It has been observed in many organizations that some employees feel unsatisfied with their work, the justification behind the dissatisfaction could be due to various reasons such as skills and abilities of an employee if not match with the job or task requirements or the work assigned is not according to individual capabilities. As far as the previous studies are concerned, it is revealed that person job fit, and person organization fit have a significant positive relationship with job satisfaction. Thus, in this regard, this study was conducted to examine the relationship between person-job fit, and person-organization fit on job satisfaction. To gather the primary data, a questionnaire was adopted from previous similar published studies. The data were collected from employees working at Aspin Pharma, a pharmaceutical company in Karachi, Pakistan. The total number of study sample was 313 employees out of which 173 useable responses were employed for data analyses. In addition, this research study has adopted a descriptive survey design, and which utilized primary data to obtain information on the study variables. The method of the research is mono method, and the examination of the study is based in quantitative research through descriptive statistics to measure the multi-dimension of employee satisfaction, person job fit, and person organization fit. To conclude, the result reveals that Person Job Fit as well as Person Organization Fit have a significant relationship with job satisfaction. The study findings will be useful for managerial decision makers to improve person job and organization fit dimensions in their organization to enhance employee satisfaction and work productivity.

The objective of this study to explorating employee work work meaning, competence, Self actualization effect on employee satisfaction at PT Bank BRI (Persero) Tbk. Branch Ahmad Yani Makassar. Data collection used primary data obtained from questionnaires using saturated samples. The sample amounted to 70 respondents. The results of WarpPLS Version 5.0. showed that the first hypothesis was rejected because the meaning of work had a negative and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. The second hypothesis is accepted because Competence has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The Third Hypothesis is rejected because Self-Freedom has a negative and significant influence on Job Satisfaction. The Fourth Hypothesis is rejected because the Impact has a positive and insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction

The purpose of this research is to present empirical findings related to the impact of CSR on the job satisfaction level of employees during the Pandemic times, especially in reference to the case of multinational corporations operating within the boundaries of United Arab Emirates. In this context, the factor of CSR was further categorised into three essential constructs of philanthropic responsibilities, environmental responsibilities, and welfare of general public. In reference to the methodological choices, the study has undertaken quantitative research design, which has been supported through the use of positivist philosophy and deductive approach. In addition, the study has collected primary data from a total of 250 employees through questionnaire, which had a total of 5 sections including; demographics, philanthropic responsibility, environmental responsibility, welfare of general public, and employee satisfaction. The study found that employee satisfaction had strongly positive (uphill) linear relationship with the variables of philanthropic responsibilities and environmental responsibilities. The study further elaborated that the organizational philanthropy in the era of Covid-19 has significantly positive impact on the satisfaction levels of employees.

High-tech industries often regard workers as their main source of value creation. In order to stimulate their employees' willingness to innovate and their innovative behavior and reduce the turnover intention, companies are now seeking to establish employer–employee relationships in which their employee's willingness to stay is not simply driven by extrinsic motivations. Therefore, it is an important topic in human resources for companies to implement measures that encourage employees to willingly devote themselves to their jobs and consider organizational growth as a component of their career development. This study aimed to investigate the effect of person–organization fit and person–job fit on employees' innovative behavior and turnover intention via the mediators including job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Six hundred ninety-seven employees from China's eight major high-tech industries were examined in this study, and the empirical results were analyzed using partial least squares. Based on the results, it is suggested that the person–organization fit and person–job fit are both crucial factors affecting employees' job satisfaction and organizational commitment, which, in turn, increase employees' willingness to innovate in their jobs and reduce their turnover intentions. Furthermore, this study could serve as a reference for companies in selecting employees, promoting job satisfaction, and developing strategies for sustainable development.

The current research investigates the impact of internal corporate social responsibility on job satisfaction in Jordanian pharmaceutical companies. Quantitative research design and regression analysis were applied on a total of 302 valid returns that were obtained in a questionnaire based survey from 14 pharmaceutical companies among employees, supervisors and managers. The results showed that internal corporate social responsibility was significantly related to job satisfaction and three of its dimensions, namely working conditions, work life balance and empowerment contributed significantly to job satisfaction, whereas employment stability and skills development had no contribution. This study implies that Jordanian pharmaceutical companies have to try their best to promote and facilitate internal corporate social responsibility among their employees in an effort to improve their job satisfaction, which will eventually yield positive results for the company as a whole. In light of these results, the research presented many recommendations for future research; the most important ones were the application of this study in other sectors, cultures, and countries, and using of multi method for collecting data.

The study purpose is to analyse the impact of training, competence, motivation and leadership towards performance either directly or through job satisfaction as a mediator variable. As many as 55 staff are considered as respondents in this research, and census method is used as the sampling method. Primary data in this study were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Likert Scale. Secondary data are obtained from the organization structure Sukamandi Apparatus Training Centre (BDA), performance appraisal, staff attendance, information system and personnel management. Structural Equation Modeling Analisis of Moment Structures (SEM-AMOS) is used to process and analyze data. This study shows staff with high education, competence and leadership have a significant effect on performance, While the job satisfaction is significant in mediating the influence of training, competence and leadership on performance. Next on the employee with low education, training, competence, motivation and leadership have a significant influence on performance, while job satisfaction is significant in mediating the effect of competence and leadership on staff performance.   Keywords:  training, competence, motivation, leadership, job satisfaction, performance

Abstract Objective: This study investigated the impact of the Webinar on deep human learning of CHD. Materials and methods: This cross-sectional survey design study used an open and closed-ended questionnaire to assess the impact of the Webinar on deep learning of topical areas within the management of the post-operative tetralogy of Fallot patients. This was a quantitative research methodology using descriptive statistical analyses with a sequential explanatory design. Results: One thousand-three-hundred and seventy-four participants from 100 countries on 6 continents joined the Webinar, 557 (40%) of whom completed the questionnaire. Over 70% of participants reported that they “agreed” or “strongly agreed” that the Webinar format promoted deep learning for each of the topics compared to other standard learning methods (textbook and journal learning). Two-thirds expressed a preference for attending a Webinar rather than an international conference. Over 80% of participants highlighted significant barriers to attending conferences including cost (79%), distance to travel (49%), time commitment (51%), and family commitments (35%). Strengths of the Webinar included expertise, concise high-quality presentations often discussing contentious issues, and the platform quality. The main weakness was a limited time for questions. Just over 53% expressed a concern for the carbon footprint involved in attending conferences and preferred to attend a Webinar. Conclusion: E-learning Webinars represent a disruptive innovation, which promotes deep learning, greater multidisciplinary participation, and greater attendee satisfaction with fewer barriers to participation. Although Webinars will never fully replace conferences, a hybrid approach may reduce the need for conferencing, reduce carbon footprint. and promote a “sustainable academia”.

In last few decades, employees’ job related attitudes and behaviors have remained topics of considerable interest in the fields of organizational behavior and human resource management. This study aims to explore the impact of person-organization-fit and person-job-fit on employee turnover intention while considering psychological climate as a mediating variable. Sample for this research is consisted of 260 employees from top five commercial banks of large cities of Pakistan. SPSS 17 is used for analyzing the data. Correlation and regression analysis is used to test the direct and mediating relationship between key variables. Results indicate that both person-organization-fit and person-job-fit have negative relationship with turnover intention. Psychological climate partially mediates the relationship between person-organization-fit and turnover intention while fully mediates the relationship between person-job-fit and turnover intention.

<p>The problem of this research was Turnover intention is a factor of discomfort experienced agent in a company. Turnover intention needs to get serious attention to the organization especially to leadership or manager so can applying force leadership proper and improve job satisfaction to reduce job stress in the company.<br />The purpose of this research was the effect of leadership style and job satisfaction toward Turnover intention throught job stress at customer service (frontline) PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE), Tomang Jakarta.<br />The methodology of this research was testing hypothesis. The data used were primary data collected from questionaire. The samples consisted of 164customer service (frontline)PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE), which were determined through purposive sampling method. The data were analyzed through Structural Equation Model (SEM) of AMOS version 23.0for Windows.<br />The results of the study showed that there have been negative effect and significant between leadership style and job satisfaction toward Turnover intention throught job stress. The role of job stress very dominant as a mediator the influence of leadership style and job satisfaction toward Turnover intention.<br />Implication of this research is expected to managers can increase the determinants job stress itself for example by raising job satisfaction (salary, reward, job promotion) and applying force leadership proper and able to adjust with all the work situation.</p>
