This study aims to examine the effect of fraud prevention on village / village financial management as the dependent variable and the competency of village apparatuses, compliance of government financial reporting, internal control systems as independent variables while moral sensitivity as amoderating variable. This research is a quantitative research or hypothetic - deductive method that aims to answer such questions that are related to exploratory, descriptive, explanatory and predictive studies. Primary data is mainly used in this research. Data collection is conducted using a survey method in the form of a questionnaire that lists the statements, which were given to the respondents to be filled in order to get information, and then the data analyzing was conducted using the Warp-PLS 5.0 Application software. The study results show that the competence of village officials influences fraud prevention, financial reporting adherence affects fraud prevention, and meanwhile the internal control system does not affect fraud prevention. Furthermore, moral sensitivity does not moderate the competence of village officials, adherence to financial reporting and internal control systems.

This study aims to examine and analyze the relationship of regional financial management and internal control systems of government with the performance of government agencies mediated by good governance. The dependent variable used is the performance of government agencies, the independent variable used is regional financial management and government internal control systems and one mediating variable in the form of good governance. The population in this study is the Solok District Organization of 26 OPDs. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling with 76 respondents. This study  uses primary data. Data collection techniques based on survey method by providing a set of questionnaires to respondents.Path analyisis is used to test the hyphotesis.

This study aims to test empirically the effect of the whistleblowing system, human resource competence, morality and internal control systems on fraud prevention in village financial management. The data source used is primary data from the results of distributing questionnaires to village officials who are involved as managers of village fund allocations as many as 97 respondents.  The sampling technique was the total method or census, namely 27 Dinas Villages in Denpasar City and data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the whistleblowing system has no effect on fraud prevention in village financial management. Meanwhile, human resource competence, morality, and internal control systems have a positive effect on fraud prevention in village financial management. The research focuses deeply on and evaluates the factors affecting financial management of educational managers training and fostering institutions in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This is a very specific model for countries in transition economies as in Vietnam, a country is in the process of comprehensive renovation, restructuring public service delivery institutions, increasing the assignment of self-responsibility to institutions, reducing financial pressure on the State budget. Using qualitative and quantitative research methods together with techniques, i.e., testing reliability scales with Cronbach's alpha coefficients, exploratory factor analysis EFA, CFA and linear model SEM, the study investigated 500 samples in 07 educational institutions in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The findings revealed six (06) factors, which are internal control system, technology infrastructure, top managers’ commitment, cash management and budget system, organizational responsibility, affected the financial reporting system, and meanwhile, the financial reporting system has a positive impact on the financial management. Based on this result, the study has proposed implications for improving financial management in educational managers training and fostering institutions in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The purpose of this research is to examine and explain the influence of village apparatus competence, morality, internal control systems and whistleblowing on fraud prevention in the management of village funds. This research is a quantitative study with a descriptive research design. The data source in this study uses primary data obtained from the results of the distribution of questionnaires to all village officials and village consultative bodies (BPD) of 99 respondents. This research was conducted in Sukoanyar Village, Wajak Village, Sukolilo Village, Blayu Village, and Patokpicis Village in Wajak District. The results of this study indicate that village apparatus competence, morality, internal control systems, and whistleblowing have a significant simultaneous effect on fraud prevention in village fund management. Partially, the competence of the apparatus has a positive influence on fraud prevention in village fund management, morality has a positive influence on fraud prevention in village fund management, the internal control system has a positive influence on fraud prevention in village fund management, and whistleblowing has a positive influence on fraud prevention in managing village funds.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine: 1). Effect of the use of information technology on the quality of local government financial reporting, 2). The influence of the internal control system of the quality of local government financial reporting. The population in this study are part of the accounting / financial administration at SKPD in Jakarta provincial government amounting to 23 SKPD criteria Have a minimum term of one year in the period of preparation of financial statements. The data used are primary data obtained from respondents through questionnaires. Using quantitative descriptive approach. Karna, the analysis is the analysis of the data used in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that, simultaneously at variable utilization of information technology and internal control systems significant effect on the quality of local government financial reporting as evidenced from the results of simultaneous test (Test F). Partially shows the results of the use of information technology and internal control systems significant effect on the quality of local government financial reporting as evidenced from the partial test (t test). Keywords:         Quality of local government financial reporting, use of information technology, internal control systems.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that cause the occurrence of fraud in PD BPR Bank Dearah X which is one of the regional owned enterprises of Local Government X and identify the steps ways of fraud prevention which is effective in PD BPR Bank Daerah X. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study. This study uses the primary data and secondary data. This research uses many data collection techniques by conducting an interview, an observation and a documentation. The results show that the factors that cause the occurrence of fraud in PD BPR Bank Daerah X can be classified into four, namely: (1) the pressure that comes from the external and internal influence, (2) an opportunity or a chance due to the weakness of internal control systems owned by BPR , sanctions are not strict enough for the wrongdoers of fraud, and misuse of authority committed by directors, (3) rationalization, and (4) collusion. The ways of fraud prevention which are done by the management of PD BPR Bank Daerah X and based on the results of interviews conducted by the researchers, can be identified as follows: (1) An improvement of the internal control system in PD BPR Bank Daerah X, (2) An implementation of policy of know your employee (KYE) as an effort of fraud prevention by controlling the aspects of human resources (HR); (3) A creation of a special line of fraud reporting policy;and (4) An establishment of policies and sanction procedures. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial statement presentation, financial report accessibility, value for money, internal control systems, and leadership styles on the accountability of regional financial management in North Nias Regency's local government. This study used a quantitative analytic survey method by distributing questionnaires to the structural staff at OPD (Regional Apparatus Organization) North Nias Regency. The population is structural employees in 31 OPDs consisting of the Head of OPD, Secretary of OPD, Head of Finance at OPD, and those who carry out accounting / financial administration functions (112 people). Data were analyzed using Descriptive Statistical Analysis and Partial Least Square Analysis (SEM-PLS) with the Smart PLS 3.0 software program. The results showed that the accessibility of financial statements, value for money, internal control systems, and leadership style influenced regional financial management's accountability. The presentation of financial statements does not affect the accountability of local financial management.

This research is quantitative research with a descriptive research design. Sources of data in this study using primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to village officials in Sumowono District, Central Java, Indonesia with 99 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the competence of village officials, individual morality, internal control systems, and whistleblowing systems simultaneously have a significant effect on the prevention of village fund fraud. Partially, the competence of village officials, individual morality, internal control systems, and whistleblowing systems have a positive effect on the prevention of village fund fraud.

This study aims to examine the effect of the regional financial accounting system, the accessibility of financial reports and internal controls on the accountability of regional financial management. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study is the whole part involved in the management of regional finances in the villages in Bekasi City. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. Data collection techniques used in this study using survey methods. The data used are primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to respondents. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Product and Services Solution) version 26. Based on the results of the study showed that the regional financial accounting system, the accessibility of financial statements, and internal control have a significant positive effect on the Financial Accountability Of Local Government.

Financial reports must provide information that is useful for making a decision, where relevant and reliable information is influenced by the timeliness of reporting. This study aims to determine the effect of internal control systems and information systems on regional financial management on the timeliness of partial and simultaneous financial reporting of case studies at the Bengkalis Department of Transportation. This research is descriptive quantitative in nature, while the data sources used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, documentation, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique used was data quality test, data normality test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test and determination coefficient test. The results of this study are partially and simultaneously there is a significant influence between the internal control system and the regional financial management information system on the timeliness of financial reporting at the Bengkalis Department of Transportation.
