And this research uses data from 1994 – 1999 for the regression analysis. Multiple regression analysis is used to test hyphothesis 1 (H1), hyphothesis 2 (H2) and hyphothesis 3 (H3). Independent variables in the regression are level of effective company tax, non debt tax shield and operation income before depreciation, whilst independent variable in the regression is leverage. The result of this research proves that (1) non debt tax shield after the amendment of 1994 tax regulation (1995 – 1999) brings positive influence to the leverage change, (2) level of effective company tax after the amendment of 1994 tax regulation (1995 – 1999) brings negative influence to the leverage change, and (3) operation income before  depreciation  after the amendment of 1994 tax regulation (1995 – 1999) brings positive influence to the leverage change.

Data analysis tools used in the study was a multiple linear regression analysis.  Results from this study showed that: (1) There is a positive effect of the Cultural Organization (X1) on the performance variable (Y1) the coofficient 0,386 with sig = 0.002 ≤ 0,05; (2) there is a positive influence Leadership variable (X2) of the variable Cultural Organization (Y1) the coofficient 0,182 with sig = 0,038 ≤ 0,05; (3) there is a positive influence organizational culture variable (X1) to achievement athlete (Y2) the coefficient 0,252 with sig 0,002, 4). there is positive leadership variables (X2) on achievment athlete (Y2) the coefficient 0,287 with a value coofficient sig = 0,000 ≤ 0,05. there is a positive influence organizational culture variables (X1) to the achievement athlete (Y2) with sig = 0,000 ≤ 0,05. Cultural organizations are independent variables that influence is greater than the other independent variables. Coofficient determination or R-square is 79.04%, while 20.96% is influenced by other variables outside the research. Suggestions for further research are to find out other variables that have a greater influence on the performance of government policy, and the development of school sports.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship between attitude functions and attitude towards social media advertising. Additionally, this study also examines the relationship between attitude towards social media advertising and purchase intention. Design/methodology/approach The data was collected via an online survey among Malaysian Muslim participants. Quantitative analysis was used to test the hypothesis. A total of 280 respondents participated in the online survey but only 264 responses fit the analysis. The data was analysed via SPSS and partial least squares structural equation modelling. Findings The findings of this paper show that attitude functions, namely, utilitarian, value-expressive, ego-defensive and religiosity have a significant positive influence on attitude towards social media advertising, whilst knowledge function was found to be insignificant. Attitude towards social media advertising was also found to have a significant positive influence on purchase intention. Practical implications Advertisers should also consider the religious aspects of Muslim consumers and their level of sensitivity as Muslims nowadays are well-informed. This is to avoid controversies and have a better understanding of their consumer needs. Originality/value This is one of the few studies examining the influence of religiosity in the social media advertising of controversial products such as bubble tea.

This study aims to explore the ways in which targeted consumers engage with corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities on social media platforms, specifically when discussing their opinions and experiences regarding the CSR activities of their favorite brands. Therefore, the variable moral norms were integrated in the theory of reasoned action. The study data about consumers' engagement (CE) in corporate social responsibility communication (CSRC) over social media (SM) platforms—electronic word of mouth, or e-WoM—was collected from 290 actual engaged consumers in online ordering and involved in social media groups. The findings confirmed that the antecedent factors (consumers' attitudes, subjective norms, and moral norms) have a positive influence on consumers' intention to use e-WoM, while no effect was found on CE in CSRC in SM. Furthermore, e-WoM was found to have direct significant impact on CE in CSRC in SM as it mediates the relationship between the antecedent factors and CE in CSRC in SM.
