Kata kunci: Tatanan Hidup Baru, COVID-19, Manajemen Waktu, PAR ABSTRACT The New Living Order (New Normal) during the COVID-19 pandemic provided a completely new experience for the world of education, especially elementary school students in Indonesia. The obligation to comply with the Health protocol makes learning without face-to-face either with teachers or friends and everything is done online. This makes students have a lot of free time and tends to be without supervision from either parents or teachers. The aim of this service is to optimize students' free time with time management in the new normal. The method used in this study uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. The important stages in PAR are Research (mapping problems), Action (action plans in solving problems) and Participatory (participation of parents and elementary students in Desekan village). The technique of collecting data was carried out by observation, surveys, documents and interviews. It is hoped that mentoring can help students understand the importance of time management by scheduling daily activities so that students can manage their time effectively and efficiently. The conclusion of this dedication is that the students do not understand well about time management and spend a lot of time with strings and games that are not related to education. Keywords: New Normal, COVID-19, Time Management, PAR

Background and Purpose: Schizophrenia is a chronic and severe mental disorder which impacts a person’s ability to successfully function in the community. When it interacts with structural and situational stress like poverty, homelessness and unemployment, it can lead to negative experiences and makes a person vulnerable to abuse or even develop resilience or retaining a meaningful life within the limitation of the disorder. The study aims to understand how individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia define and evaluate their experience of living in the community; personal and environmental strengths, impact of illness on their personal and social life, the challenges and barriers they meet in their day to day life and how they overcome those challenges. Methods: The study focuses on lived experiences and deriving meaning from those experiences from a service user perspective. Therefore, Hermeneutic phenomenological approach will be used. In-depth interviews will be conducted over the course of four months to elicit client’s narratives of their experiences. The interviews are transcribed, read and coded to cluster thematic aspects in each case by using ATLAS.ti.v.7. Data will be collected till saturation point is reached and participants are from various age-group, socio-economic status, ethnicity and educational background, living in the Community. Implication: Participants’ stories would narrate sources of strength, process of normalization, describing instances of discrimination, social and structural factors which they encounter affecting their help-seeking behaviour and how these factors act as facilitator and barriers in their day to day life. Findings would suggest the need for advocacy services which are discussed through recommendations and suggestions.

The scope of education is the parties that are involved in the sphere of education such as proteges/students/college students, the basic and the purpose of education itself, educators, educational materials, educational methods, educational evaluation, educational tools and the surrounding environment within the scope of education. Education is also one of the most important parts of human life that has provisions that aim to help the improvement of living standard and life for themselves and for the country. If referring to the Article 31 (amendment) paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia which states that "Every citizen has the right to education, of course education is meant in principle, learning what we know is based on face to face in the class. to transfer the knowledge to their students (students / college students). This has now turned into virtual, distance learning, due to various constraints of limited facilities and infrastructure, the ability to absorb the technology, on the other hand, the unstable condition of the spread of covid-19 has certainly become a dilemma for several universities, including the university of Muslim Nusantara Al Washliyah in implementing learning whether it's pure online use organized with Distance Learning (PJJ) -virtual and other types of virtual. Keywords : Strategy, the Quality of Learning,New Normal

Web-based learning (a major subcomponent of the broader term “distance learning”) is one of the tools with which education is delivered at a distance electronically. There seems to be many definitions, as well as terms, for distance learning, such as “distance education,” “distributed learning,” “remote education,” “online learning” and “Web-based learning,” which all may refer to the similar education deliverables. In the mid-1990s, the U.S. Department of Education defined distance education as “education or training courses delivered to remote off-campus location(s) via audio, video or computer technologies” (Lewis, Farris & Levin, 1999). Later in the 1990s, the American Association of University Professors (AAUP) defined distance learning as education in which “the teacher and the student are separated geographically so that face-to-face communication is absent; communication is accomplished instead by one or more technological media, most often electronic” (AAUP, 1999).

The purpose of this qualitative study concerned developing an inductive and comprehensive understanding of the lived experiences of Malaysian homeowners and tenants of affordable housing. This was with respect to the variegated nature of the relationship between housing affordability and property values in the Malaysian housing market, the phenomenon under consideration. A descriptive phenomenological approach, involving both purposive and snowball sampling, was used to achieve the goal of this study: describing the relevant lived experiences in connection with the housing affordability issue in question. Through in-depth interviews, research participants described the experiences that stood out for them, in response to pre-prepared stimulus questions. Verbatim transcriptions of interviews were used as the primary source of data. However, triangulation was achieved through the use of interviews, corroborating field notes and reflective journals. Phenomenological analysis revealed ten emergent themes, namely financing, availability, race/ethnicity, socio-economic status, motives, property values, quality of life, stigma, quality of affordable housing and fairness. One clear implication arising from the findings was that if the Malaysian Government is seen to be doing more in an equitable fashion, this might lead to more positive perceptions in general of the issue of housing affordability. Another clear implication stemming from the findings was that the issue of housing affordability vis-à-vis property values, viewed at from a phenomenological perspective, is clearly a structural problem. Such contentions tend to significantly increase the desirability of the relevant decision-makers employing suitably multi-layered, multi-agency, systems thinking. In terms of practical measures, two key preliminary measures and one fundamental recommendation were made, pinpointing the desirability of improvements in property financing and increased perceptions of fairness.

The COVID-19 outbreak resulted in the sudden shift from on-campus class to remote learning using different ways, but mainly through the use of the internet to deliver instruction and submit the requirements. While the news is full of statistics about the COVID-19 cases, recoveries, and deaths, not much has been written about the plight of students during the pandemic. This study looked into the lived experiences of the five education students enrolled in Batangas State University learning on their own at home during the time of the Luzonwide lockdown in the Philippines. This phenomenological research utilized voice calls (Messenger) in getting data from the participants. In analyzing the data, the researchers identified the frequent words or phrases, categorized the responses, then identified the themes. Four themes emerged from the interviews: students partook in asynchronous learning for grades; remote education during a pandemic affords students’ stress and anxiety; students prefer in-face classes over distance learning; and they have insufficient technology. The study concluded with the understanding that the sudden implementation of distance learning, the student-participants view this mode of learning as a means to comply and to cope with the set standards given the available measures and resources. The student-participants are able to experience the truly independent and individual manner of learning. Participants need to adjust to the new mode of learning, for they are still in the traditional face to face mode of delivery of learning and education and Resources and means to connect are the major concerns of students especially those in the remote areas both the region and nearby provinces.

A sudden pandemic has created a learning system in Indonesia, which is usually done face-to-face, in the New Normal era, online learning is required. This sudden incident turned the wheel of life and learning 180 degrees. This paper discusses the level of readiness of students and teachers in mathematics distance learning. The level of readiness includes ownership of electronic devices, availability of internet signals, costs, support from parents or people around, skills in accessing digital learning applications, learning places, teachers who can teach well, materials, teacher guidance, solutions if they encounter problems, abstinence give up, and be able to understand distance learning material. Data obtained from the results of questionnaires and interviews with students and teachers in Indonesia. The results of the analysis of the data obtained are that students and teachers are in the criteria of being quite ready to be very ready to carry out distance learning. From the results of questionnaires and interviews, both students and teachers prefer a mixture of distance and face-to-face learning, because when it is difficult to understand the learning material, the teacher can explain directly, more able to monitor the condition of students. The weakness of distance learning is that it is constrained by internet signals, no emotional bonds, it is difficult to monitor students' abilities and higher credit costs.
