<p>This research was initiated by the rise of the business licensing service quality issues on the Government of Karimun Regency of Riau Islands province that has not been effective. The problem is detected, allegedly associated with the ineffectiveness of the leadership role, motivation, coordination and organizational commitment in the Government of Karimun Regency of Riau Islands province. The design of this study was conducted using a quantitative approach through explanatory survey method. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The study found that the role of leadership, motivation, coordination and organizational commitment either partially or simultaneously have a significant influence on the quality of the business licensing services to the Government of Karimun Regency of Riau Islands province. The results also reveal that motivation is the most dominant variable in affecting the quality of service business permit, then followed by a variable leadership role. This implies that the improvement of the quality of service the business licensing is determined by the implementing agency work motivation factor and the magnitude of the leadership role in supporting the success of the process of business licensing services.</p>

<p>The goal of the present paper is to analyze the effect of personnel's education and psychological competence on<br />quality of service. The mediation role of organizational competence in Ministry of the Interior is of<br />descriptive-correlational method. To do that, the standard questionnaire psychological competence by Spriters<br />(1995), personnel education and quality of service by Deher (2015) and organizational commitment by Alen and<br />Mier (1990) were used. The statistical population of the research includes all personnel of Ministry of the<br />Interior which are 1600 subjects. Based on Cochran's formula, 3100 subjects were selected randomly. In order to<br />analyze data the Pearson's correlation test and structural equation of data analysis were used by SPSS and AMOS<br />software. The findings of the research indicate that personnel's education has a positive effect on organizational<br />competence and quality of service (with Alpha level of 0.05). Moreover, the psychological competence is<br />positively affect the quality of service (with Alpha level of 0.05) and organizational commitment affect the<br />quality of service. Finally, it was revealed that the personnel training through organizational commitment affect<br />the quality of service. But, psychological competence does not affect the quality of service through<br />organizational commitment. Moreover, psychological competence does not affect the organizational commitment.<br />The significance levelof the model turned out to be more than the first type error (0.05). This shows that the<br />significant adaption of the estimated model with the present research model. Furthermore, the AGFI and GFI<br />indicators are more than the estimated value (0.9). These indicators show that the model has a capability in<br />estimating the ratio of each factor.</p>

This study aims to explain the effect of service quality on store image, the influence of service quality on repurchase intention, the influence of store image on repurchase intention, and the role of store image mediate the influence of service quality on repurchase intention in Carrefour Bali Province. Repurchase intention is one of the company's goals because the repurchae intention is the action of the consumer to be faithful to the company. This research was conducted in the area of ??Bali Province using 100 respondents. Data collection method used is purposive sampling method with path analysis technique. The results showed that service quality had positive and significant effect to store image. Quality of service has a positive and significant impact on the repurchase intention. The store image has a positive and significant impact on the repurchase intention. Store image as a variable of mediation have an indirectly significant influence to repurchase intention through service quality variable.

BPJS is one of the health services provided by the government to the people ofIndonesia. In the process of patient care by using BPJS there were some complaints fromconsumers related to the quality of service. Poor service quality will have an impact onconsumer dissatisfaction in the service, so that it is capable of influencing consumer loyalty.Loyalty can only be generated if consumers have experienced the satisfaction of a goodservice quality provided by the service provider. This study aims to determine the effectof service quality on customer loyalty. In this case the customer satisfaction are thingsthat need to be met first before consumers get to the stage of loyalty. Respondents of thisstudy are inpatients in RSI Jemursari Surabaya as many as 100 people who use the serviceBPJS third grade. This study used survey method and analyzed using path analysis withPartial Least Square (PLS). Results from this study is the quality of service has an influenceon loyalty with mediation of consumer satisfaction. Loyalty can occur if the satisfactionfelt by consumers. Thus, in this study, customer satisfaction a mediating variable for therelationship between the variables of service quality and customer loyalty.

This article discusses about role of leadership and motivation of school headmaster in improving teacher performance. By using literature review in education, this article found that teacher is a professional profession where he is required to make every effort to carry out his activities as best he can. The task of the teacher as an educator, teacher and trainer should be able to impact the students. The teacher as one component in teaching and learning activities, has a position that greatly determines the success of learning. The role of the school headmaster is very important and dominant in improving teacher performance, both in increasing competence and work motivation and in building effective work systems and creating a harmonious, safe and pleasant working atmosphere. The efforts of improving the quality of teachers must be continuously carried out by school headmaster in order to improve the performance of teachers into reliable individuals who will advance the school organization. Therefore, we need the ability of the leadership role and motivation of the principal to explore, disseminate, foster and develop the potential of the teacher in order to improve teacher performance in order to achieve educational goals

The Special Purpose of this study is expected to form a Program for the Development of local potential based SMEs to improve the skills of entrepreneurs by being motivated to try, be creative and innovate in carrying out their business activities. With increased skills will be able to improve the quality and quantity of the results of his business so that it will bring increased income and their welfare in order to alleviate poverty. The research was conducted by field survey method in the coastal area of ??Sekotong Tengah Village, West Lombok Regency. This activity is to identify opportunities and business feasibility of micro small entrepreneurs. Furthermore, the formation of SME Development Program can be formed in order to solve the problems it faces. From this activity, it is expected that UKM entrepreneurs can improve the quality and quantity of their business results so that it will encourage increased income. Increase the income of target entrepreneurs through increased production, quality of production and selling prices on the market. From the results of the study showed that of the four businesses analyzed, economically beneficial and also superior / developed temporarily in the coastal area of ??Sekotong Tengah Village, namely shrimp paste, goat, fish trade and crab business. The SME coaching program can be realized, showing: a). the role of the government in capital assistance other than banking institutions and skills assistance, b). The hospital is a public facility owned by the government and the private sector which has a very strategic role in efforts to improve public health services. The new health care paradigm requires hospitals to provide quality services according to the needs and desires of patients while still referring to the professional and medical code of ethics. In the rapid development of technology and increasingly fierce competition, the hospital is required to improve the quality of its services. Quality is the core survival of an institution. Therefore, hospitals are required to always maintain consumer confidence by increasing the quality of service so that customer satisfaction increases. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality on patients satisfaction. The research method used in this study is a survey method with correlation techniques. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and questionnaires (questionnaire). The results showed that the analysis of variable X obtained an average of 3.55, meaning that the quality of service at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) of Cilegon City was in the Good category of 72.67%. Analysis of variable Y obtained an average of 3.50, which means that patient satisfaction at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) of Cilegon City is in the good category of 70.1%. Analysis of product moment coefficient obtained r = 0.511 means that it has a moderate correlation between variable X and variable Y. The relationship pattern of variables is shown by a simple linear regression equation that is Y = 14.614 + 0.563 X. It shows that the variance that occurs in the variable quality of service can affect performance by 26%, while the remaining 74% is influenced by other factors not examined.   Keywords : service quality, patient satisfaction, hospital

South Tangerang is a new autonomous region in Banten Province that is established by Act No. 51 of 2008. The new autonomous region in Banten as expansion of Tangerang Regency has 7 districts. Based on Population Census in 2014 has 1.405.170 inhabitants. Population of male is 708.767 inhabitants and population of female is 696.403 inhabitants. Information found directly and through various media frequently reveals weaknesses of government services which reflect community dissatisfaction with the service personnel. The level of community satisfaction with the services of the community sector is still quite low, it is evidenced from several empirical studies on the quality of service in local government bureaucracy. Based on the initial observation, work motivation of goverment officials is played a role in realizing the quality of public services in the district of South Tangerang. Hence the author is interested in further researching and analyzing the impact of work motivation and service quality of apparatus to satisfaction community in the district level of South Tangerang. This study use nonprobability sampling as the sampling method. For the purposes of quantitative analysis, the determination of the score for each item questionnaire is used a Likert Scale. The processing data in this study is using SEM with support of software LISREL 8.7. The result of study shows that the motivation of civil servants apparatus district in South Tangerang is affecting the quality of service however is not affecting community satisfaction. This is due to the unfavorable work environment and leadership role in the completion of the assignment. Meanwhile the quality of service of civil servants apparatus affects people's satisfaction in districts in South Tangerang.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture, work motivation, and organizational commitment to the performance of principals of elementary school in Samarinda. The results of the study findings that: (1) Organizational cultures have directly positive effect to the performance of principals, (2) Work motivation have directly positive effect to the performance of principals, (3) Organizational commitment have directly positive effect to the performance of principals, (4) Organizational culture have directly positive effect to the organizational commitment, (5) Work motivation have directly positive effect to the organizational commitment. This research was carried out in the environment of Samarinda Government that involving 60 principals of elementary school in Samarinda as the study samples. The determination of study samples was done by using random sampling. The data collection using instrument with a Likert scale of measurement consist of 5 answer options and the data analysis using path analysis technique. Based on the study, organizational culture, work motivation, and organizational commitment have directly positive effect to the performance of principals. Therefore the variables of the study are recommended to the Government of Samarinda to increase the performance of elementary school in Samarinda. The problem raised in this research is whether the quality of human resources (X1) has an effect on the quality of the financial statements (Y) of the local government of Klungkung Regency. Work motivation (X2) affects the quality of financial reports (Y) of the local government of Klungkung Regency. The use of information systems (X3) affects the quality of financial reports (Y) of the local government of Klungkung Regency. Internal control (X4) affects the quality of financial reports (Y) of the local government of Klungkung Regency. Organizational commitment (X5) affects the quality of financial reports (Y) of the local government of Klungkung Regency. The population in this research amounted to 80 people. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, F test, t test and analysis of determination. The results of the analysis show the regression model = 9.549 + 0.157X1 + 0.249X2 + 0.306X3 + 0.234X4 + 0.255X5 + e. The conclusions obtained are the quality of human resources, work motivation, utilization of information systems, internal control and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial reports.
