This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of the cash conversion cycle on financial distress, (2) the effect of chief executive officer power on financial distress, (3) the effect of the cash conversion cycle on leverage, (4) the effect of chief executive officer power on leverage (5) Effect of cash conversion cycle on leverage (6) Effect of cash conversion cycle on financial distress through leverage (7) Effect of chief executive officer power on financial distress through leverage. This research is a type of quantitative research. In this study using agency theory and stakeholder theory. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2020. The sample determination in this study used purposive sampling with a sample size of 80. The research data is secondary data accessed through www.idx.co.id. The results showed that the cash conversion cycle had a positive and significant effect on financial distress. Chief executive officer power has a positive and significant effect on financial distress. Cash conversion cycle has a positive and significant effect on leverage. Cash conversion cycle has a negative effect on leverage. Cash conversion cycle has a positive effect on financial distress through leverage. This study examines the effect of liquidity, leverage, and profitability on financial distress with the audit committee as a moderating variable. This study used secondary data from the annual reports of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2016 to 2019. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling, and 33 companies were obtained as the study samples. The data were then analyzed using the logistic linear regression method with SPSS ver 26 software. The study results found that liquidity and profitability had a negative effect on financial distress, whereas leverage had a positive effect on financial distress. In addition, the study also found that the audit committee enhanced the effect of liquidity and profitability on financial distress. In contrast, the audit committee reduced the effect of leverage on financial distress.

Tax avoidance is a legal action carried out by corporate taxpayer to reduce, minimize, and alleviate the tax burden in the manner permitted by law. Nowdays, there are a lot of tax avoidance cases in Indonesia. Indonesia is ranked 11th largest with the highest tax avoidance cases with an estimated value of 6.48 billion US dollars. This study aims to analyze the Influence of corporate ownership, executive characteristics, and the intensity of fixed assets on tax avoidance.The research’s population of this study were 152 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015,2016, and 2017. This research samples were 62 companies or 167 observation data selected by purposive sampling method. The data used secondary data that obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and it was analyzed by multiple regression.The results of the study show that Family Ownership and Institutional Ownership have no effect on Tax Avoidance. While managerial ownership has a positive effect on Tax Avoidance. Executive characteristics and Intensity of Fixed Assets have negative effect on Tax Avoidance.

One of the accounting assumptions is going concern. Going concern is how company can survive in long time business operation. Going concern becomes very crucial for users of financial statements, namely investors and creditors. If the company in which the investor invests funds and the creditors lend their funds is bankrupt, then the investment and credit lent are in vain and the investor and creditor suffer losses. This study aims to examine the effect of financial distress, debt default, and audit tenure on the acceptance of going concern audit opinion in the period 2014-2018. This study uses secondary data from manufacturing companies financial report which listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange, using purposive sampling method, we obtained 28 companies that are feasible, so that the sample from the study amounted to 140 samples. Statistical tests were performed using SPSS version 24.0 using logistic regression analysis. The results of this study show that financial distress variables have a significant negative effect while debt default and audit tenure have a positive effect on the acceptance of going-concern audit opinion.

This Study aims to examine the effect of firm size, leverage and profitability on income smoothing of the manufacturers registered at the Indonesia’s Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. Type of research in this study is quantitative research. The data used be in the form of secondary data taken based on the company’s financial statements in manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The sampling technique of this study uses purposive sampling method. The analysis method of this research uses a regression analysis with Eviews 9 Version. Based on the result of analysis data in this research showes that the firm size have a positive effect on income smoothing while the leverage and profitability does not effect on income smoothing in manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of profitability, financial, dividend payout ratio and firm size towards income smoothing. The dependent variable of this research is income smoothing measured by Eckel Index. The independent variables of this research are profitability measured by Net Profit Margin (NPM), financial leverage measured by Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), and firm size measured by natural logarithm assets. The samples were determined based on purposive sampling method. The sample of this research are 11 manufacture companies that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2018. Secondary data used in this research was analyzed by using logistic regression method. The result of this research are (1) profitability (NPM) has no positive effect towards income smoothing, (2) financial leverage (DAR)  has no positive effect towards income smoothing, (3) Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) has no positive effect towards income smoothing, (4) firm size  has significant negative effect towards income smoothing, (5) profitability, financial leverage, Dividend Payout Ratio, and firm size has significant effect towards income smoothing.

The purpose of the research was to find the empirical evidence of the financial distress positive effect to the going concern opinion audit, to find the empirical evidence of the negative effect of company to the going concern opinion audit, to find empirical evidence of solvability’s positive effect to the going concern opinion audit, to find empirical evidence of profitability’s negative effect to the going concern opinion audit.This research is descriptive quantitative research where the analysis was conducted using logistic regression. Then type of data used in the research was secondary data, the population and sample which used in this research was 100 of companies. Result of the research shows that financial distress partially does not positively affect to the going concern opinion audit, size of the company does not affect negatively to going concern opinion audit, the solvability positively affect to the going concern opinion audit, and profitability negatively affects to the going concern opinion audit. This study aims to analyze the effect of the company's life cycle that covers the stage of start-up, growth, and mature to accounting conservatism.  Population in this study are manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange(IDX) in 2013 to2017 period. The sample of study was determined by using purposive sampling method, and that total sample 54 manufacturing companies. In this study, conservatism was measured using accrual earnings measure. The life cycle of companies is measured using cash flow patterns. The data used is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. The analytical method used is the panel regression analysis with Eviews 8 software. The results showed of this study indicate that the life cycle of the company at the start-up stage and growth stage has negative effect on accounting conservatism. The life cycle  at mature stage has a positive effect on accounting conservatism.

This research aims to analyze the effects of profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), assets growth, and firm size towards capital structure (DER) and the impact on firm value (PBV).This research uses secondary data from yearly financial statement of food and baverages companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange for period 2013-2017. The research design uses descriptive quantitative research and causality. Sampling method uses purposive sampling method, with some predetermined criteria, the number of sample is 17 manufacturing companies. The analysis technique used is panel data regression. The research results shows that the profitability (ROA) and firm size partially have negative effect and not significant on capital structure (DER). The liquidity (CR) and assets growth partially have negative effect and significantly on capital structure (DER). Then the capital structure (DER) partially have positive effect but not significantly influences the firm value (PBV). The profitability (ROA) partially have positive effect and significant on firm value (PBV). The liquidity (CR) and assets growth partially have negative and significant effect on firm value (PBV), and firm size partially have negative and not significant effect on firm value (PBV). Simultaneously profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), assets growth and firm size effect on capital structure (DER). On the other side, simultaneously profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), assets growth and firm size have effect on firm value (PBV).

This study aims to determine the effect of Firm Size and Growth on earnings management in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. Quantitative research using 30 respondents and purposive sampling methods, namely (1) Manufacturing Companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that have submitted audited financial statements and notes to the financial statements as of December 31, according to the research period. (2) Companies that submit complete data in accordance with the information needed, namely Firm Size, Growth and Profit Management. And using secondary data is the financial statements of manufacturing companies that meet the purposive sampling requirements that are analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 22. The results of this study indicate (1) Firm Size has a significant negative effect on earnings management, (2) Growth has no effect on profit management. Benefits of research, (1) For practitioners, input for investors in investing in the capital market is also a reference to make a healthy company with this research. (2) For Theoretical, Add insight into Firm Size, Growth and Earnings Management.

This study aims to analyze the influence of operating cash flow, leverage, liquidity, operating capacity, profitability and sales growth on the financial distress of Property and Real Estate companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2015-2019. This research is a type of quantitative research using secondary data. The sample in this study obtained as many as 26 companies, in the case of the method used is purposive sampling which is a sampling method by determining the criteria that have been determined. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression. The results of the F test show that operating cash flow, leverage, liquidity, operating capacity, profitability, and sales growth variables simultaneously affect financial distress. However, in testing the hypothesis (t-test) the operating cash flow, operating capacity, profitability and sales growth variables have no effect on financial distress, while the leverage and liquidity variables have a significant and negative effect on financial distress
