The purpose of this study was to determine the tourist attraction in Waduk Panji Sukarame. Tenggarong City has one of the mainstay tourist destinations in East Kalimantan, one of which is the Waduk Panji Sukarame as a tourist attraction, as a tourist attraction and object, it is necessary to hold a good management process so that visitors become interested in coming to the place. This study finds out what tourist attractions are in the Waduk Panji Sukarame Tenggarong, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan. The research method used is the descriptive qualitative research method. The data collected is through direct observation and interviews with the managers of the Waduk Panji Sukarame. Waduk Panji Sukarame has natural attractions. It has an orchid garden and has artificial gazebo tours, colourful bridges, unique toilets, flying fox, duck bikes, viewing towers, playgrounds. The Waduk Panji Sukarame has a tourist attraction and is worthy as a tourist attraction.

The purpose of this research is to study and to analyze the pattern of tourist destinations to determine the excellence of attractions in each district in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, as a tourist attraction. This research uses qualitative research methods with sampling techniques using positive sampling. Data sources used are informants, tourist attractions, and documents. Determination of the advantages of a tourist attraction in a regency and even in the Special Region of Yogyakarta aims to increase the selling power or visitors of a tourist attraction and become an icon or mascot in the regency or region in Yogyakarta Special Region. From the results of the discussion, it was concluded that the most preeminent in the Yogyakarta Special Region was Tourism, Beach and Temple Villages. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategies, approaches, stages and results of the life value education program in the education of supernormal children in MAN 2 Madiun City. Qualitative research method was conducted by direct observation and gained the results of this study which were that the Living Values Education Program (LVEP) acceleration class of MAN 2 in Madiun City is done by habituation, lecture, hands-on practice, discussion, performance, assignments, and visits to religious places, and uswah hasanah. The holistic approach (integrated and synchronized) in which the development of character values is integrated and interconnected in all aspects of the madrasa environment. The stages of reviving the value in children accelerated starting with the quarantine process. Through this LVEP, it is certain that children have personalities based on religious and cultural noble values. The conclusion of this research is that the LVEP approach has delivered supernormal children of MAN 2 Madiun City to have an awareness of high values, virtuous character and aware of the importance of exemplary and practice of values themselves in appreciating "good value" in children, as well as reflect on it. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi, pendekatan, tahapan dan hasil program pendidikan nilai kehidupan dalam pendidikan anak-anak supernormal di MAN 2 Kota Madiun. Metode penelitian kualitatif dilakukan dengan observasi langsung dan diperoleh hasil penelitian ini yaitu bahwa kelas akselerasi Living Values Education Program (LVEP) MAN 2 di Kota Madiun dilakukan dengan pembiasaan, kuliah, praktik langsung, diskusi, kinerja, tugas, dan kunjungan ke tempat-tempat relijius, dan uswah hasanah. Pendekatan holistik (terintegrasi dan tersinkronisasi) di mana pengembangan nilai karakter terintegrasi dan saling berhubungan dalam semua aspek lingkungan madrasah. Tahapan menghidupkan kembali nilai pada anak dimulai dengan proses karantina. Melalui LVEP ini, dapat dipastikan bahwa anak-anak memiliki kepribadian berdasarkan nilai-nilai luhur agama dan budaya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pendekatan LVEP telah menjadikan anak-anak supernormal dari MAN 2 Kota Madiun untuk memiliki kesadaran akan nilai-nilai tinggi, karakter berbudi luhur dan menyadari pentingnya teladan dan praktik nilai-nilai itu sendiri dalam menghargai "nilai baik" pada anak. The Village

The village chief as the leader who is directly elected by the villagers and it is believed and also claimed to have good leadership for the development of rural infrastructure as well as to invite the community to participate in the advancement of the village. An organization will succeed or fail is determined by the leadership. This study raises the issue: (1) How is the leadership of the village chief in the construction of infrastructure in the coastal village? (2) What are the factors that affect the leadership of the village chief in the construction of infrastructure in the coastal village? The method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data used is primary data (observations and interviews) and secondary data (literature). The primary data sources are direct observation, interviews and recording the data in the seaside village office. Then, it is analyzed with related theories. The conclusion of this research was the leadership of the village chief in developing of infrastructure field in Pantai village, west Kapuas subdistrict, Kapuas district. ABSTRACTSmall Industry is one of the most potential industries in Sukabumi City. The stakeholders strive to always develop Small Industry because this industry has contributed to the improvement of people's economy and become one of the tourist destinations in the city of Sukabumi. Therefore, the participation of various parties is needed for the sustainability of this Small Industry. The purpose of this study was to obtain a description of the inter-organizational linkages capacity of stakeholders in developing Small Industry in Sukabumi City. This research used the qualitative research method. Data were collected through observations, interviews, literature study and triangulation technique to ensure data validity. The results showed that coordination among stakeholders is still not working properly. In addition, communication between the parties is still not effective and promotion channels through the media are also limited.  Keywords: Inter-organizational linkages capacity    ABSTRAKIndustri Kecil adalah salah satu jenis industri yang sangat potensial di Kota Sukabumi. Oleh karena itu, peran serta berbagai pihak sangat dibutuhkan untuk keberlanjutan Industri Kecil ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh deskripsi tentang kapasitas inter-organizational linkages para pemangku kepentingan (stakeholders) dalam mengembangkan Industri Kecil di Kota Sukabumi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, studi literatur dan teknik triangulasi untuk analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koordinasi yang dilakukan diantara para pemangku kepentingan masih belum berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Selain itu, komunikasi diantara para pihak juga masih belum efektif dan saluran promosi melalui media juga masih terbatas. Kata kunci: Kapasitas inter-organizational linkages

The research used in this paper is a qualitative research method with descriptive analytical case study method, which is an analysis that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from people and behaviors that can be observed with a predetermined method. The purpose of this method is to minimize the results of research difficult to manipulate because researchers have little chance to control events that will occur. The event in question is the empowerment of the Rungkut Jaya Surabaya Mosque Amil Zakat Institution in improving mustahiq welfare, so that the data needed is not enough historical data but interviews are needed, and direct observation in the field. This study was conducted to determine how the true meaning of listening to poetry and the fact that listening to poetry have not done particularly among students in Surakarta. The research problem is how to know the true meaning of listening to poetry and listening to poetry real fact that has not done well among students in Surakarta. The research method is qualitative research method description. With a population of this research is the students in Surakarta. The collection of research data by means of direct observation of listening skills and an understanding of the meaning of poetry poetry listening to the study population that is among students in Surakarta. The results of this study show that in the students in Surakarta still do not understand the true meaning of listening to poetry and listening to poetry have not done well. It can be concluded that the need for a good understanding of the listeners to understand the things that will be listened to and can determine the outcome of what has been obtained after listening to poetry.

People’s representatives are elected through general elections to represent the people fighting for the people's interests and aspirations. However, in practice, muslim politician who became people's representatives often represent themselves and their groups rather than represent those who have chosen them. This research was conducted to reveal how muslim politician who became people's representatives' actions the correlation between clientelism politics in managing the budget function. This descriptive qualitative research method collects data through direct observation in the field and in-depth interviews with various informants related to the research. The theory used in this research is political clientelism theory. From the research results, muslim politician who became people's representatives fight for the community's aspirations to escort a grant program to community groups, social assistance, and empowerment. The program is directly related to the winning team and supporters of voters in the previous elections. The program is intended to maintain the people's voting base and the granary in the next election. This is how the people's representative uses the parliament's existence and potential for electoral interests.

<p>Some countries have proven to be advanced by managing their historical and cultural heritage and promoting it internationally. Japan and South Korea are living examples, who transform the war site not only into national defense heritage but also bring it to the international level.  The management of historical heritage is crucial to enhance people's awareness of the importance of national defense. However, many of Indonesia's historical relics are still neglected or poorly managed, even though many historical and cultural heritages have the potential to become tourist attractions. This article aims to discuss how to manage Indonesian historical and cultural heritage to enhance nationalism and patriotism. Proper management of historical and cultural heritage will increase the love of the motherland. The research method is done by a qualitative research method as well as literature studies. This study proves that the management of culture and historical heritage of Indonesia, especially those related to the national struggle, is still largely ignored. Moreover, Indonesia even lacks in managing its historical and cultural heritage. Therefore, Indonesia has to improve the management of its cultural and historical heritage so that it can be promoted to the global world as an object of tourism to increase the nationalism of the younger generation.</p>

<p><em>This globalization era brought people of East Kalimantan tend to prefer modern music and western music. This cause the local or traditional music art is marginalized. On the other hand, they have a local music art containing a lot of local wisdom. One of them is tingkilan music. Lyrics of tingkilan contain religious values. Therefore, this study intends to find and to describe the religious values in the song lyrics of the tingkilan musical arts. This study uses a qualitative research method. The research shows that in fact some tingkilan song lyrics have a deep religious value. Some of those religious value</em><em>s are thanksgiving favors, learning of the holly Qur’an, the way of eating and drinking in accordance with the Islamic teaching.</em></p>

This research was conducted in Palabuhanratu Sukabumi Regency, the aim of the study is to know about the organization of cultural tourism of fishermen party,tourist attraction of fisherman’s day activities, and the effectiveness of tourism promotion of fisherman’s day.This research uses descriptive qualitative research method and key informan as much as four people consisting of Tourism Office of Sukabumi Regency, Culture Youth and Sports Office, Fishermanday Chair, and Fishery Port of Nusantara Palabuhanratu. The result of research shows that, the organization of cultural tourism fishing party is very attractive for touristand held once a year which is followed by traditional ceremonies, cultural performances, parade of queen of fishermen and stakeholders, there is also a seaborn that the offerings to the sea and entourage of cultural performance and tourist.
