Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji sejauh mana pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, iklim organisasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap prestasi kerja Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Provinsi Sulawesi - Selatan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada 74 pegawai Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Provinsi Sulawesi - Selatan. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 20. Teknik sampling yang dipakai adalah metode sensus dan teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi Uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda, untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan faktor gaya kepemimpinan, iklim organisasi dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai dan secara parsial yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai adalah gaya kepemimpinan. This study aims to discuss how the influence of leadership style, organizational climate and organizational culture on work performance of the National Unity and Politics of the Sulawesi-South Province. Data was collected through interviews and carried out in 74 offices of the National Unity and Politics Agency of the Province of Sulawesi - South. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 20 assistance program. The sampling technique used is the census method and the data testing technique used in this study completes the classic Assessing Test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis show that the factors of leadership style, organizational climate and organizational culture on work performance and partial are dominant on employee work Leadership Style.

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of supervison, communication and organizational commitment for employee performance on PDAM Tirtanadi branch Padang Bulan North Sumatera. The data collection was carried out through questionnaires conducted on 43 employees on PDAM Tirtanadi branch Padang Bulan North Sumatera. Data analysis in this study uses SPSS version 22. The sampling technique used is the saturation sampling method and data testing technique used in this study includes the validity test and reliability test. Multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing is also conducted to test and to prove the hypothesis in research. Partial tes results (t test) showed t count (1,721) > t table (1,682) and the significance level was 0,043 < 0,05 proved that supervision had a positive and significant effect on work performance, t count (5,578) > t table (1,682) and the level of significance was 0,000 < 0,05 proved that communication had a positive significant effect on work performance, t count (2,610) > t table (1,682)and the level of significance was 0,013 < 0,05 proved that organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on achievement work. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana pengaruh budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Wae manurung di Kabupaten Bone . Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada 67 pegawai PDAM Wae Manurung di Kabupaten Bone. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 24. Teknik sampling yang dipakai adalah teknik sampel acak sederhana dan teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi Uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda, untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. This paper aims to determine the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at Bank Mandiri Syariah Palu Indonesia. This study employed a quantitative study, and the data were collected through a survey. There were 48 samples in this study. We used the saturation sampling technique to determine the samples because all populations were recruited for the samples. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that leadership style and work motivation simultaneously affect employee performance at the Bank Mandiri Syariah Palu Indonesia. Among those variables, leadership style has a more significant effect on employee performance. In contrast, work motivation has less influence on employees' work performance, but it still plays a role in the employees' work performance. Our study contributes to better strategy in managing leadership and works motivation to enhance employees' work performances within Islamic banking industries.

<p>The aim of this study is to investigate and examine the effect of leadership style on employee productivity, identify and examine the effect of organizational climate on employee productivity, to identify and examine the effect of the work ethic on employee productivity, in order to know and examine the variables that have the most impact level dominant on employee productivity PT. HP Metals Indonesia part Powder Coating.</p><p>This research is an explanatory research or study the explanation, the research describes causal relationships between variables through hypothesis testing. The numbers of sample in this study are 98 respondents. The independent variables consist of: Leadership styles (X1), Organizational Climate (X2), Work Ethics (X3). The dependent variable in this study is Productivity employee (Y). While, the technique of analysis using multiple linear regression analysis</p>Based on the analysis in this study showed that the variables of leadership style, organizational climate, work ethic on employee productivity responded well by employees. Aspects of leadership style that followed targeted Climate employee srated the organization has also been rated as good, especially on the cooperation between employees and management, while at the work ethic of employee srated very high, especially on adherence to regulations, adherence to labor standards and work ethics. And employee productivity is also very positive response from almost all three elements, namely timeliness, quality of work and quantity of work.

<em>This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Kao Indonesia. The population in this study amounted to 300 employees. By using the Slovin formula a sample of 75 employees was obtained. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out by respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used is a simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results partially show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously leadership variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kao Indonesia.</em>

This research was conducted at PT. Prosperous Indobali Trada all branches in Bali. Data collection is done by questionnaire with saturated sampling technique. The number of employees who become respondents is as many as 46 people. Data Analysis Method used in this research is to use multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on company performance. This shows that the greater the leadership style the company will increase. Positive and significant organizational commitment to the company's performance. This shows the higher level of organizational commitment, the higher the company will be. Positive and significant work motivation on company performance. This shows the higher level of work motivation, the higher the increase in the company. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of organizational culture, transformational leadership style and employee motivation toward organizational commitment. This research was conducted at PT. Ganesha Emas Dwipa Denpasar Branch. The number of target population of this study as much as 33 respondents Data collection is done through observation, interviews and questionnaires. This study uses instrument test by using multiple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the analysis results found that organizational culture, transformational leadership style, and employee motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. Partially organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Transformational leadership style partially positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, while employee motivation partially have a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. Commitment can be achieved if individuals in the organization are aware of their rights and obligations in the organization regardless of position and position of each individual, because the achievement of organizational goals is the result of the work of all members of the organization that are collective.

This study aims to explain the role of work engagement, organizational climate, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT XYZ. This research is a causality research conducted by cross sectional method. The sampling technique is done by convenience sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire instrument which was then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study explained that work engagement, job satisfaction, and organizational climate play a positive role on the performance of employees at PT XYZ. These results explain that more employees feel they have a good attachment to the company, have satisfaction with the work done, and feel a conducive organizational climate that can support employees at PT XYZ to show better performance.

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk Makassar Unit. The research model used in this study is the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies conducted systematically based on the research objectives. The sample in this study is 95 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis (R2), T test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The results of the study show that leadership styles have a positive and significant influence on employee performance while organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. This makes the leadership style the most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk Makassar Unit.

This research aims to investigate the effect of the role of organizational culture, communication and leadership style on job satisfaction. The object of this research is Senior High Schools (SMA)/Vocational Secondary School (SMK)/MAN, while the subject are 55 School Principals. Four variables from the research data were gathered through instruments in the form valid and reliable questionnaires. Statistical Analysis of the research data used multiple linear regression analysis with the significance in accordance with the output of SPSS 22.0. Findings indicated that organizational culture has an effect but not significant on job satisfaction, while communication has a significant effect on job satisfaction, and leadership style has a significant effect on job satisfaction, variable of organizational culture, communication and leadership style has a significant effect on job satisfaction
