This article shows the application of fengshui in Keraton Kasepuhan. The application of fengshui also shows the acculturation of Chinese culture in Kertaon Kasepuhan.  This study uses a qualitative research method which data collection uses literature study, interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that Keraton Kasepuhan applied fengshui at the location of the palace, namely its position facing the sea with its back to the mountain. The shape of the building has the advantageous shape of a rectangle. The fengshui elements used in Keraton Kasepuhan  building are in the form of color, room lighting, the symbol of plants and animals, and fengshui decorative symbols. The application of fengshui at Keraton Kasepuhan is carried out in order to get the benefits of balance or harmony.

This paper discussed the acculturation of Chinese and Sundanese culture in a ceremony at the Shia Djin Kong temple, Jonggol. On the right side of the temple there is a special room for the cult  of Jonggol's ancestors, namely Embah Jago, Embah Sabin, Embah Surkat, Embah Jagakarsa, and Embah Nagawulung. In that room there are also many heirloom objects, such as keris, spears, lafadz Allah, and swords. Acculturation between Sundanese culture and Chinese culture can be seen at the birthday ceremony of the god Shia Djin Kong, which is the similarity between local culture and Chinese culture, in ancestor worship. The research method used in this writing is a qualitative research method, data collection techniques in this writing are participant observation, observation, and interviews to the temple officer, and people who come to pray both during the god's birthday ceremony and on ordinary days.

Meoli spell present as one performance package within custom ritual called meoli ritual. Meoli ritual is a politeness expression of the perpetrators in expressing the purpose of request permission or apology to the sangia as the ruler of nature when opening the land to grow crops. This study examines the value of politeness in the meoli spell with the ethnopoetic approach. The issues raised are how has the politeness value existed in the meoli spell. By applying qualitative research method, data collection is done by observation, interview, and literature study. From the analysis, it is known that the value of politeness in the meoli mantra embodies the priority scale in which the preferred is the custom observer, followed by an apology by mentioning the whole of the target, newly expressed by the expression of intent and hope as the core message of the meoli spell. The beautiful way of disclosure also supports the value of politeness in the meoli spell

It was known that there were lack of order mandatory submission in Local Library of South Sumatra. Implementation of handover and savings of print and record work policy was one of the steps of South Sumatera Provincial Government to preserve the work of the region. This implementation was very influential in determining the quality of local policies or regulations. The purpose of this study was to find out how many local works produced by South Sumatera Province. This research used qualitative research method with descriptive form. Data collected via interview to key informants, observation and literature study using Ripley and Franklin's theories of compliance, the smoothness of the function routines and the realization of the desired performance and its impact. The first dimension of compliance level had indicated the implementation of the handover and the saving of the work in the Library Board of South Sumatera Province, the second dimension of the smoothness of the function routine was the implementation of socialization and the data collection of published works, and the last dimension is the increasing of knowledge and the amount of work received at Delivery of Print Works and Record Works at the Library Board of South Sumatra Province. Indicators of this study can be concluded that the three dimensions used are quite ideal.

ABSTRACT This study is a study of the existence of Poh Kipah dance in Lhokseumawe community. In this discussion using the theories relating to the topic of research is the theory of existence.The method used in this research is qualitative research method. The population in this study as well as a research sample of artists and dancers. Data collection techniques include literature study, interview, observation, and documentation.Based on the research that has been done, the existence of Poh Kipah dance which is seen from three time span, first from 1959-1979, Poh Kipah dance at this time become the beginning of the show performed as entertainment on the implementation to commemorate the Prophet's Maulid and the Circumcision. Where in the past this dance only has some movements such as hitting the fan into the palm of the hand, tapping the fan handle to the floor palm. Music accompaniment using internal music in the form of poetry in chant by syeh and in addition to the fan tap. The pattern of the floor from the beginning of entry has been sitting on the stage, with male dancers who numbered eight or the whole peoples, the clothing was only wearing bay clothing and wearing a cap, where in the dance held in the field and on the yard of the mosque, the purpose of dance Inn as an entertainment event at the Prophet's Maulid event. Second from 1979-1999, Poh Kipah dance in this period nothing changed from its existence in because at this time there is no data or documents that are clear for this dance performance. Third 1999-present, in this period the existence of this dance has undergone several changes that can be seen from the addition of varied motion, the music has been changed with the addition of musical instruments serune kale and rapai, in the composition of the accompaniment, from the side of the dancer has included a female dancer In the composition of the dance, this event is still still encountered in the entertainment event Prophet's Maulid and Circumcision but now we have found also in festivals, and Culture Week of Aceh. Keywords: Existence, Poh Kipah Dance In Lhokseumawe Society.

Timorese culture is patriarchal in that men are more dominant than women. As if women were not considered in traditional rituals so that an understanding was built that valued women lower than men. However, in contrast to the article to be studied, this would like to see the priority of women’s roles in traditional marriages in Belle village, South Central Timor. The role of women wiil be seen from giving awards to their parents called puah mnasi manu mnasi. This paper aims to look at the meaning of the rituals of puah mnasi maun mnasi and the role and strengths that women have in traditional marriage rituals in the village of Belle, South Central Timor. The method used for this research is a qualitative research method using interview techniques with a number of people in the Belle Villa community and literature study to strengthen this writing. Based on the data obtained this paper shows that the adat rituals of puah mnasi manu mnasi provide a value that can be learned, namely respect for women, togetherness between the two families, and brotherhood that is intertwined due to customary marital affrairs.

This Final Report is entitled "The Policy Implementation of the BANTAR (Clean, Safe, and Smart) Village  Program in Realizing Environmental Development in the Paal Merah District of Jambi City Jambi Province". The purpose of this observation is to find out how is the policy implementation of BANTAR Village and to find out the outcome of the policy program. The method used in this study is the Qualitative Research method. This research uses data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. From the results of the discussion showed that the policy implementation of the BANTAR Village program in Paal Merah District has not been running optimally. This is proven by the fact that not all RTs in Paal Merah sub-district participate in the BANTAR Village program. The obstacle experienced is the lack of funds which causes the program has not run optimally then the second obstacles is many agencies involved causes this program to be hampered, so far the team is only an assessment team, not as development team, so there is no sustanibility of this program because the development team has not carried out their duties optimally. To overcome these problems, the authors suggest the need to make a budget for RTs that follow the program, there needs for socialization related to the program, conduct training for accompanying scholars, the need for CSR from companies in the BANTAR village area and reduce the agencies involved in the program. This study describes the Javanese language used by the presenters when bringing a wedding ceremony in the Sidoarjo area. Organizers have many variations of the language used at weddings with Javanese customs. The research method uses a qualitative research method approach where this research is in the Tambak Kemerakan village area, Krian sub-district, Sidoarjo district. The time of the research was carried out from May to July 2021. The data collection techniques in the study were in the form of documents, interviews and observations. The research instrument used a mobile phone and a list of questions to the presenters. The results of the study show that the use of language includes language variations, language variations based on lecturing functions, language variations in terms of formality using official language. Code switching in this study is an analysis of the language used when hosting weddings. And the occurrence of language code mixing in the form of Javanese krama alus switching to Indonesian and language interference in its morphological and phonological use.

The purpose of this research is to find out how the Responsibility of Village Fund Allocation in Tambat, Tanah Miring District, Merauke Regency. Theoretical Benefits, as reference material for research in the field of future accountability. In discussing and reviewing the issue of implementation, the accountability of village fund allocation in Tambat Tanah Miring District Merauke Regency the author uses a qualitative research method, namely data collection can be from interviews, observation notes, photo taking, audio and video recording. This type of descriptive research is a research that is sought to observe problems systematically accurate funds regarding the facts and characteristics of certain objects, with the number of informants as many as 13 people.The results of this study indicate that the accountability of village fund allocation in the implementation of village funds in Tambat, Tanah Miring District, Merauke Regency, runs well but there are still a number of problems that occur, planning, realization of the program and not in accordance with the details and calculations in the RAB. Kampung, Implementation of Village Fund Allocation conducted by Kampung Tambat Officials has not gone well and has not been carried out in accordance with the procedure because the village head of Tambat was considered not transparent regarding Village Fund Allocation to the people of Tambat Village, Reporting indicators, Village Fund Allocation has not been implemented properly due to reports what has been made is not maximal with what is done in Tambat and indicators, the accountability of the village head regarding the Village Fund Allocation also does not work with planning, implementation and reporting, this is evidenced by the making of the first report and the answer to ADD ADK, PROSPECTS made by other parties not by village officials have not been implemented with the reality that happened at Tambat.

The problem in this study is about the perception of pinokalan village community regarding the assistance of Kota Tanpa Kumuh Program (KOTAKU) where they are concerned about the inability of the opportunity to receive this assistance and the purpose of this research is to know and describe the perception of pinokalan village community in the implementation of KOTAKU program. In this study using qualitative research method with observation and interview data collection techniques. And the results of this study show that the perception of the people of Pinokalan Village that we do not receive assistance kotaku program from the government when our environment is organized and not worth our stay because of the densely populated conditions and only a few residents of our village who get assistance in the form of home improvement, roads and drainage but it is an assistance from PNPM not from KOTAKU and the government only chooses milih residents for i kut in socialization therefore we as other pinokalan community do not know and only know from others that socialization has been implemented about KOTAKU in Pinokalan Village. In the PROGRAM KOTAKU Pinokalan village is used as a companion village when compared to other villages that get assistance from KOTAKU Pinokalan Village can be said to be more eligible to get assistance from this KOTAKU program

The purpose of this study was to determine the environment and culture of Pekalongan City through the jlamprang batik motif as one of the icons of Pekalongan batik motif. The problem of this research is related to the causes of the emergence of jlamprang batik motifs in Pekalongan as well as the environment and culture that shape this culture. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method, beginning with a literature study, followed by in-depth interviews with craftsmen, batik makers, and observers of Pekalongan batik, as well as direct observations at the production site. The results showed that Pekalongan is a port city that allows multicultural trade to occur as well as a city that has a batik creative industry. The cultural environment of Pekalongan was shaped by Arab Muslim traders, among others, indicated by the jlamprang motif as a flower-shaped and brightly colored batik motif.
