The article is devoted to the issues of developing spatial and ecological competence of students majoring in tourism at secondary vocational education institutions, and the relevance of introducing the geo-ecological aspect into the learning process with a view to improving the quality of training. The authors present a block-structure model demonstrating the process of developing the spatial and ecological / earth-and environment competencies, analyse relevant empirical research, and provide the rationale for introducing new educational standards of the third generation (discipline: ‘Geo-ecology and tourism’) into the 100401 «Tourism» curriculum.

The author's definition of applied qualifications is given. It is aimed at the formation of applied qualifications based on resource centers of secondary vocational education institutions that are part of the construction research and education cluster. The principles of organizational and pedagogical conditions of the relations of the resource center with enterprises within the context of public and private administration are identified. The results of the survey among students on the issue of whether they want to learn applied qualifications are given. Today, changes are being made to the main regulatory documents in the field of education, which require a revision of the structure and content of federal state standards. In addition, the labor market requires synchronization of content with the requirements of specific industries. All this required a revision of the layout of the standard for secondary vocational education. Today, 100 educational standards are already in development.For the study, an analysis of the current federal state educational standards and their changes since their introduction in the system of secondary vocational education was carried out. And also considered the latest changes in the regulatory framework of secondary vocational education. Based on the method of analysis, the main changes in the structure and content of federal educational standards were identified. On the basis of the modeling method, the directions of changes in the approximate basic educational programs were determined.The changes identified in the course of the study will allow educational organizations to more successfully apply these standards in the development of basic educational programs.Changes in the vocational education system associated with the approbation of a new layout will allow the education system to respond to the dynamically changing demands of the labor market and provide training for workers who meet the modern requirements of the economy.

Introduction. The problems of inclusive education in the system of secondary vocational education have recently become particularly relevant due to the increasing number of students with limited health opportunities and disabilities. Therefore, there is an urgent need to find the best ways to build an educational route for students of these categories. Such an educational trajectory should not only include special conditions that ensure the satisfaction of the special educational needs of such students, but also be aimed at mastering the professional competencies necessary for a modern competitive individual in the labor market. The main tool for implementing the inclusive model of education should be considered an adapted educational program of secondary vocational education. However, the implementation mechanism of this normative document still continues to raise many questions and difficulties. That is why this study was conducted, which involved teachers and masters of vocational training in the system of secondary vocational education, aimed at identifying the difficulties that arise in the implementation of adapted educational programs. The obtained results demonstrated the ambiguity of the current situation in the field of building and implementing an inclusive model in the system of secondary vocational education and allowed us to offer the authors possible solutions to these situations.

В современном мире процессы автоматизации проникли во все сферы деятельности человека. Управление образовательными процессами обусловлено разными архитектурами программного обеспечения для поддержки обучения в образовательной организации, практическим применением информационных технологий, которые используются для сетевого доступа к защищенным образовательным ресурсам. Внедрение автоматизации в процессы управления сложными системами значительно сокращают объем вложенных ресурсов, не только финансовых, но и ресурсов времени. Использование информационных компьютерных технологий (далее – ИКТ) в процессах для автоматизации управления образовательными организациями является одной из первоочередных задач современной системы образования. Автоматизация управления средним профессиональным образованием (далее – СПО) в Российской Федерации является актуальной темой, поскольку внедрение информационных технологий в процесс управления деятельностью СПО позволит существенно снизить затраты времени для руководящего и педагогического состава на делопроизводство, планирование и ведение документации учебного процесса за счет снижения доли рутинного труда. В статье рассмотрены особенности таких актуальных направлений в управлении СПО как анализ обеспеченности учебной литературой, занятости выпускников и учет примерных основных образовательных программ. Подчеркнута необходимость автоматизации указанных направлений в управлении СПО. In the modern world, automation processes have penetrated into all spheres of human activity. The management of educational processes is due to different software architectures to support training in an educational organization, the practical use of information technologies that are used for network access to protected educational resources. The introduction of automation in complex systems management processes significantly reduces the amount of invested resources, not only financial, but also time resources. The use of information computer technologies in processes to automate the management of educational organizations is one of the priority tasks of the modern education system. Automation of the management of secondary vocational education in the Russian Federation is a topical topic, since the introduction of information technologies in the process of managing the activities of secondary professional education will significantly reduce the time spent for the leadership and pedagogical staff on office work, planning and maintaining the documentation of the educational process by reducing the share of routine labor. The article considers the peculiarities of such topical areas in the management of srekak analysis of the availability of educational literature, the employment of graduates and the accounting of approximate basic educational programs. The need to automate these areas in the management of secondary vocational education was emphasized.

Examined is the problem of the content of educational standards of various levels of training: secondary vocational education (SPO), bachelor’s degree, specialty, master’s degree. Shown by the example of one enlarged group of specialties and directions, that the standards do not differ much after the changes in 2020. Noted is, that educational programs will differ after the educational organization determines the training profiles and professional competencies. Proposed is to develop generalized standards for all levels of higher education and to form a qualification characteristic for each direction or specialty, indicating the training profiles, the list of professional competencies and the professional standards recommended for use.
