impact on improving the economy in Padangdangan Village, Pasongsongan District. The real role of Koperasi in Padangdangan Village, Pasongsongan District is to build community awareness in Koperasi, as a provider of working capital needs through savings and loan activities, as a means of supporting fishing activities in the form of fishing gear and thermo king tools, as a facilitator in establishing partnerships and Koperasi with parties outside, as well as a medium to increase fishermen's income.

This article aims to describe the shape and meaning of symbols on the delivery of Jamba Badagang in a wedding party ceremony. The approach used to parse the results of this research were the approach of art, culture, semiotics and aesthetics. The research method used descriptive qualitative. Data collection done by Observation (documentation) and Interview (Interview). Data analysis techniques used Miles and Huberman data analysis models, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the tradition of the Hantaran Jamba Badagang was a symbol of interaction, communication, and social value. This tradition also contains the meaning of unity between communities and educational values. Furthermore, the Jamba Badagang tradition continues to be preserve and develope into the cultural heritage of the Kambang nagari community.

This study aims to describe the empowerment of Sleman Salak Sinom Parijotho batik in terms of the use and preservation of the batikparijotho salak. This type of research is qualitative. Data in the study were obtained by observation, interviews, and documentation. The main instrument in the research is the researchers themselves with interview aids and documentation. The validity of the data is obtained by triangulation techniques, data analysis techniques by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate whether the development of the batik parijotho had succeeded well in the community, as well as how much the community was interested in batik parijotho salak. And whether the preservation of batik Parijotho is well developed and useful not for the community. Can parijotho batik be superior in comparison to other batik and what is the superiority of this parijhoto batik. Sinom Parijotho Salak batik meaning is philosophical as the hope of prosperity and prosperity of the people of Sleman Regency. Parijotho salak batik is inspired by parijotho plants, which are foliage plants that grow in the mountains.
