Scholl is one of the aspects affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, therefore the importance of the strategy of educational institution leaders in maintaining the quality of their education so that they can always maintain their existance to the wider community, therefore this study has the aim to knowing the strategies applied by the head master of SMA Ar-Rahmah in maintaining the wuality of education during the Covid-19 pandemic. The methode used in this research is kualitative descriptive explanatory, information retrieval using structured interview with the principal as a resource. The information analysis that is tried in problem research is reduction, presentation, and the drawing of conclusions. The result found in this study are as follow: 1) the headmaster maintains the quality of this education by improving teacher professionalism by providing coaching and training such as saqofiyah coaching which aims to maintain the faith of teachers to carry out learning well, 2) during this pandemic the headmaster pas attention to the immunity of school residents by giving eclia test, using strict health protocols, both when the teacher enters the school environment and in the learning process, 3) the headmaster keeps the teaching and learning process going well by maintaining the health of students by providing additional foot to increase the immunity of participants students, besides providing additional activities to reduce the boredom of students in the teaching and learning process.

Educational institutions in which there is an educational process, have a function not only in the aspect of developing science, but also have a mission to improve the quality of personality through good character. In this position, the teacher has a role in instilling inclusive values (tasamuh) in the learning process that can be applied in everyday life as well as the process in developing the potential of their students. Each educational institution or each teacher will have different tasamuh values in each habituation or teaching. Get used to communicating with others using the language of unity, namely Indonesian, helping each other, not blaming others, especially fellow Muslims, especially other religions, and respecting different principles and respecting others. This study focuses on the views of Islamic Education teachers about the concept of tasamuh and the actualization of the tasamuh attitude of Islamic Education teachers in the learning process at SMK NU Lamongan, MTs Putra Putri Lamongan, SD NU Banat-Banin Lamongan. This study uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. This study shows that teachers play a role in developing tolerant attitudes to students in the school environment, social groups and even the community, through habituation and learning Islamic Education. The teacher's perspective on inclusive attitudes also plays a role in shaping the personality of students to be more open and respect all differences.

Teacher professionalism is an important component that can determine success in the teaching and learning process in the classroom. In an effort to improve teacher professional competence there are several programs that can be done, one of them is by empowering Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) for PAI teachers. MGMP is an opportunity for teachers to be able to develop themselves and innovate in developing the quality of learning in the classroom. This research is a literature review that aims to understand MGMP management as an effort to improve the professional competence of PAI teachers. The results of this study are MGMP requires planning, organizing, mobilizing and monitoring so that the objectives of the MGMP programs can contribute positively to the development of professional competencies for PAI teachers.

ABSTRACTThe teacher is a professional in the field of teaching and education, referring to the National Education Law No. 20of 2003 concerning the National Education System Article 1 Item 14. Effective action as a professional in the teaching fieldmust have knowledge and expertise, commitment and motivation as learning objectives. Knowledge and expertise in ateacher has an impact on personality in carrying out professionalism in addition to following technological developmentsappropriately in responding to current developments and from time to time. Internet technology in this case has helped alot in improving the quality of developing a teacher to adjust to the development of the technology. From the explanationit is necessary to examine the personality and professionalism of teachers in the teaching and learning process of studentsby focusing MTSN 02 Bogor research. The formation of a learning environment that ASRI (Safe, Healthy, Clean andBeautiful) can create an atmosphere of active student learning about self-potential, personality, intelligence, characterand skills for the progress of the nation and state. Besides that there are KKG (Teacher Working Groups) in the form ofFDG (Teacher Discussion Forum) in an effort to share knowledge with other school teachers, Promissory (SemesterProgram), Prota (Annual Program) and PTK (Class Level Research) conducted internally in each school. The need for qualityof teaching, intensity in learning both a teacher and in order to improve professionalism is very important for that theformulation given is in the form of research on teacher professionalism, teacher personality and student teaching andlearning process based on the results achieved in graduates and students who will take the final exam of learning at MTSN02 Bogor. Sources of data are taken through regular questions to the principal, vice principal in the field of curriculum,teachers who teach at the school. The procedure taken in data collection is by interview, observation and documentation.The data generated in the form of interviews, data on student achievement in the competition, the results of graduatesfrom 2013 to 2018 and the results of the graduates were accepted at the school desired by students as a form of secondaryschool that can accommodate them. This program aims to give English training to Educator at SMP Angkasa, Tuban-Kuta, Bali. In general, the priority problems faced by educators in SMP Angkasa are the low quality of spoken and written English communication in understanding English vocabulary which is often used in the learning process. This is due to a lack of mastery of English vocabulary, lack of understanding of English theory, and lack of motivation to improve their English language skills. Besides that, most of the educators at SMP Angkasa are educators from various disciplines, so mastering English for them is not a priority.  The training is focused on providing material on how to communicate well in transferring learning materials to students by communicating in English. Enrich the vocabulary that is often used by educators in the implementation of the teaching and learning process. This community service activities uses methods in the form of application of science and technology with an orientation towards providing English language training and training in communication skills through lectures, demonstrations, and questions and answers. From the English training given to educators at SMP Angkasa, it can be seen that the progressive progress of the trainees towards the use of English for oral and written communication. The progress in communication is evidenced by the use of English when delivering material in class. Furthermore, the ability to listen to the simple spoken conversations of the trainees has also increased, which can be seen during the training. Teachers use full English as the language of instruction during training and trainees can carry out the instructions given at that time well. Finally, there is progress in the ability to read and write simple information from the trainees. This is evidenced by the teaching material prepared by the training participants which is compiled in English and then discussed with the students in their respective classes also in the language of instruction is English.
