The role and importance of viticulture for the regional economy are shown. The state of grape production in ATU Gagauzia for 1997-2020 and an analysis of the stability of production for these years are presented, using the method of average annual moving indicators. Potential levels of vine productivity have been substantiated and real reserves for growth of vineyards productivity have been estimated. The analysis of indicators of grape production in agricultural enterprises of Comrat, Ceadir-Lunga and Vulcanesti districts for 2009-2020 was also carried out. In the course of the analysis, calculations were made of the growth (fall) rates of the harvesting areas, gross harvest and yield for the studied 24 years. In addition, the forecast of indicators for 2021-2022 was calculated. All calculated indicators are presented in the graphs for clarity. In conclusion, it is noted that the proposed version of the analysis of the state of grape cultivation in ATU Gagauzia is quite simple and affordable and therefore can be used by both practicing specialists and university students.

A number of scientific approaches to defining the category of “economic security” in modern economic security are considered. A protective approach to the interpretation of economic security, which considers security as protection from danger, focuses on the perception of security as a form of confrontation with danger. The views of scientists on the factors influencing the state of the region’s economic security are analyzed. The risks of regional economic development, which are divided into exogenous and endogenous, are considered. A variety of threats have been identified that pose a danger to the full life of economic entities at the regional level. Today, one of the main threats to the regions’ economic security is the gap in the levels of socio-economic development of regions: differences in geographical location, natural resources, human resources, structure and specialization of regional economic complexes, features of economic and historical development. The analysis and systematization of scientific approaches to the definition of “economic security of the region”, the main ones are identified, such as: a set of conditions and factors that ensure the sustainability and stability of the region's economy; the ability of the regional economy to function in a mode of self-reproduction; certain economic independence and integration with the state economy; protection from the effects of destabilizing factors. The system of the region’s economic security is highlighted as a set of interrelated organizational and legal measures to reconcile various interests, which ensures the stability, adaptability, self-organization and development of the regional economy in interaction with the external environment of its operation. The main objects and subjects of the region’s economic security system are substantiated. Two strategic goals of achieving a high level of the region’s economic security, which corresponds to the level of European regions, are described.

The current study proposes and refines the Appraisals in Personality (AIP) model in a multilevel investigation of whether appraisal dimensions of emotion predict differences in state neuroticism and extraversion. University students (N = 151) completed a five-factor measure of trait personality, and retrospectively reported seven situations from the previous week, giving state personality and appraisal ratings for each situation. Results indicated that: (a) trait neuroticism and extraversion predicted average levels of state neuroticism and extraversion respectively, and (b) five of the examined appraisal dimensions predicted one, or both of the state neuroticism and extraversion personality domains. However, trait personality did not moderate the relationship between appraisals and state personality. It is concluded that appraisal dimensions of emotion may provide a useful taxonomy for quantifying and comparing situations, and predicting state personality.

The article is devoted to the state of the economy of the subject of the agricultural sector – the Toktogul region of Kyrgyzstan, as well as the formation of a land division, which is impossible without an influx of investments and ensuring the availability of monetary resources for agricultural producers. In our time, innovation is becoming the main means of increasing the benefits of economic entities by better meeting market demand and reducing production losses compared to competitors. Despite repeated attempts by the country to create a system of lending to agricultural companies, only a small percentage of them use credit resources. Various state aid schemes support a competitive environment in the money markets and guarantee relatively equal access to them for financial institutions and agricultural enterprises.

No teaching method has evolved as much as distance education, in the state of Amazonas this would not be different, especially in higher education. Distance Education is a modality where the student is separated from the teacher and uses several communication technologies around all his learning. The methods used were bibliographic, documentary and quantitative. The researched environment was the capital city of Manaus and the municipality of Maués, with the application of the closed questionnaire aimed at higher education students. Our objective was to question certain nuances as their benefits and challenges for those who study Distance Education in the different locations of the State of Amazonas. The result was the realization that among its many advantages in the execution of education, time is considered the main one, and the loss of deadlines its greatest disadvantage, besides the concept of distance education is already well known by university students. Thus, it is well known that with the passing of time and with the progress of the state's modernization, distance education is gradually becoming the most practical means of teaching.
