The directions of modernization of the modern system of training of future specialists of physical education and sports and higher education institutions in general are shown. Optimal forms of training have been analyzed, which demanded the updating of training facilities, among which electronic educational resources, which are used both as an auxiliary tool in the classroom process and as the main means of realization of distance learning, are becoming more widespread. The most effective forms of organization of the educational process are determined by combining the lessons with the elements of distance learning. Thanks to the latest information and communication technologies, the teacher implements educational and methodical activities, updates the content of educational resources and improves their digital reproduction with subsequent translation of knowledge in the educational process, choosing channels of knowledge transfer taking into account the physical presence of the student. It is noted that, depending on the status of the subjects, interaction with the information and educational space is as follows: the teacher improves skills by systematically updating knowledge, monitors information on innovations in the field, studies advanced pedagogical experience, establishes two-way communication; and the student broadens knowledge of the subject, tracks information on industry innovations, joins student communities, participates in student projects or e- conferences. Priority measures that facilitate the effective management of the student's cognitive activity within the framework of the information and educational environment of higher education institutions in physical culture and sports are highlighted. The main trends in the educational process are identified.

The results of the study of distance learning of disciplines on the example of inclusive education of students of the International Open University of Human Development "Ukraine" in a pandemic are presented. Theoretical and practical developments in the use of mass media are analyzed, approaches and understanding, communication through information and communication technologies, which significantly changed the educational process, thanks to new tools and channels of influence on the student audience, are comprehended. The versatility of communication is traced through the analysis and comparison of different approaches to understanding mass communication as a form of indirect communication through technical means to disseminate information to a mass student audience, the variability of communication tools. At the present stage of its development, mass communication promotes change (sometimes irreversible), dominated by tendencies of depersonalization and unification, which simultaneously affect the increase of student audience and reduce the dialogic quality of communication. Emphasis is placed on the ambiguity of this phenomenon, its shortcomings (dangerous viruses, lack of motivation, confidence, teamwork skills, difficult student identification, etc.) and advantages over traditional teaching of disciplines. Communication serves to unite the audience around a common goal, has an open, public nature, aimed at large student audiences, increasing information platforms, modularity, a large amount of educational information, no geographical boundaries, individual approach, webinars, videos, audio scripts, forums, on-line testing, interactive textbooks, boards, etc. The main factors of e-education implementation in the conditions of inclusion are given, examples of educational Internet environment, key tendencies of distance learning that transform learning with the help of technological innovations are highlighted, the need to reveal the experience of higher education institutions on special methods of teaching students is emphasized. special needs.

The article highlights the features of distance learning and considers the features of the organization of the educational process of students of the Faculty of Physical Education of the State Pedagogical University in quarantine.Quarantine measures impose certain restrictions on the full educational process in higher education institutions and beyond. The question arose: how to provide distance learning for students from different disciplines and physical education is no exception. Therefore, the departments of the Faculty of Physical Education faced the task of more thorough preparation for conducting practical classes, trainings. Students of the Faculty of Physical Education need a special form of education, which would not be inferior to the effectiveness of traditional educational activities adopted in higher education institutions. For sports departments, which provide training for specialists in a particular sport, there is another problem - not using the capabilities of the platform for distance learning. Sports departments work with students mainly in the mode of personal cooperation without providing a distance component of academic disciplines.The article is devoted to one of the current problems of modern education, the organization of distance learning with future specialists in physical education and sports. The article considers the development and current state of distance education in higher education institutions in the process of professional training of students majoring in "Physical Culture and Sports" and "Secondary Education (Physical Education)". The conditions of the educational process using distance technology Moodle. The main advantages of distance learning for students, teachers, as well as the possibility of integrating traditional and distance learning, which generates a new form of learning – blended. The article also presents the negative aspects of using the Moodle system for effective training of future professionals in these specialties.The introduction of distance learning in the teaching of sports and pedagogical disciplines should take place in two directions: in mastering the theoretical section of the curriculum in the discipline using both traditional teaching aids and ICT. When mastering the practical section, it is advisable to use video training, lessons, learning technical elements and motor skills.Modern scientific developments convincingly demonstrate the undeniable advantages of a rational combination of traditional teaching methods with information and communication technologies. The multifaceted problem of formation of research skills in teachers of physical education and sports by means of information and communication technologies is relevant today.Therefore, a modern high school teacher must be mobile, flexible, modern, able to adequately analyze and adapt to new situations and apply existing knowledge, skills and abilities with modern information technology.

The organization of the educational process in higher education institutions in a pandemic is analyzed. It is focused on the relevance of using distance learning. It operates on the basis of modern psychological, pedagogical and information and communication technologies. Based on the researches of scientific and pedagogical sources, global and national trends in the development of distance education in Ukraine are named according to certain features. Global trends include globalization, integration, internationalization, informatization. National trends identify the renewal of regulatory and legislative support for distance education, regulatory policy for the provision of distance learning and educational services and practices for ensuring their quality. Attention is drawn to the problem of teachers’ digital competencies development, finding ways to form and develop the readiness of teaching staff in the field of adult education to carry out professional activities in terms of distance learning. The analysis of normative documents regulating distance learning is carried out. The results of the Polish-Ukrainian study on “Students in the terms of the COVID-19ˮ, organized by the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of the Pedagogical University to determine the features of distance learning in the terms of COVID-19 pandemic is described. The study covered 412 various specialties students of the Faculty of Pedagogical Education. The survey reflected the issue of distance learning assessment and the tools used by teachers. It was found that the most teaching staff used Zoom, Viber and the MOODLE platform, which meets all the basic criteria for e-learning systems. During the quarantine period, the University administration created all the conditions for the use of this platform. It is concluded that it is necessary to update the legal framework for distance learning, to adapt practical and seminar classes to the conditions of online learning, to increase the level of digital literacy and readiness teaching staff to use distance technology, to provide scientific and methodological support for the educational process in terms of distance learning. Background: The relevance of the study is caused by the implementation of modern information and communication technologies into the educational process of higher education institutions, that induces the appearance of new kinds and forms of its organization. Purpose: To analyze of the interpretation of the definitions of “distance learning” and “blended learning”; to identify of problems of their use in professional training of future primary school teachers at the V. O. Sukhomlynskyi Mykolaiv National University. Materials and Methods: Theoretical and empirical methods are used in the work: analysis, classification and generalization of the source base of the research; normative documentation regulating the activity of higher education institutions (educational and professional programs, curricula); experience in the educational process organizing; diagnostics of students majoring in 013 Primary education (questionnaires, observations, introspection). Results: The structure and content of “distance learning” and “blended-learning” are disclosed, considers its advantages and its efficiency. The scientific approaches principles mean and forms of organization of the process of distance learning and blended-learning while training of elementary school teachers are investigated. The advantages of using the Moodle platform at the V. O. Sukhomlynskyi Mykolaiv National University are proved. The possibility and expediency of using distance and blended learning in the process of professional training of future primary school teachers is proved. Conclusions: The development of computer and information and communication technologies, the use of distance and blended learning have significantly changed the role and place of teachers and students in the educational process in higher education institutions. Their implementation promotes the formation of professional competence of future primary school teachers.

The present article considers the results of implementing the distance learning technologies at Vinnytsia National Pirogov Memorial Medical University in the process of mastering the discipline "Internal Medicine". Today, the amount of information that is so necessary for obtaining, understanding and mastering knowledge is growing rapidly. Given the current pace of development of education, today it is quite important to find innovative forms of quality organization of the educational process. This led to the introduction of information technology in education and the formation of a separate type of learning - distance learning. Now in Ukraine, distance learning is widely developing at all levels of education, this makes it possible to individualize the process of acquiring knowledge, abilities, skills and methods of human cognitive activity, which occurs mainly through the indirect interaction of participants in the educational process distant from each other in a specialized environment, functioning based on modern information and communication technologies.

Training teachers is an important task of modern pedagogy and requires new approaches to the organization of the educational process. The use of information and communication technologies for the purpose of forming the information competence of the future vocational teacher is an important element of the formation of his professional competence. The article describes the stages of conducting a pedagogical experiment to develop the information competence of a future teacher of vocational training in domestic higher education institutions. The article explores the features of modern information and communication technologies implementation in teaching technical English. The specifics of teaching foreign languages for applicants for non-linguistic specialties has its own characteristics, which should be taken into account when constructing and conducting classes. The information society poses new challenges and correspondingly new goals for teachers and applicants to higher education, the achievement of which is ensured by analyzing situational data and creating the environment that would most closely reflect the realities of the modern professional environment, which requires an appropriate level of a foreign language knowledge. It was determined that electronic learning tools act as a catalyst in mastering the material and improve the quality of the educational process. The study analyzed psychological factors that provide an extremely high level of student motivation and form the corresponding priorities in the direction of professional growth. The pedagogical ways of introducing multimedia teaching aids while studying a foreign language are described in detail as a key condition for the fundamental training of a qualified specialist, focused on meeting the needs of the modern market. It is noted that higher education institutions do not yet fully possess educational computer programs and the latest software, which is one of the most pressing problems in the digitalization of the educational process. It is proved that the effectiveness of achieving didactic goals directly depends on the chosen forms and methods of training, and the inclusion of information and communication technologies has such advantages as individualization and intensification of the educational process, an increase in the amount of independent work of the applicant, which is an important component of the Bologna process. In this regard, and with the aim of developing the communication skills of future specialists, ICTs are considered to be the primary element in the training of qualified specialists in economic fields.

Distance learning is the process of acquiring knowledge, abilities, skills and methods of human cognitive activity, it occurs mainly through the indirect interaction of participants in the educational process distant from each other in a specialized environment, it functions on the basis of modern psychological, pedagogical and information and communication technologies. In today’s world, distance learning is a must. This was shown by the existing COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of our work was to present teaching methods at the Department of Orthodontics of the Ukrainian Medical Dental Academy and to determine the advantages and disadvantages of distance education. To present theoretical and practically oriented content, organize independent work and control knowledge during quarantine, the possibilities of distance learning were used using the Google Classroom web service and using the ZOOM platform, Google-meet, which made it possible to use video, photographic materials, tables, control and diagnostic models, panoramic and other images, orthodontic appliances, orthodontic instruments. Distance learning technology is flexible than traditional. This is its advantage. It is aimed at those who study, creates a comfortable environment for the applicant for higher education to master the material 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Distance learning allows you to move away from the traditional system of teaching educational material. However, this teaching methodology requires a high level of teacher training. The teacher must have modern pedagogical and information technologies and be psychologically ready to work with applicants for education in a new educational and cognitive environment. The distance form of education must correspond to the methods of teaching in higher medical school. So, the material and technical clinical base of the Department of Orthodontics of the UMCA allows you to provide high-quality online training. But the spread of COVID-19 leads to day-to-day changes in all spheres of life, including healthcare, and the education system.

The purpose of the article is the need to develop a concept for the formation of communication using parser programs in the personnel department of higher education to improve educational activities. Methodology. In the process of research the methods of informology and social communication, logical-dialectical method of cognition, methods of system analysis, abstractions were applied, which allowed to reveal the content of implementation of parser programs; to analyze the use of parser programs in higher education institutions on the example of Vasyl' Stus Donetsk National University. Scientific Novelty. The necessity of introduction and use of parser programs in higher education institutions is substantiated. The use of Google Spreadsheet in the human resources department of the university as an information retrieval system and text-digital database to improve the educational activities of higher education institutions has been studied. Conclusions. Analyzing the communications of the institution of higher education, it is necessary to name their main directions: communication between the organization and its external environment; communication between management levels and departments; communication manager-subordinate; communication between the leader and the working group; informal communications. The purpose of using parser programs in higher education institutions is primarily to increase the efficiency of the educational process, improve service and reduce costs in the data processing. The use of parsing in the personnel department of a higher education institution is multifaceted. Today, parser programs perform parsing, lexical, automated analysis, process many information requests, parse documents, extracting from there the necessary and useful user data. The Google Spreadsheets parser program aims to use the latest information and communication technologies that help improve management, improve employee interaction, and promote social innovation.

Introduction. During the past ten years the important changes in educational programs of higher education point out the transition from the traditional live lecture form to the distance learning form (the online training format). Training for innovative engineering activities requires to involve students in the online training format and to explore its applicability.The aim of the present article is to identify the areas of the effective use of the online training format in the educational process for high school institutions and the prospects of further development of the distance learning.Methodology and research methods. In this article, an integration of theoretical and practical training of the innovative engineering with the methods of the analysis and synthesis, a pedagogical experiment and mathematical statistics were used.Results. The areas of use of the online learning in the field of traditional and innovative formats of training have been identified. A subsystem of storage of the information on the course of educational activities is suggested. A high efficiency of the distance learning application is confirmed by the results of a pedagogical experiment within the unified programs for a wide audience of students and persons having the right to an individual work schedule.Scientific novelty. The performed research contributes to identify the framework of the effective use of the online learning at higher education institutions. The suggested form of storage of the information on the education process events in a separate subsystem allow for processing and generalising the data with the use of the BigData and DataMining technologies.Practical significance. Further development of the research presented in this article might be focused on the establishment of numerical relations when using various education formats within various disciplines providing the greatest effect when training students at higher education institutions.
