Background: COVID-19 caused great anxiety and stress in patients, especially those treated in isolation wards. SARS-CoV-2 infected respiratory tract and caused acute respiratory syndrome with the consequent release of pro-inflammatory cytokines, such as IL-1β and IL-6, resulting in a "cytokine storm". These cytokines were also elevated in psychiatric disorders such as depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the relationship between NLR and anxiety levels in COVID-19 patients at RSUP. H Adam Malik. Methods: This was an analytic observational study using cross-sectional design. This study was conducted from February to August 2021 on confirmed COVID-19 patients being treated at H. Adam Malik Hospital. The patient's anxiety scale was measured using the Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) questionnaire. The NLR value were taken from the results of a blood test performed when patient was first admitted to the isolation room. The data were coded, tabulated, and analyzed using SPSS 23.00 software. The magnitude of the desired deviation (α) was 0.05, with p value of <0.05. Results: The median NLR ratio among 50 confirmed COVID-19 patients in each group respectively was 2.18, 5.03, 3.57 and 8.37. The median NLR ratio increased accordingly to the level of anxiety in COVID-19 patients, with p-value of <0.05 (p = 0.034). Conclusion: NLR ratio was significantly related to anxiety level among COVID-19 patients. Keywords: NLR, Anxiety Level, COVID-19, Neutrophil Lymphocyte Ratio.

Caring behavior in providing nursing services provides comfort and tranquillity for patients. Objective: This study aimed to determine the relationship between nurses' caring behavior with the anxiety level of Covid-19 patients undergoing treatment in the isolation rooms. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional design. The sample in this study was COVID-19 patients undergoing treatment in the Isolation Room as many as 30 people. The respondents were selected using a consecutive sampling technique. The anxiety levels were measured using the State-Anxiety Inventory (S-AI) questionnaire. The data were analyzed using the Gamma and Somers'd correlation test. Results: The results showed that the better caring behaviour by nurses the lesser the anxiety level of patients. Gamma statistical test results obtained a p-value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that there was a significant relationship between nurses’ caring behaviour and the anxiety level of Covid-19 patients in the Isolation Room. Conclusions: The caring behaviour of nurses in Covid-19 patients was shown by the presence of caring, empathy, compassion, and good communication so that a therapeutic relationship is established between patients and nurses. Therefore, the patient feels safe, comfortable, and has less anxiety.

Musculoskeletal disorder (MSDs) is a disorder in workers. This work-related disease has a high prevalence globally. MSDs occurs in work environment that exposes workers to non-ergonomic posture. The disorder triggers fatigue and indirectly adds to the workload among workers. This study aims to analyze the relationship between work tenure, sex and work attitudes with musculoskeletal complaints in general refueling station operators in Kupang City. The research was an analytical survey with a cross-sectional design. The research were conducted at 15 General Refueling Stations in Kupang from October to November 2019. A sample of 69 people were selected from the population of 222 operators. Data were analyzed by using chi-square (X2) with p-value = 0,05. The results showed that there was a relationship between musculoskeletal complaints and length of work (ρ-value= 0,004), gender (ρ-value 0,007) and work attitude (ρ-value= 0,001).

Every workplace always has potential hazards. The potential hazards most often found inmanufacturing industries are potential physical hazards that can affect labor productivity. The purposeof this study was to analyze the relationship between working period and age of bead craftsmen withhydration levels. Respondents in this study were 19 workers in PT X Jombang Regency. This researchis an observational study with a cross sectional design. Data collection was conducted from April toJuly 2018. Statistical tests used correlation test in testing urin color indications to determinedehydration levels. The results showed a relationship between the variable work period and the level oflabor hydration with p-value 0.000, age variable with hydration level did not have a relationship withp-value 0.087 where the temperature in the workspace averages 34.1°C. There is a relationship betweenthe length of work and the level of hydration of bead craftsmen and there is no relationship betweenage and level of hydration of bead craftsmen. To reduce the level of hydration status, it isrecommended that every bead craftsman every 2 hours drink as much as 0.5 liters of water, so that theneed for fluids is approximately 2 liter in 8 hours of work can be fulfilled. Companies are advised toadd the amount of ventilation in the workspace to reduce exposure to hot temperatures in theworkspace. Keywords: Hydration level, working period, age

Background: Psychological problems, such as post-traumatic stress symptoms (PTSS), are among the most important complications associated with the COVID-19 pandemic in people. Studying the social determinants of health (SDH) and its impact on the populations during the crisis will help governments deal better with health emergencies so that every person can have an equal opportunity to stay healthy. Objective: To determine what factors affect PTSS, we conducted a study to investigate the association between structural determinants of health and PTSS during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: We conducted a cross-sectional study on 370 people referred to a selected laboratory between June and July 2020 in Karaj province, Iran. Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) 8-item inventory was used to evaluate the PTSS and its subscales, including intrusion, avoidance, and hypervigilance in the participants. Results: Overall, 51.2% of participants were male, and 17.3% were positive for the IgM or IgG COVID-19 test. The most common symptoms in these patients were weakness, myalgia, cough, anosmia, and fever. The prevalence of total PTSS, intrusion, avoidance, and hypervigilance symptoms were 7.1%, 25.7%, 41.6%, and 16.2%, respectively. In univariable regression analysis, female gender (p-value=0.01, 95%CI (2.25-0.31)), un-employment (p-value=0.011, 95%CI (0.37-2.81)), having symptoms of COVID-19 disease (p-value=0.000, 95%CI (.82-2.75)), underlying chronic disease, were directly associated with PTSS. Conclusion: Results showed that sex and occupation as structural determinants of health could affect PTSS in the COVID-19 pandemic. However, in the multivariable model, having symptoms of the COVID-19 disease and underlying disease affected PTSS.
