The results of this study use quantitative research. Data were collected using a questionnaire of 90 respondents and the population in this study were management students at the University of Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Malang with the research sample used was purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the result that the effect of convenience partially had a significant effect on the electronic money payment system with a value of t arithmetic> t table and a significant value <0.05. The effect of partial benefit has a significant influence on the electronic money payment system with a value of t arithmetic> T table and a significant value <0.05. While simultaneously the effect of convenience, and expediency has a significant effect on the electronic money payment system by producing a significant probability value <0.05, simultaneously the ease and benefit variable has a significant effect on the electronic money payment system with case studies of ovo, go-pay users and funds to management students at the Malang Tribhuwana Tunggadewi University.

This study was conducted to determine how much the influence of the independent variables consisting of product quality, price and brand image on the purchase decision of the Toyota Calya car in Nasmoco slamet Riyadi Surakarta. The sample in this study was 78 respondents taken from the consumer population who bought a Toyota Calya car at Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi in the period 2017-2018. The technique used is purposive sampling. As in general quantitative research, this research uses t-test analysis techniques for hypothesis testing, F test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the f test produce Fcalculate = 35,644 indicating that the variable of product quality, price and brand image jointly influence the purchasing decision of the Toyota Calya car at Nasmoco Slamet Riyadi. The results of the t test show the most dominant price variable influencing the dependent variable (Y) with a value of t calculate = 2.688 Keywords : product quality, price, brand image, purchasing decisions

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline and organizational commitment on the performance of the lecturer at Putra Indonesia University YPTK Padang. This research was conducted at the Putra Indonesia University YPTK Padang. The population in this study were all lecturers at the University of Indonesia Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang. The sample in this study were 50 people with porposional techniques. Types and sources of research data consist of primary data that is data obtained from the opinions of respondents through research questionnaires, and secondary data that is data obtained from the University of Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang Data analysis techniques used in testing the research hypothesis are multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 17.0 program. The results found that: 1) compensation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the University of Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang lecturers; 2) Work discipline has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of the Indonesian Putra University YPTK Padang lecturer; 3) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the University of Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang lecturers; and 4) Compensation, work discipline and organizational commitment together have a significant effect on the performance of the lecturer at Putra Indonesia University YPTK Padang with a contribution of 46% and the remaining 54% is influenced by other factors not included in the scope of this study.

This study aims to examine the effect of financial attitude and financial behavior on financial literacy (case study on the housewives in the Lito Village, Moyo Hulu Subdistrict, Sumbawa District). This research is a quantitative research with a causal method. The method of data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to 125 respondents, namely the housewives in the Lito Village, Moyo Hulu Subdistrict, Sumbawa Regency. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that financial attitudes a significant positive effect on financial literacy with a value of 4.382> 1,657 and a significance level (α) 0,000 <0.05, financial behavior has a significant positive effect on financial literacy with a value of 5,060> 1,657 and a significance level (α) of 0,000 <0.05 and the level of financial literacy of housewives is very high 98.4% (>76%).

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of company size, KAP size, profitability, solvency and audit committee on audit delay. The population in this research is a food and beverage manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2019. This type of research is quantitative research. Sampling with purposive sampling technique resulted in 15 food and beverage manufacturing companies in 2017-2019 according to the specified criteria, resulting in 45 research data obtained. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study concluded that the profitability and solvency have an effect on audit delay. While the size of the company, size of KAP and audit committee has no effect on audit delay.

This research is a quantitative research that was conducted in Banyumas Regency. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of compensation suitability, organizational commitment and organizational culture to distributive justice. Hypothesis testing in this research using the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this research are all Financial Officer in Banyumas Regency. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique and Slovin Formula to determining the sample size, thus there are 52 samples in this research. Data was collected trough questionnaires to all of the respondents. Based on the results, it shown that the compensation suitability, organizational commitment, and organizational culture have a positive coefficient on distributive justice. All three independent variables simultaneously influenced to distributive justice, whereas the most influential variable is compensation suitability. It can be conclude that the higher level of compensation suitability, organizational commitment, and organizational culture, the higher level of distributive justice.

The COVID-19 pandemic has lasted almost two years. This has an impact on the sustainability of micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Various efforts have been made to maintain the sustainability of SMEs, one of which is by adopting information technology in their marketing. This study aims to determine the effect of digital marketing, and knowledge of information technology on the financial performance of micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs)This research is quantitative research. Data was obtained by using a questionnaire. The respondents in this study were SMEs actors in Kapanewon Tempel Sleman Yogyakarta. From the number of SMEs actors who are members of the SMEs Forkom as many as 110 respondents, data is obtained as many as 60 respondents. This study was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data processing, it is known that the use of digital marketing by SMEs actors and SMEs actors' knowledge of information technology affects financial performance.

    Zakat is an instrument that can be used to overcome social problems, so awareness is needed in paying zakat. This study aims to analyze the effect of the level of awareness of the people of Tanjung Pura District on the obligation to pay zakat. This type of quantitative research is used in this study using linear regression analysis with the help of theprogram SPSS 16.0. Research data in the form of primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents. The results showed that there was a significant effect between the independent variable (level of public awareness) on the dependent variable (zakat obligation). Where in the test of the coefficient of determination there is a value of sig < (0.000 < 0.025), and the value of R2 = 0.866. The findings in this study that the obligation of zakat is influenced by the level of public awareness of 86.6% and the rest is influenced by other factors that are not included in the model.

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of work motivation, leadership, education and training and job satisfaction on the performance of permanent employees in hospital grha husada. This study is a quantitative research. Data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires to 48 permanent employees. technical analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work motivation, leadership, education and training, and job satisfaction have a positive significant affect partially on the performance of permanent employees in the hospital grha husada.

This study aims to examine the effect of Third Party Funds (TPF), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Operating Expenses to Operating Income (OEOI) on the profitability of Bank Aceh. This study uses a quantitative research approach with Multiple Linear Regression analysis method. This research data uses Bank Aceh monthly financial report data for the 2017-2020 period. Research data obtained by testing the hypothesis performed by statistical tests, namely partial test (t-test) and simultaneous test (f-test). The results of this study indicate that: (1) Third Party Funds, Capital Adequacy Ratio and Operating Expenses to Operating Income jointly affect the profitability of Bank Aceh. (2) Third Party Funds affect the profitability of Bank Aceh. (3) Capital Adequacy Ratio affects the profitability of Bank Aceh. (4) Operating Expenses to Operating Income affect the profitability of Bank Aceh.

The growth of entrepreneurial interest cannot be done immediately without any education and training that can drive one's entrepreneurial spirit. This research conducted in NSC Polytechnic Surabaya that aims to analyze attitudes, motivation, and interest of students in running entrepreneurship. This is quantitative research data that obtained by distributing questionnaires to thirty respondents as samples. Sampling was done by simple random sampling technique (random). The data that collected from the survey then processed based on the research procedure and analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis based on SPSS 20. The results of this research indicated that attitudes and motivations had no significant effect on student interest in entrepreneurship.
