Communities in big cities often encounter problems in using public transportation due to difficulties in accessing available information. The information is not well integrated and scattered in various places. For this reason, an information and recommendation system is needed to facilitate the public in choosing the right mode of land transportation. The recommendation system can be built using the Hill Climbing algorithm. In this paper, I explain the development of a public land transportation recommendation system using three types of Hill Climbing Algorithms. The results of the recommendations are analyzed based on the complexity of asymptotic time, space complexity, and the quality of the results.

Traffic congestion problems generally caused by the increasing use of private vehicles and public transportations. In order to overcome the situation, the optimization of public transportation’s route is required particularly the urban transportation. In this research, the performance analysis of Firefly and Tabu Search algorithm is conducted to optimize eleven public transportation’s routes in Bandung. This optimization aims to increase the dispersion of public transportation’s route by expanding the scope of route that are crossed by public transportation so that it can reach the entire Bandung city and increase the driver’s income by providing the passengers easier access to public transportations in order to get to their destinations. The optimal route is represented by the route with most roads and highest number of incomes. In this research, the comparison results between the reference route and the public transportation’s optimized route increasing the dispersion of public transportation’s route to 60,58% and increasing the driver’s income to 20,03%.

Online car-hailing services are becoming a key component of the public transportation system, despite there being some certain risks, especially default risk. Turning to the evolutionary game method, this research constructed an evolutionary game model of online car-hailing platform, and then analyzed the equilibrium state of three scenarios (i.e., no supervision, internal supervision of platform enterprises, and external supervision of regulators), followed by carrying out a simulation. The results showed that to realize the evolution stability strategies (ESS) of default risk control, a strong credit constraint or the establishment of a coordinated supervision mode with appropriate intensity are needed. On this basis, this research puts forward the coordinated “platform enterprise + regulator” supervision mode, as well as the following four specific strategies: Promoting the construction of a credit system, strengthening the construction of laws and regulations, establishing a service process control mechanism, and introducing innovative regulatory means.

Urban public transportation hubs are the key nodes of the public transportation system. The location of such hubs is a combinatorial problem. Many factors can affect the decision-making of location, including both quantitative and qualitative factors; however, most current research focuses solely on either the quantitative or the qualitative factors. Little has been done to combine these two approaches. To fulfill this gap in the research, this paper proposes a novel approach to the public transportation hub location problem, which takes both quantitative and qualitative factors into account. In this paper, an improved multiple attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) method based on TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) and deviation is proposed to convert the qualitative factors of each hub into quantitative evaluation values. A location model with stochastic passenger flows is then established based on the above evaluation values. Finally, stochastic programming theory is applied to solve the model and to determine the location result. A numerical study shows that this approach is applicable and effective.

Penelitian ini menganalisa menggunakan indikator measuring the quality of e-government from the user prespective (Kozák, 2018) dengan enam indikator yaitu ease of use, content and appearance of the information, reliability, citizen support, trust/security, support in completing forms. Kata Kunci : Pelayanan Publik, Inovasi, E-Government, TransportasiKu   The use of technology is currently needed in the field of public services. Along with the increasing needs of the community, the government as a public service provider continues to make updates to changes in the services provided to make it easier for the public to get information services. One of the applications of e-government by the Surabaya City Department of Transportation is the TransportationKu application innovation which aims to provide information services related to traffic and public transportation in Surabaya in an up-to-date, practical, faster way with one application that contains all information through the grip of a smartphone. This study analyzes using indicators measuring the quality of e-government from the user perspective (Kozák, 2018) with six indicators, namely ease of use, content and appearance of the information, reliability, citizen support, trust/security, support in completing forms. This research uses descriptive research with qualitative methods, interview data collection techniques, observation, documentation and data analysis techniques, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion / verification. The results of this study indicate that this application has received a fairly good response from the public as a user because it can provide the information services needed, but there are still disturbances in its use. The first indicator, ease of use, is felt by users to be very easy to use at any time. The second indicator, the content and display of the information presented is simple and complete. The third indicator is reliability, in this application the server used is still insufficient. The fourth indicator of community support for the help page is not available, only a comment column. The fifth indicator is trust / security, does not include personal information so it is safe. The sixth indicator of support in filling in this application form is information-based without the need to fill out user data forms. The term “urban mass transit” generally refers to scheduled intra-city service on a fixed route in shared vehicles. Public transportation is an important contributing factor to urban sustainability. Effective transportation networks that incorporate public transit livable by easing commute and transportation needs and increasing accessibility. To assess public transportation accessibility in metropolitan networks, two indices are used: the supply level of urban public transportation facilities resource and the public transportation-private automobile traveling time ratio. As the research in the Wolaita sodo town region and the assessment system, an evaluation technique for urban public transportation facility resource supply is developed based on accessibility. Accessibility is a representative indicator for evaluating the supply of bus system. Traditional studies have evaluated the accessibility from different aspects. Considering the interaction among land use, bus timetable arrangement and individual factors, a more holistic accessibility measurement is proposed to combine static and dynamic characteristics from multisource traffic data. The objective is to highlight the main lessons learned and identify knowledge gaps to guide the design and evaluation of future transport investments. Moreover, studies looking at ways to improve the operational efficiency of systems and those seeking to promote behavioral changes in transport users offer great potential to generate learning that is useful for the public and private actors involved.

The public transportation model which is currently widely used by people who live in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (JABODETABEK) is the Commuter-Line Electric Train (KRL). According to online media sources(http://Kompas.com 2 December 2015), currently, the JABODETABEK Commuter-Line KRL can carry 900,000 passengers every day. Anti Lock Braking System (ABS) is a braking system that maintains the position of the wheels and the road to prevent tire/wheel slip. Anti Lock Braking System was first used or applied to aircraft. Vehicles that are not equipped with the Anti-lock Braking System must be updated. The driver makes optimal braking to prevent slip between the wheels and the road or rail so that the vehicle stops perfectly. In this paper, we will use fuzzy inference logic to support an Anti-lock Braking System (ABS). Fuzzy inference is a logical method because when determining variables in the fuzzy method, the variable must have an International Standard (SI).
