Cyber Security refers to the processes of protecting data and systems from cyber-attacks. Any firm without security policies and systematic security systems is at large risk and the important data related to that firm are not safe without security policies like. Payment Card Industry and Data Security Standard framework used to protect payment security credit card, debit card, etc. In maintaining access, the hacker inside the target system is used to exploit vulnerabilities and password cracking. In today’s era, day by day cybercrimes rise so it raised the requirement of system Security or even the entire network. As more business exercises are being mechanized and an expanding number of PCs are being utilized to store important data, the requirement for secure PC frameworks turns out to be more evident. As a result, network safety issues have become public safety issues.

Due to its nature, cyber security is one of the fields that can benefit most from the techniques of artificial intelligence (AI). Under normal circumstances, it is difficult to write software to defend against cyber-attacks that are constantly developing and strengthening in network systems. By applying artificial intelligence techniques, software that can detect attacks and take precautions can be developed. In cases where traditional security systems are inadequate and slow, security applications developed with artificial intelligence techniques can provide better security against many complex cyber threats. Apart from being a good solution for cyber security problems, it also brings usage problems, legal risks, and concerns. This study focuses on how AI can help solve cyber security issues while discussing artificial intelligence threats and risks. This study also aims to present several AI-based techniques and to explain what these techniques can provide to solve problems in the field of cyber security.

The technological advancements in image storage, data processing, and signal analysis of Big Data include (a) the fastly degrade the cost of storage and CPU power in recent arena; the flexibility and cost-effectiveness of data operating platforms and cloud computing systems for flexible computation and storage; and (c) the development of new frameworks , which allow users to take advantage of these divided computing systems storing large amount of data which is almost flexible parallel processing. The proposed survey work focused on discussing the various impacted cyber-attack critics available in industry and the trending algorithms available for cyber security etc. Big data in IoT clouds handling and software platforms which allow the malware enter into the working systems are analyzed, reliable methods to avoid the miscellaneous malwares are clearly depicted here.

Due to the large volume of data they manage, Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) are perfect targets for cyber attackers. University networks are open in design, decentralized and multi-user, making them vulnerable to cyber-attacks. The purpose of this research paper was to identify which is the recommended cyber security strategy and how comprehensive are these studies, within HEIs. The method proposed by Kitchenham was used, focused on the information community. Thus, the following results can be communicated: researchers recommend their own security strategies, because the standards analysed in the papers are not oriented on HEIs, and require important adjustments to be implemented. Most scientific papers do not describe risk management process. The implementation phases are also insufficiently analysed. The functions that the strategy addressed by HEIs should fulfill include identification, protection and detection. The validation methods used in the preimplementation and post-implementation phases are case studies and surveys. Most researchers recommend as final cyber security strategy IT Governance and security policies. The field of research has proved to be very interesting, the researches could contribute to the creation of a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy, focused on the specifics of HEIs, efficient, easy to implement and cost-effective.

The main objective of cyber security is to prevent various types of attacks on individual user system or organizations system or network by implementing some preventive measures such as by enforcing security policies, providing security awareness among the peoples by organizing frequent trainings or workshop to avoid social engineering attacks. Also implementing some tools such as intrusion detection system, firewall, antiviruses in individual system on organizations network and avoid from data corruption or alteration attacks by attackers via internet or some other means.

Abstract: In this paper we attempt to explain and establish certain frameworks that can be assessed for implementing security systems against cyber-threats and cyber-criminals. We give a brief overview of electronic signature generation procedures which include its validation and efficiency for promoting cyber security for confidential documents and information stored in the cloud. We strictly avoid the mathematical modelling of the electronic signature generation process as it is beyond the scope of this paper, instead we take a theoretical approach to explain the procedures. We also model the threats posed by a malicious hacker seeking to induce disturbances in the functioning of a power transmission grid via the means of cyber-physical networks and systems. We use the strategy of a load redistribution attack, while clearly acknowledging that the hacker would form its decision policy on inadequate information. Our research indicate that inaccurate admittance values often cause moderately invasive cyber-attacks that still compromise the grid security, while inadequate capacity values result in comparatively less efficient attacks. In the end we propose a security framework for the security systems utilised by companies and corporations at global scale to conduct cyber-security related operations. Keywords: Electronic signature, Key pair, sequence modelling, hacker, power transmission grid, Threat response, framework.

AbstractMultiple governmental agencies and private organisations have made commitments for the colonisation of Mars. Such colonisation requires complex systems and infrastructure that could be very costly to repair or replace in cases of cyber-attacks. This paper surveys deep learning algorithms, IoT cyber security and risk models, and established mathematical formulas to identify the best approach for developing a dynamic and self-adapting system for predictive cyber risk analytics supported with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and real-time intelligence in edge computing. The paper presents a new mathematical approach for integrating concepts for cognition engine design, edge computing and Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to automate anomaly detection. This engine instigates a step change by applying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning embedded at the edge of IoT networks, to deliver safe and functional real-time intelligence for predictive cyber risk analytics. This will enhance capacities for risk analytics and assists in the creation of a comprehensive and systematic understanding of the opportunities and threats that arise when edge computing nodes are deployed, and when Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies are migrated to the periphery of the internet and into local IoT networks.

As cyber-attacks and their subsequent responses have become more frequent and complex over the past decade, research into the performance and effectiveness of cybersecurity teams has gained an immense amount of traction. However, investigation of teamwork in this domain is lacking due to the exclusion of known team competencies and a lack of reliance on team science. This paper serves to provide insight into the benefit that can be gained from utilizing the extant teamwork literature to improve teams’ research and applications in the domain of cyber-security.

Our economy, infrastructure and societies rely to a large extent on information technology and computer networks solutions. Increasing dependency on information technologies has also multiplied the potential hazards of cyber-attacks. The prime goal of this study is to critically examine how the sufficient knowledge of cyber security threats plays a vital role in detection of any intrusion in simple networks and preventing the attacks. The study has evaluated various literatures and peer reviewed articles to examine the findings obtained by consolidating the outcomes of different studies and present the final findings into a simplified solution.

The field of cyber security is evolving at an alert pace and requires constantly updated strategies, and from the IT specialists, extensive knowledge and experience. In addition to the technical knowledge regarding cyber security, IT specialists of the Romanian Police need to understand very well the nature of the activity carried out. It should be made aware that there is no valid general success recipe and that the development of security policies should start from analyzing the particularities of human resources. Once their activity is understood, a dedicated security strategy can be outlined, ensuring a high degree of security for the organization and the information held by it.
