The subject of the article is the development of a concept for the transition of organizations to the eighth technological mode; the object of the article is the eighth technological mode; the purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency of the processes of transition of organizations to the eighth technological mode; to achieve this goal, the following tasks are solved: the geopolitical and socio-economic roles and results of the transition of organizations to the eighth technological mode are described; a system analysis of technological modes is carried out (tables of elements and properties of technological modes are developed); – development and description of practical tasks of the policy of transition of organizations to the eighth technological order; the structure of the policy and the content of the elements of the policy of transition to the eighth technological order are described; the criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the policy of transition of organizations to the eighth technological order are given; the scientific methods of this article are system, historical, logical and comparative analysis, heuristic synthesis, political science, system approach, heuristic forecasting, expert methods, efficiency theory; the scientific novelty of the work is determined by the synthesis of the policy of transition of organizations to the eighth technological order, the formation of a set of criteria for assessing the geopolitical and socio-economic effectiveness of the policy of organizations for the transition to the eighth technological order.

The article is devoted to comparative analysis of two repatriations: bringing ashes of Juliusz Słowacki in 1927 and bringing remains of Stanisław Ignacy Witkiewicz in 1988. Both these events, being socio-political performances, fit into the broader concept of necropolitics, in which they are analyzed. The article compares the causes of the political nature of these ceremonies, their conduct, public reception and the effectiveness of counteracting the socio-political crisis, which was one of the main reasons for reaching for the funeral ritual by the rulers. The main purpose of the article, in addition to the comparative analysis of the above elements, is to emphasize the political dimension of mourning ceremonies, which can successfully be the subject of research in political science.

The subject of this research is the works of Kazimir Malevich of the period 1913–1914. Despite numerous scientific works and articles dedicated to the works of K. Malevich, the period of his becoming requires clarification. The object of this research is the Russian avant-garde art of 1913 – 1914. The author dwells on the compositional principles in the painter’s works of this period. Special attention is given to the colorful shapes and geometric elements underlying the compositions of his paintings. Analysis is conducted on the the path of Kazimir Severinovich, the transition from Futurism and Cubo-Futurism through Fevralism to the original style – suprematism. The philosophical and art history analysis in combination with the general scientific methods of research allowed developing a representation on the transformation the artistic pursuits of Kazimir Malevich towards the dominant of the black geometric colorful shape, which subsequently led to the creation of the “Black Square” and the formation of suprematism. The article examines and compares the paintings of the period 1913–1914, when Malevich had moved from being a mentee to creating his own artistic language. The study of the paintings by Kazimir Malevich and determination of large group of works similar in the techniques and colors used allows broadening and complementing the knowledge on the period prior to suprematism.

Modern consulting processes at any level are quite complex and require constant monitoring and improvement to maintain their effectiveness. That is why the interest in studying the consulting market as a separate object of management activity is constantly growing. The purpose of the study is to identify the problems of the development of the consulting market that are characteristic of Russian practice and to find optimal ways to eliminate them. The research methodology includes general scientific methods such as comparative analysis of sources, system analysis and synthesis of facts, induction and analogy. The result of the research is a list of problematic areas of the consulting market development and current ways to improve it.
