A brief analysis of the history and development prospects of mathematical models for forecasting passenger flows in the regional transport network is given. The reasons for the fundamentally different practice of using these models in urban planning in our country and abroad are analyzed. The current trends in the use of models for forecasting passenger flows in solving multifactorial problems of the development of the regional transport system in a market economy when changing local systems of settlement and job placement are presented.

The survey, which consisted of counting, polling and recording, has provided data on the existing volume of passenger flows in public bus stations/terminals within the Primorsko-goranska (Littoral-Mountainous) County (hereinafter: the PG County), the density rate of passengers on bus lines that operate on County connections and on bus lines connecting the PG County with other counties in Croatia. In addition to the quantitative parameters, the qualitative data were analyzed that had been obtained by polling passengers at the Rijeka bus terminal, whereupon detailed opinions of direct users of the service were elaborated with the aim of obtaining a picture of the current situation of the public bus transport in the PG County. The data collected were used in evaluating the quality of the passenger transport service provided and in determining measures to be taken in order to bring both the actual quality of transport and the satisfaction of passengers to a higher level.

Recently, electrochemistry- and photoelectrochemistry-based biosensors have been regarded as powerful tools for trace monitoring of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) due to the fact of their intrinsic advantages (e.g., high sensitivity, excellent selectivity, small background, and low cost), which play an important role in early cancer screening and diagnosis and benefit people’s increasing demands for medical and health services. Thus, this mini-review will introduce the current trends in electrochemical and photoelectrochemical biosensors for CEA assay and classify them into two main categories according to the interactions between target and biorecognition elements: immunosensors and aptasensors. Some recent illustrative examples are summarized for interested readers, accompanied by simple descriptions of the related signaling strategies, advanced materials, and detection modes. Finally, the development prospects and challenges of future electrochemical and photoelectrochemical biosensors are considered.

This article discusses the main issues of the formation and development of such a direction as environmental marketing. The main origins and reasons for the emergence of this approach were identified, and the main advantages of using it in various companies were established. It also presents a number of areas in which the company can carry out activities in the field of sustainable development. A number of companies are presented that are already actively introducing environmental marketing into their activities, and current trends in the development of environmental marketing in modern society are revealed.

Peculiarities of transport services for the transportation of passengers, which must be taken into account when creating logistics models for organizing and managing passenger flows, are considered. Need of cost reduction of time of passengers for transport service is proved. The conclusion is drawn on need of the effective transport system creation, for the purpose of observance of intervals of the movement of buses on routes. The possibility of use of architectural approximations classes for the solution of transport logistics problems is analysed. The methods used for solving transport problems where the most widespread is modeling and algorithmization of the determined task formulation strategy with use of a classical algorithm of mathematical programming are considered. The prospects of a meta-heuristic method use is a genetic algorithm for the solution of tasks of the control of city passenger transport adapted to objective conditions are proved. The main features of genetic algorithms consisting in an opportunity by optimization to use criterion function and to consider the necessary number of restrictions are defined. The structure of a chromosome which represents the coded option of the movement of the bus in real time depending on a road situation is received.

Introduction. Industrial park (cluster) is a relatively new form of economic organization, which in many developed countries plays a significant role in shaping and ensuring the competitiveness of countries and territories. Despite the economic viability of economic clusters, clusters have not yet become widespread in Ukraine, in contrast to highly developed countries. The modern development of the innovative economy, combined with comprehensive digitalization, makes its adjustments – opportunities and risks – in the functioning of economic entities of all forms and levels, which must be considered. The purpose of the paper is to study the current state of industrial parks in Ukraine and to analyse the prospects for their development. Results. In the article, the authors explored the innovative economy's digitalization features and provided its definition. They assessed the current state of industrial parks in Ukraine, identified fully operational parks, have high-quality infrastructure facilities, and have residents with actually operating plants. Identified the reasons for their inefficient functioning and developed recommendations for improving the formation and operation of industrial parks in Ukraine, using digital tools of the innovative economy. It was noted that the innovative component of successful implementation in practice of a regionally integrated approach is the addition or expansion of activities through narrower (specialized) approaches that have a clear, practical focus. Such specialization can be the development of industrial tourism. The second way of efficiency of an industrial park is its unique specialization, for example, the chemical industry. Each focus or specialization should be evaluated and determined in each case. Conclusion. Industrial parks are an essential tool of the country's economy, which can make the country a leader; however, this form of organization carries risks, the main of which is the imitation of the industrial park for illicit enrichment. Therefore, it is necessary to further improve the mechanism of regulation and especially control by the state over the activities of industrial parks.

The main mode of transport in large cities is urban passenger transport. It is this type of transport that ensures the mobility of the population and plays an important role in densely populated cities. Nevertheless, the use of urban passenger transport by the population is decreasing every year. This article discusses various approaches to assessing the performance of vehicles, analyzes ways to increase the operating speed and quality of passenger service, taking into account the current trends in the development of public transport. Key words: operational speed, increased operating speed, ground–based urban passenger transport, public transport, speed improvement routes, vehicle performance, transport services.
