Due to the diversification of the problems faced by teachers, especially in the relationship with students and in the relationship with the education system, maintaining the professional motivation of teachers has become increasingly difficult. The quality of education is the result of the interdependent relationship between motivation and the success of the teaching-learning-assessment process. The issue of performance is at the center of debate today as a result of new changes in education caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Educational performance is dependent on a multitude of factors, among which we mention: the teacher (professional training, motivation), leadership and school management that can contribute to increasing performance by supporting motivation and recognizing the teacher's effort. In this context, the education system must demonstrate its ability to provide quality pedagogical facts and processes capable of meeting the requirements of productivity, innovation and technological development imposed by current changes. That said, a new approach is needed in terms of managing school institutions and organizations, namely a new type of manager, a true leader who will focus on achieving the highest organizational performance that will automatically reflect on the quality of education. Motivation can be the essence of high performance because decreased motivation leads to less and less involvement and reduced performance in the workplace.

“The relationship of madrasah with society is essentially a very instrumental in fostering and developing personal growth of learners in madrasah, in this case madrasah as a social system is an integral part of the larger system of society. On the other hand, madrasah should support the achievement of community goals, especially education needs. Therefore, madrasah should also know clearly what the needs and circumstances of society, especially against madrasah. The cause of the low quality of education in Indonesia certainly can not be separated from the role and leadership of a teacher as top leadernya. The madrasah committee has an important role as a giver of balance, support, control, and as a mediator between government and society in educational units. The article examines the relationship between the theoretical categories “quality of education” and “competitiveness of education”, as applied to educational activities of higher educational institutions. Based on a review of the scientific literature, the author adduces the examples of the opposition and mixing of the quality and competitiveness of education. The quality of education and its competitiveness are characterized as fundamental values that are the objects of analysis and evaluation in the university management system. The author’s definition of the competitiveness of educational organization as a feature reflecting the relative superiority over rivals at the pre-active stage is proposed. The author considers the relationship of competitiveness and quality of education by highlighting the methods and indicators of their evaluation and analysis in the intra-university management system. The mutual dependence of the quality and competitiveness of education is manifested in the formulation of indicators and methods for their evaluation. Assessment of the competitiveness of education and evaluation of its quality have a methodological commonality – using assessment approaches based on the “resource” and the “resultant” methodology. It has been proved that when evaluating the competitiveness of education, the results of educational activities should be taken into account, and using only an approach focusing on the resources of educational activities to assess the competitiveness of education will make such an assessment incomplete. The “quality” – “competitiveness” matrix built by the author allows to reveal four types of universities.

The quality of education depends highly  on the capacity of educational units in transforming the learners to gain added value, whether it is related to the aspects of thinking, taste, heart, and body. Among the components of education, teachers and lecturers are very important and strategic factors in an effort to improve the quality of education in every educational unit. The purpose of this research is to know the effect of professional competence, social competence on pedagogic competence with personality competence as moderation variable based on students’ perception. The analytical method used is Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) to confirm the validity and reliability of the indicator of the latent variables and Moderating Structural Equation Modeling Score Factor (MSEM-SF) to determine the effect of moderation. The results show that personality competence moderates the relationship of the effect of professional competence on pedagogic competence but personality competence does not moderate relationship of the effect of social competence on pedagogic competence. This implies that, a good professional competence can accelerate the improvement of pedagogic competence quality supported by good personality competence.

Objectively and reliably determined indicators of rheological properties of the dough were identified using the alveograph device to create a system of classifications of wheat and flour from it for the intended purpose in the future. The analysis of the relationship of standardized quality indicators, as well as newly developed indicators for identifying them, differentiating the quality of wheat flour for the intended purpose, i.e. for finished products. To do this, we use mathematical statistics methods.

The scientific problem of economics “Managing the quality of human life” is formulated on the basis of artificial intelligence, algebra of logic and logical-probabilistic calculus. Managing the quality of human life is represented by managing the processes of his treatment, training and decision making. Events in these processes and the corresponding logical variables relate to the behavior of a person, other persons and infrastructure. The processes of the quality of human life are modeled, analyzed and managed with the participation of the person himself. Scenarios and structural, logical and probabilistic models of managing the quality of human life are given. Special software for quality management is described. The relationship of human quality of life and the digital economy is examined. We consider the role of public opinion in the management of the “bottom” based on the synthesis of many studies on the management of the economics and the state. The bottom management is also feedback from the top management.
