The purpose of this study to determine the effect of work motivation, leadership, education and training and job satisfaction on the performance of permanent employees in hospital grha husada. This study is a quantitative research. Data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires to 48 permanent employees. technical analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work motivation, leadership, education and training, and job satisfaction have a positive significant affect partially on the performance of permanent employees in the hospital grha husada.

Regression analysis is constructed for capturing the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee job satisfaction . The population in this study were all employees who worked at the Makassar City Education and Training Center Office. The sample of this study were 53 employees as a unit of analysis. The results of hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis provide evidence that compensation and work motivation shown are proven to increase employee job satisfaction. Work motivation is the dominant variable affecting employee job satisfaction.

This study aims to examine the relationship perceived high workload, job motivation and job satisfaction on performance. Research conducted at the Office of Cileungsi First’th Tax Service by taking 89 employees as the research sample. Quantitative research was conducted by describing and verification data. Multiple linear regression analysis is the statistic approach to data analysis. The study produced three major findings consistent with the hypothesis put forward, that is: (1) the workload of employees are in the high category, (2) work motivation is in the high category, 3) job satisfaction is in the high category and the performance is in the medium category. Base on research finding, in order to increase employee performance, can be done by managing the workload of employees, increase work motivation and increase job satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan dan latihan terhadap pengembangan SDM pada Dinas Kepariwisataan Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar dan motivasi kerja terhadap pengembangan SDM pada Dinas Kepariwisataan Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Jenis  penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif, populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 50 pegawai. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teori slavin, penelitian ini dianalisis melalui Analisis regresi Linear berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan latihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pengembangan SDM pada Dinas Kepariwisataan Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap pengembangan SDM pada Dinas Kepariwisataan Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. This study aims to education and training have a positive effect on the development of human resources at the Selayar Islands District Tourism Office and work motivation have a positive effect on the development of HR in the Selayar Islands District Tourism Office. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, and the population and the sample in the study counted for 50 employees. Determination of the sample using the slavin theory and this study was analyzed through multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23 software. The results showed that education and training had a positive and significant effect on HR development in the Selayar Islands District Tourism Office and work environment had a positive and significant effect on HR development in the Selayar Islands District Tourism Office.

The growth of entrepreneurial interest cannot be done immediately without any education and training that can drive one's entrepreneurial spirit. This research conducted in NSC Polytechnic Surabaya that aims to analyze attitudes, motivation, and interest of students in running entrepreneurship. This is quantitative research data that obtained by distributing questionnaires to thirty respondents as samples. Sampling was done by simple random sampling technique (random). The data that collected from the survey then processed based on the research procedure and analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis based on SPSS 20. The results of this research indicated that attitudes and motivations had no significant effect on student interest in entrepreneurship.

is intended to analyze the influence of Islamic work ethic and job satisfaction on commitment to the organization in PT. Berkah Agung Sejati Bekasi. Research Population in this research is all permanent employees in officer section at PT Berkah Agung Sejati. Sampling using non probability sampling with the number of samples of 33 respondents.Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis method and quantitative research, with multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results partially show the work ethic of Islami and positive to commitment at organization and job satisfaction significant and significant to commitment at organization. The result of simultaneous testing with f test shows Islamic work ethic and cooperation satisfaction equals with commitment to organization. Islamic work ethic and employee job satisfaction give influence equal to 68,7% while rest of 31,3% donated by other factor not in this research.

This study aims to determine the effect of work experience, work performance and education and training on employee career development. The location of this research is Uppala Villa & Spa Umalas. The population in this study were all employees at Uppala Villa & Spa Umalas. Respondents used in this study are the total population of 49 respondents who are all employees at Uppala Villa & Spa Umalas. Status of all employees, namely as permanent employees. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that work experience has a positive and significant effect on career development which means that if work experience is getting longer the career development owned by employees at Uppala Villa & SPA Umalas will increase. Job performance has a positive and significant effect on career development. The results also showed that education and training had a positive and significant effect on employee career development. The focus of this study was to determine the effect of teacher perceptions about the principal's managerial ability and work motivation on the performance of teachers at Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Bandar Lampung City. This research uses associative quantitative research with a total population of 123 teachers and a sample of 94 teachers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the effect of teacher perceptions about the principal's managerial ability and work motivation on teacher performance was 54.9% while the remaining 45.1% was influenced by other factors. So it can be concluded that the better the teacher's perception of the principal's managerial ability and work motivation, the higher the teacher's performance.

  Abstrak   Penelitian pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja bertujuan untuk  untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan uji F dan uji T. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan sensus, sehingga data diambil dari seluruh populasi. Variabel independen terdiri dari kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja, dan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrument, selanjutnya data dianalisis dan diuji menggunakan Uji F dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.  Sedangkan secara simultan variabel kepemimpinan dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai   Abstract   Research influence of leadership and work motivation aims to to test the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously at PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Intake of data by using census, so that data is taken from entire population. Independent variables consist of leadership and work motivation, and the dependent variable is employee performance. This study was conducted by testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, then the data were analyzed and tested using F Test and T Test. The results showed that the leadership of the influential variables are partially negative and insignificant against the performance of employees, and work motivation variables positive and significant effect on performance of employees.  While simultaneously variable leadership and motivational variables work a positive and significant effect on performance of employees. Abstract : The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, education and training, compensation, and work environment on employee performance at Regional Office of Directorate General of Treasury of South Kalimantan Province. The population of this study were 79 people and 40 people samples by using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that leadership, education and training, compensation, and work environment simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee performance, with education and training became the dominant factor influencing work performance. Keywords: Leadership, Education and Training, Compensation, Work Environment, and Employee Performance. Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan, pendidikan dan pelatihan, kompensasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Wilayah Direktorat Jenderal (Kanwil Ditjen) Perbendaharaan Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 79 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 40 orang, menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling.  Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, pendidikan dan pelatihan, kompensasi, dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan faktor Pendidikan dan pelatihan yang menjadi faktor yg berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai.

This study aims to determine how much influence both partially and simultaneously leadership, motivation and work discipline that occur in CV Kiong Ho Surabaya. This research is included in quantitative research, namely the data used in this study in the form of numbers. The sample from this study was CV Kiong Ho Surabaya employees which numbered 35 respondents. Using the disproportionate stratified random sampling model and the collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The independent variables used in this study are leadership, work motivation, work discipline. While the performance of CV Kiong Ho Surabaya employees is the dependent variable. This study uses primary data, namely data collection by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that the results of the F test showed that employee performance was influenced jointly by leadership, work motivation, work discipline. And the results of partial tests, independent variables consisting of leadership, work motivation, work discipline.
