Water pollution is one of the most significant problems in the world today and is a global problem. Surface water pollution in streams and reservoirs is reflected in the deterioration of the quality of aquatic ecosystems, including those that occur in their vicinity or follow them. Lack of quality drinking water is one of the main causes of various diseases, which can lead to death, especially in developing countries. Therefore, it is important to detect water pollution in time and anticipate how it could develop and be transported in the stream. Measurements on a physical model are time-consuming and economically demanding, but for a given locality it can provide comprehensive information, including the proposal of possible measures and their verification. It is also a suitable approach for calibration and verification of mathematical models. One of the main tasks in the physical modelling of the spread of pollution in the stream was to find a suitable substance that would simulate the pollution without being aggressive towards the water pumping circuit. The method of electrical impedance spectrometry was chosen for its detection in the stream.

After 20 years of innovation, the economy of Vietnam has achieved high growths with lots of advantages for the country’s industrialization and modernization process. The country has gradually reduced poverty, created more jobs, improved people's life standards and narrowed down the economic gap between its own and that of other countries in the world. However, economy growths have at the same time caused big pressure on the quality of the environment, especially in big cities like Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city. The environmental problems such as water pollution, air and solid waste are becoming more and more serious. This paper presents discussions on the following issues in the case of Hanoi: (1) an analysis of the economy development from 2008 up to present; (2) the influences of industrialization- modernization-urbanization process on environmental quality; (3) an analysis of the environmental pollution; and (4) a proposal of the possible measures to protect living environment towards a sustainable development.

Surface water pollution issues are relevant and important. The impacts of polluted waters on the catchment area have both short and long term implications. The negative impact affects both the quality of soils grown in the catchment of plants and agricultural crops, and the health of the population living in the area. From this point of view, the assessment of the environmental and ecological-economic damage caused is relevant. To manage the damage to the environment, it is necessary to conduct balanced economic development and measures to control the quality of surface waters. The methodology developed and proposed in this article for a comprehensive assessment of environmental, economic and environmental damage is aimed at creating and monitoring conditions for economic progress, ensuring and protecting the rights of society and the quality of life.

The past couple of decades have been a confusing, frustrating period for engineers. With their creations making the world an ever richer, healthier, more comfortable place, it should have been a time of triumph and congratulation for them. Instead, it has been an era of discontent. Even as people have come to rely on technology more and more, they have liked it less. They distrust the machines that are supposedly their servants. Sometimes they fear them. And they worry about the sort of world they are leaving to their children. Engineers, too, have begun to wonder if something is wrong. It is not simply that the public doesn’t love them. They can live with that. But some of the long-term costs of technology have been higher than anyone expected: air and water pollution, hazardous wastes, the threat to the Earth’s ozone layer, the possibility of global warming. And the drumbeat of sudden technological disaster over the past twenty years is enough to give anyone pause: Three Mile Island, Bhopal, the Challenger, Chernobyl, the Exxon Valdez, the downing of a commercial airliner by a missile from the U.S.S. Vincennes. Is it time to rethink our approach to technology? Some engineers believe that it is. In one specialty after another, a few prophets have emerged who argue for doing things in a fundamentally new way. And surprisingly, although these visionaries have focused on problems and concerns unique to their own particular areas of engineering, a single underlying theme appears in their messages again and again: Engineers should pay more attention to the larger world in which their devices will function, and they should consciously take that world into account in their designs. Although this may sound like a simple, even a self-evident, bit of advice, it is actually quite a revolutionary one for engineering. Traditionally, engineers have aimed at perfecting their machines as machines. This can be seen in the traditional measures of machines: how fast they are, how much they can produce, the quality of their output, how easy they are to use, how much they cost, how long they last.

Currently, the problem of early rehabilitation of stroke patients is important, since in terms of the prevalence of cerebrovascular diseases and disability after suffering a stroke, Russia is one of the first places in the world. The complex of medical rehabilitation of such patients should provide for the early and most complete restoration of all body functions, patient education for lost skills, re-socialization of the patient and improvement of the quality of life. One of the factors contributing to a significant reduction in the quality of life after a stroke is the development of chronic constipation. The article reflects the modern methods of correction of chronic constipation in patients with limited mobility.

It has been known that both in the world and in Turkey a continuous change has been experienced in the provision of health services in recent years. In this sense by adopting the customer(client) focused approach of either public or private sector hospitals; it has been seen that they are in the struggle for presenting a right, fast, trustuble, comfy service. The purpose of this research is to measure the satisfaction degree, expectations and perceptions of the patients in Karabük State Hospital through comparison. In this context, the patient satisfaction scale which has been developed as a result of literature review has been used and by this scale it has been tried to measure the satisfaction levels of the patients in terms of material and human factors which are the two main factors of the service that was presented. In the study, with the scales of Servqual and 0-100 Points together, in the part of the analysis MANOVA have been used. The expectations and the perceptions of the patient has been compared first by generally and then by separating to different groups according to the various criterias and in thisway it has been tried to be measured their satisfaction levels. According to the results that were obtained, although, the satisfaction levels of the patients who have taken service from Karabük State Hospital are high in terms of thedoctors and the nurses; it has been reached to the result that their satisfaction levels are low in terms of the materials that have been used at the presenting of the service and the management.

The article deals with the world rating of Ukrainian educational sphere according to The Global Competitiveness Report and UNESCO Science Report. It shows comparative indices of Ukraine in contrast to the other countries of these world ratings according to the “Quality of primary education”, “Penetration of primary education”, “Penetration of secondary education”, “Quality of secondary education”, “Quality of education in Sciences”, “Quality of school management”, “School access to the internet” and others. The article also defines strategic directions of reforming Ukrainian education system to improve its position in the world international ratings.

This can be seen from the achievments of students who become rejected measuring education quality in improving the qualitu of education, education supervision has very important role in developing education quality. Supervision can be interpreted as a coaching activity that has been planned to assist teachers and staff and other school staff in carrying out work effectively so that it gets good results. Supervision is a process that is applied to a job that has been carried out and even evaluates and corrects the work I to match what was determined from the start.
