The industrial revolution 4.0 is a digital-based era that demands the quality of human resources (HR) who have high skills. The Education and Training Center (ETC) is one of the institutions that plays role in increasing the quality level of human resources. This study aims to see the effect simultaneously and partially between the competence of instructors and infrastructure on the quality of ETC graduates in the face of the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population in this study consists of all ETCs in Indragiri Hulu, there are 15 ETCs and all ETCs were sampled. Multiple regression and correlation analysis using SPSS 22.0 was used to determine whether or not there is an influence and relationship between variables. The results of the study concluded (1) the competence of instructors and infrastructure simultaneously had a significant effect on the quality of graduates. (2) Instructor competence partially has a significant effect on the quality of graduates. (3) Facilities partially has a significant effect on the quality of graduates. The variable that has the greatest contribution to the quality of ETC graduates in Indragiri Hulu Regency is the competence of the instructor followed by infrastructure. In this case, of education it will be very difficult for ETC graduates to compete in the world of work. Because this is a factor caused from within the ETC itself.

The content of the article provides information on the importance of studying and republishing education and training in higher education institutions in accordance with the requirements of modern digital time. Abstract This research was based on the teaching and learning process now in the education and training field which most of it still tends to be done conventionally. Learning through E-learning can overcome the constraints of space and time. Widyaiswara (Instructor) and training participants can make the learning process both synchronous (direct), and asynchronous (indirectly) through the virtual world. This study is intended to describe the influence of LMS Schoology in improving the learning outcomes of English Training participants in Religious Education and Training Center (BDK) Surabaya. Formulation of the problem “Is there a significant and positive influence on the use of LMS Schoology on Improving Learning Outcomes of English Teacher Training Participants?” The research method used is pre-experimental one group pretest-postets with regression analysis. Regression analysis is used to find out how much influence the independent variable has on the increase in the dependent variable. The results showed that after teaching and learning process was carried out with the LMS Schoology application media there is a significant and positive influence on the use of LMS Schoology to increase the learning outcomes of English Teacher Training participants and the amount of the influence of the LMS Schoology usage variable on the increase participant learning outcomes is 77.4%. That is, the effect of LMS Schoology on the learning outcomes of training participants is 77.4%.   Keywords: E-learning, LMS Schoology, learning outcomes

This program aims to give English training to Educator at SMP Angkasa, Tuban-Kuta, Bali. In general, the priority problems faced by educators in SMP Angkasa are the low quality of spoken and written English communication in understanding English vocabulary which is often used in the learning process. This is due to a lack of mastery of English vocabulary, lack of understanding of English theory, and lack of motivation to improve their English language skills. Besides that, most of the educators at SMP Angkasa are educators from various disciplines, so mastering English for them is not a priority.  The training is focused on providing material on how to communicate well in transferring learning materials to students by communicating in English. Enrich the vocabulary that is often used by educators in the implementation of the teaching and learning process. This community service activities uses methods in the form of application of science and technology with an orientation towards providing English language training and training in communication skills through lectures, demonstrations, and questions and answers. From the English training given to educators at SMP Angkasa, it can be seen that the progressive progress of the trainees towards the use of English for oral and written communication. The progress in communication is evidenced by the use of English when delivering material in class. Furthermore, the ability to listen to the simple spoken conversations of the trainees has also increased, which can be seen during the training. Teachers use full English as the language of instruction during training and trainees can carry out the instructions given at that time well. Finally, there is progress in the ability to read and write simple information from the trainees. This is evidenced by the teaching material prepared by the training participants which is compiled in English and then discussed with the students in their respective classes also in the language of instruction is English.

Scholl is one of the aspects affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, therefore the importance of the strategy of educational institution leaders in maintaining the quality of their education so that they can always maintain their existance to the wider community, therefore this study has the aim to knowing the strategies applied by the head master of SMA Ar-Rahmah in maintaining the wuality of education during the Covid-19 pandemic. The methode used in this research is kualitative descriptive explanatory, information retrieval using structured interview with the principal as a resource. The information analysis that is tried in problem research is reduction, presentation, and the drawing of conclusions. The result found in this study are as follow: 1) the headmaster maintains the quality of this education by improving teacher professionalism by providing coaching and training such as saqofiyah coaching which aims to maintain the faith of teachers to carry out learning well, 2) during this pandemic the headmaster pas attention to the immunity of school residents by giving eclia test, using strict health protocols, both when the teacher enters the school environment and in the learning process, 3) the headmaster keeps the teaching and learning process going well by maintaining the health of students by providing additional foot to increase the immunity of participants students, besides providing additional activities to reduce the boredom of students in the teaching and learning process.

Quality is at the heart of any education and training system. It influences what trainees learn, how well they learn and what benefits they draw from their education and training. Whether a particular education and training system is of high or low quality can be judged in terms of input, output and process. Until recently, however, much discussion of educational quality has been centered on only system inputs in terms of the provision of teachers, educators, teaching materials and other facilities, and on output in terms of trainees’ achievement.  Little or no attention is given to the teaching-learning process, the dimension which involves what really happens in the classroom. This study thus aims at finding out the extent to which innovative approach to teaching and learning are employed in the Ethiopian primary teacher training classrooms, to identify the factors that affect its implementation, and to recommend better ways and means for further improvement. In conclusion, the study found that traditional lecture methods, in which teachers talk and students listen, dominate most classrooms. The common obstacles to the employment of innovative methods of teaching as found out by this study are: the Ethiopian tradition of teaching, lack of institutional support, and learning resources, teachers’ lack of expertise, inappropriate curricular materials and student teachers’ lack of prior experience to actively participate in the teaching and learning process.

The study aims to analyze about the low graduation and certification exam training participants of the procurement of goods / services of the government and its contributing factors, and formulate a strategy of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services of the government. Collecting data using the method of study documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. Is the official source of information on the structural and functional Regional Employment Board, as well as the participants of the training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services of the government in Magelang regency government environment. Analysis using 4 quadrant SWOT analysis, to determine the issue or strategic factors in improving the quality of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of government goods / services within the Government of Magelang regency. The results show organizer position is in quadrant I, which is supporting the growth strategy, with 3 alternative formulation strategies that improve the quality of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of government goods / services, and conducts certification examination of the procurement of government goods / services with computer assisted test system (CAT). Based on the research recommendations formulated advice to the organizing committee, namely: of prospective participants of the training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services the government should consider the motivation of civil servants, is examinees who have attended training in the same period of the year, the need for simulation procurement of goods / services significantly, an additional allocation of training time, giving sanction to civil servants who have not passed the exam, the provision of adequate classroom space with the number of participants of each class are proportional, as well as explore the evaluation of education and training and skills certification exams procurement of goods / services for Government of participants.

<p>This research was conducted for the purpose of getting a clear and complete <br />picture conserning the quality of teaching and learning process through eveloping and implementing jigsaw type cooparative learning model for subject of Thermodynamics. The quality of teaching and learning process can be viewed by positive response of university students towards thermodynamics subject using the implemented jigsaw type cooparative learning model. The subject of this research were students of high school class X, semester II in the academic year of 2011/2012, which were listed as learning tools needed for thermodynamics of jigsaw type cooparative learning model. The learning tool which were being developed consist of teaching materials, learning plan, and student worksheet. The research prosedure consisted of developing the tools of teaching and learning process, and the followed by realization of learning in class using the jigsaw type cooparative learning approach. The research instruments were to be observation sheet and student response questionaire towards the learning process. The reseach data were analyzed using percentage statistic. Based on the refection result towards the action which was planned beforehand and also the researh result discussion, it was found that the learning process of hermodynamics which was done by implementing the jigsaw type cooparative learning model can increase student activity in his study. Implementing the jigsaw type cooperative learning can increase the learning result of students. Most of the students who partisipated in the thermodynamics class agree and give a positive apreciation towards the implementation of cooperative learning model. They believe that with the learning group can help them overcoming the learning deterrent. </p><p> </p>
