An important component for successful vocal training is a favourable psychological climate and application of time-tested and experienced pedagogical technologies. The relevance of the study is associated with the emergence of new methods and approaches to the organisation of the educational process in a pandemic, which also affected the vocal training. The purpose of the study is to search the modern psychological and pedagogical principles during vocal training, its objective is to investigate new ways of organising the educational process in the realities of the COVID-19 pandemic. To analyse the problem, a complex combination of different methods was used, among which the analytical, theoretical, and comparative-generalising methods were prioritised. The results of the study allowed asserting that the psychological and pedagogical aspect in the educational process in vocal lessons has a leading, crucial role. The study proves that vocal training involves not only the control of the student over the process of sound production, but also the mastery of psychological intricacies aimed at achieving a stage performance transformation. It is substantiated that it is the teacher who, in accordance with the temperament and individual psychological traits of each student in particular, should choose the most favourable and effective didactic methods and pedagogical technologies. It is emphasised that in the conditions of the pandemic, distance learning became a priority, including in the field of vocal training, new ways of organising the educational process appeared. The difficulties during musical communication between the participants of the educational process – teacher, student, and accompanist – are highlighted. It is stated that during voice training, which can take place in the form of consultations, webinars or master classes with the help of online services and platforms, the choice of effective psychological and pedagogical solutions in the process of “cloud interaction” has become much more difficult. It is summarised that prospects for further research are to study the psychological and pedagogical specifics of distance learning in vocal lessons in different countries

The article analyzes the development of distance learning to quarantine with students, which was of a practical nature. The article substantiates the importance of the online platform Google Classroom. The first steps are introductory consultations and instructions on working remotely. Among the problems is the digital inequality of the target audience of students. As teachers, we first of all had to gather and use the tools we had mastered at webinars, trainings, online marathons, online schools, etc .. ", Educational project" On the lesson ", Geek Journal, Ukraїner, Matific, Duolingo, Childdevelop, Code Studio, Study-smile, My Class, etc. At first, students were interested in learning, they were creative, they created, but later they lacked "live" communication. It is justified that the educational process needs to change with the change of information and educational environment. But it is necessary to change gradually, involving students in: development of tests for schoolboys on platforms "All education", "On a lesson"; creation of own sites, blogs; rationally use interactive distance learning tools in their work with children. The emphasis is on the system "teacher-student (parents) -student". Everyone had the opportunity to build an individual learning trajectory, partially meet the needs of students by acquiring the knowledge that is important to them, which will contribute to the development of information and communication competence not only teachers but also all participants in the educational process. Particular attention is paid to the issue of substantiation of the main problems of development of digital competence of pedagogical staff of NUS. Emphasis is placed on the fact that the teacher can organize the following modes of learning: live online communication, when at the appointed time, you organize a video conference, chatting with students; distance learning, stretched in time, when using certain digital tools, a platform for independent learning is created with the active indirect participation of the teacher. It is noted that it is important not only to allow teachers to use distance learning tools, but also to modify the existing educational program to take into account the distance format.

In this paper it is noted that a characteristic and most important feature of domestic education is close interaction of teacher and student, mentoring, the dominant formula: first love, and then teach. It is feared that the teacher-student personal interaction is lost with the introduction of a graduated training system, dominance of all kinds of testing, and development of distance education technologies. At the same time it is noted, that distance education technologies are good for distance learning and self-training, however, they do not contribute to the training of basic, elite specialists. The noted factors give no way to pay due attention to the training of talented students-intellectuals. They are nervous about the popular belief that vast arrays of high intelligence are merely useless for today's society and economy. The results of work in the distance learning conditions at the BSTU "VOENMEKH" chair for graphic training of future specialists in the defense industry’s area are analyzed in this paper. It contains also information on adjustments for the educational process, communication features, and evaluation criteria. The conclusion has been drawn that significant difficulties and contingent losses are associated with the loss of possibility for close teacher-student personal interaction that has not allowed the teacher to show proper love for the student. The assumption that the most of students are unbred to effective independent work was confirmed. The best adapted to this situation were those former scholars who were taught in an environment that allows them to receive electives of engineering profile or special courses. The percentage of students who has not started the distance education or has not coped with it is about 35%, which significantly exceeds the losses of previous years for the same period. At the same time it is noted that past losses were actually determined from the very beginning of training. The current losses have an onset coinciding with the pandemic onset. These data confirm doubts about students' commitment to distance learning.

the article presents generalized materials for analyzing the problems of digitalization of the educational space in the context of the pandemic. The key research method was a questionnaire survey of students (N = 146 people) conducted online. The study allowed to establish the presence of a number of problems associated with the decline of students’ motivation and loss of interest in activities. Communication via gadgets allowed students to reduce their responsibility for organizing their workplace, move away from the practice of taking notes, and listen to lectures in the background. It is concluded that the control function of the teacher is reduced in the conditions of online learning, which together creates the risks of excluding the student from the educational process. It is also concluded that there are risks associated with a lack of communication channels and feedback dysfunctions in the “teacher – student” system. The risk of reducing the quality of professional training of students due to insufficient assimilation of material, weak development of flexible skills (creativity, self-presentation skills, etc.) in online learning is identified.

Pedagogical communication is the professional communication of a teacher with students in the educational process. Such communication is aimed at creating conditions for the formation of a comprehensively developed personality, allows you to manage the socio-psychological processes in the team and create an effective psychological climate. The content of communication is determined by the purpose set by the teacher in the learning process. Communication does not work without a common goal. The effectiveness of communication depends on its purpose, content, motives, means, and adherence to norms. Younger students do not understand the purpose of communication, they are not voters. In the upper classes, on the contrary, it is perceived and selective. Not paying enough attention to the student's personality in the learning process, preferring only teaching methods, results in major pedagogical shortcomings. Therefore, the teacher should always try to establish effective pedagogical communication when working with students. In order to successfully communicate and interact with students, a teacher must first properly assess his or her own personality. Self-awareness and self-management should be a constant concern of every teacher. Key words: pedagogical process, pedagogical communication, teacher, student, communication content, communication activity

Topicality. Online-learning, which has become a requirement of the circumstances of the epidemiological situation in Ukraine, leads to a number of problems that have to be solved in this way, as far as possible, taking into account the real possibilities of logistics and staffing of the educational process. The aim is to analyze the main problems of distance learning of the discipline «general practice-family medicine» at the undergraduate level of higher medical education, as well as to suggest possible ways to solve them. Main part. The main problem of distance learning of the discipline «general practice-family medicine» is the lack of a real practical part of the lesson. An important stage in the work of a primary care physician at the present stage is the development of skills in working with the E-Health-system, which has become impossible online. An important disadvantage of distance learning is the lack of need for students and teachers to maintain the image of a professional form. A significant problem is the lack of practice by students of the skill of advising the patient with certain real problems and diseases, because each situation is personalized. There is also the problem of technical inconveniences when working online, which prevents the full development of the content of the lesson. The limited ability to work in groups with peers prevents you from feeling feedback from other participants in the learning process. In the context of distance learning, teachers should try to solve the above problems. At the departments that teach general practice-family medicine, it is necessary to ask students to work independently to consider interesting clinical situations of comorbid patients. Considering clinical situations, it is necessary to develop algorithms for comprehensive examination of patients in the outpatient phase, rational schemes of diagnosis and treatment, both protocol and adjuvant, as the medicine of the future must become more personalized, integrative and preventive, especially in the oup-patient. Conclusions: Today there is an urgent need to develop and implement in the educational process of distance learning programs that meet the best world standards and provide training for medical professionals at a high professional level. The use of the Internet provides the ability to quickly access the information resources of the institution and the ability to effectively interact «teacher-student», both online and off-line modes. It is necessary to work in such a way as to minimize the shortcomings of distance learning in the teaching of clinical disciplines. In addition, the deepening of knowledge about coronavirus infection, the basics of its epidemiology, clinic, treatment and prevention, in our opinion, will expand the possibilities of conducting classes in clinical disciplines in an off-line mode, but optimal effective distance learning will always be in demand.

The issue of psychological feasibility of distance learning is understudied and remains relevant both in theoretical and practical terms. The purpose of the study viewed in the article is to identify the connection between students’ preferences to study using the Internet and electronic textbooks with their personal psychological traits. Presumably, confident, self-organized students have a positive attitude towards their use, while anxious, emotionally unstable students have a negative attitude. The study involves 1st – 4th year students (N = 270, aged from 17 to 21 years; 61.3% women) students, who specialize in Economics and Agricultural Industry in Izhevsk State Agricultural Academy. We used the following techniques: questionnaire developed by O. N. Malakhova, O. A. Zhuchenko, aimed at studying students’ preferences and Cattell’s Personality Factor Questionnaire (16-PF), form C, which has the goal to study personality traits that are significant for the research. It was found that there was a direct interconnection between students’ preference to use digital educational resources with their personal psychological traits. The study revealed that students with self-discipline and analytical mindset have a negative attitude to the use of electronic textbooks and distance learning. It was found that among the main personal psychological characteristics of students, which influence their preferences, are sensitivity and radicalism, anxiety and lack of self-discipline. We did not confirm the hypothesis put forward in the study. The applied aspect of the problem under study can be implemented in educational practice to increase the efficiency of educational process and in the development of digital training courses. The research perspectives are related to the study of teacher preferences.

The directions of modernization of the modern system of training of future specialists of physical education and sports and higher education institutions in general are shown. Optimal forms of training have been analyzed, which demanded the updating of training facilities, among which electronic educational resources, which are used both as an auxiliary tool in the classroom process and as the main means of realization of distance learning, are becoming more widespread. The most effective forms of organization of the educational process are determined by combining the lessons with the elements of distance learning. Thanks to the latest information and communication technologies, the teacher implements educational and methodical activities, updates the content of educational resources and improves their digital reproduction with subsequent translation of knowledge in the educational process, choosing channels of knowledge transfer taking into account the physical presence of the student. It is noted that, depending on the status of the subjects, interaction with the information and educational space is as follows: the teacher improves skills by systematically updating knowledge, monitors information on innovations in the field, studies advanced pedagogical experience, establishes two-way communication; and the student broadens knowledge of the subject, tracks information on industry innovations, joins student communities, participates in student projects or e- conferences. Priority measures that facilitate the effective management of the student's cognitive activity within the framework of the information and educational environment of higher education institutions in physical culture and sports are highlighted. The main trends in the educational process are identified.
