This research aims to find out: 1) Futsal playing skills of futsal extracurricular participants; 2) Basic techniques of playing futsal extracurricular participants. The sample in this study was an extracurricular futsal participant at Muhammadiyah Vocational School of Sadang which numbered 20 participants. This research design is a quantitative descriptive study with one variable without making comparisons and connecting with other variables. This study uses the FIK Jogja Futsal Skills Test instrument. The data analysis technique used is percentage, aims to collect data, present data and determine value, in addition to conclusions that can be made with reference to the standard of basic futsal skill level that has been determined. The results of the study can be concluded that the level of futsal playing skills of futsal athletes is sufficient with the consideration of the most frequency in the category enough with an average number of 76.61 at intervals 70-82, namely middle value. The results of this study have implications: 1. The emergence of coach awareness in improving the quality of exercises carried out, especially exercises related to the ability to play futsal. 2. Encouraged coach to improve basic technical skills of playing futsal such as passing, dribble and shooting in students, as well as as an effort to achieve maximum results. This research can contribute information about the skill level of futsal athletes, so that it can be used as a consideration in compiling a training program or further research aimed at improving the futsal skills of futsal athletes.Keywords: Basic Skills, Futsal, Extracurricular, Student High School

This study aims to determine the application of the principles of good governance, the quality of public services, and the effect of applying the principles of good governance on the quality of public services at the Makassar City Land Office. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using incidental sampling techniques. The data was collected by using a questionnaire, conducting interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics (product moment correlation test) using the SPSS 18 application. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the application of the principles of good governance and the quality of public services at the Makassar City Land Office belongs to the good category in terms of indicator measuring the variable. The result of the product moment correlation analysis shows that the effect of the application of the principles of good governance governance on the quality of public services is 0.790, which is positive, which means that the level of influence is in the strong category.

This study was aimed to recognize the effect of welding technology, welder expertise and welding equipment maintenance on the quality of the construction of a Fast Patrol Boat (PC) 40. This study was a quantitative descriptive study with 45 respondents as data sources. The data analysis technique in this study was processed with the SPSS version 25 program. The results showed that there were positive and significant effects of welding technology on the conatruction quality of the Fast Patrol Boat (PC) 40, positive and significant effects of welder expertise on the construction quality of Fast Patrol Boat Development. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the level of basic technical skills of lay up and one hand set shot of basketball extracurricular members at SMAN 1 Turen Malang Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using a survey method. The research subjects were 20 participants. The data analysis technique in this study used the percentage formula. The results showed that the extracurricular participants did the lay up and one hand set shot skills test in the "Enough" category with 13 participants (65.00%). Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the basic technique skills of lay up and one hand set shot of extracurricular basketball participants at SMAN 1 Turen Malang Regency are included in the "Enough" category.   Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tentang tingkat keterampilan teknik dasar lay up dan one hand set shot peserta ekstrakurikuler bolabasket di SMAN 1 Turen Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini ialah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan metode survei. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 20 peserta. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta ekstrakurikuler dalam melakukan tes keterampilan lay up dan one hand set shot pada kategori “Cukup” dengan 13 peserta (65,00%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan teknik dasar lay up dan one hand set shot peserta ekstrakurikuler bolabasket SMAN 1 Turen Kabupaten Malang termasuk dalam kategori “Cukup”.

Abstrak Manisan tamarillo merupakan salah satu produk awetan yang diolah dengan penambahan gula sebagai pemberi rasa manis. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui kualitas umur simpan manisan tamarillo ditinjau dari rasa, tekstur, warna dan aroma. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah uji kualitas umur simpan manisan tamarillo dinilai dari segi rasa, tekstur, warna dan aroma. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi dengan instrument lembar uji kualitas umur simpan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Umur simpan tersebut dapat diketahui berdasarkan penurunan mutu kualitas manisan menggunakan metode ESS (Extended Storage Studies) dengan penyimpanan dalam kondisi normal sehari-hari. Hasil penelitian selama penyimpanan 56 hari menunjukkan dari aspek rasa memperoleh persentase 77,77% berada pada kategori baik, aspek tekstur dengan persentase 33,33% berada pada kategori kurang, aspek warna dengan persentase 55,55% berada pada kategori cukup, dan aspek aroma dengan persentase 55,55% berada pada kategori cukup. Umur simpan manisan tamarillo selama 56 hari dengan perubahan mutu yang signifikan yaitu kerusakan tekstur yang keras, warna manisan coklat dan diselimuti warna putih yang dominan dan aroma khas buah tamarillo berkurang dan tidak harum. Kata kunci : Manisan Tamarillo, Kualitas Manisan, Umur Simpan Abstract Candied tamarillo is a durable product that is processed with the addition of sugar as a sweet taste This study aimed at determining the quality of tamarillo candied shelf life in terms of taste, texture, color and flavor. The object of this research was the quality test of the tamarillo candied shelf life was assessed in terms of taste, texture, color and flavor. Method of data collection used in this study was observation method with a shelf life quality test instrument. The data analysis technique used was quantitative descriptive. Shelf life can be determined regarding to the reduced-quality of the sweets quality using the ESS (Extended Storage Studies) method with storage of daily normal conditions. The results of the research during 56 days storage showed that the aspect of taste obtained 77.77% and it was in the good category, the texture aspect with a percentage of 33.33% was in the lack category, the color aspect with a percentage of 55.55% was in the sufficient category, and the flavor aspect with a percentage of 55.55% was in the sufficient category. Shelf life of tamarillo candied for 56 days had significant changes in quality, namely hard texture damage, color turned brown and covered with a dominant white color and the distinctive flavor of tamarillo fruit was reduced and not fragrant. AbstractThis study aims to describe the ability to find educative value in the short story of the Chef of the DamhuriMuhammad work. This study uses quantitative descriptive research. The subject of this study was the whole classX students of SMA 12 Buru teaching 2017-2018. This study uses the ability test instrument to find educativevalue in the short story. The results showed the highest score achieved by students as many as 5 researchsubjects namely a score of 80 out of 100 as the highest score, students who scored 70 as many as 14 students, ascore of 60 obtained by 1 student, and a score of 50 as the lowest score achieved by 2 subject students research.The ability to find educative values in the short story of the Cook by Damhuri Muhammad by students of class Xof Buru 12 High School has been successful even though it is not sufficient. This is based on the results of dataanalysis, namely the research subjects who obtained a score of 65 and above as many as 10 students or 76.923%and research subjects who obtained scores below 65 as many as 3 students or 23.077%. Thus the ability to findeducative values in the short story of the Cook by Damhuri Muhammad by class X students of SMA 12 Buruclassically has not been successful because only 76,923% obtained 65 and above.Keywords: Educative Value, short story, Short Story Cook

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work commitment, supervision, and discipline on the quality of work of employees of PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya, either partially or simultaneously. This research approach is based on a quantitative approach. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The population of this study are all employees of PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya, which based on data obtained in October 2021, totaled 61 employees from all divisions except managers. The sampling technique used a saturated sample so that the sample used was representative of the entire population, namely 61 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis technique. Hypothesis testing by means of Simultaneous partial (t test), (F test), and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the study indicate that there is effect of work commitment on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. There is effect of supervision on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. There is effect of discipline on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. Simultaneously there are effect of work commitment, supervision, and discipline on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. The results of the regression calculation can be seen that the coefficient of determination (R square) obtained is 0.409, this result means that 40.9% of the quality of work of employees can be explained by the work commitment, supervision, and discipline, while the remaining 59.1% is explained by other variables which is not researched. Fard (obligatory) prayer is one of the topics of Ibadah (worship) in the subject of Islamic Education for Form one students in secondary schools. This topic is quintessential to establish the accomplishment of the fard prayers of students either from the theoretical or practical aspects. Therefore, this study was conducted to identify the achievement of students in the fard prayer test in Membakut district, Sabah. This research was a quantitative descriptive study using the Fard Prayer Mastery Test instrument on 100 Form one Muslim student. Data analysis was done according to the grade of Islamic Education subjects in the Form Three Assessment examination (PT3). The conclusions indicated that 0% of students got grade A, 3% of students got grade B, 14% of students got grade C, 18% of students got grade D, 31% of students got grade D and 34% got grade F. The findings of this study confirmed that secondary school Islamic Education teachers in Membakut District must plan learning and facilitation (PdPc) of fard prayers employing various approaches, learning theories, methods, and teaching aids (BBM) effectively to optimise student achievement.

The quality of education services is a "fixed price" in realizing the quality of education by the objectives of the Republic of Indonesia. This study aims to determine the importance of management functions in improving the quality of education in the Public Senior High School (SMAN) 1 Biak. A qualitative research approach carried out at Biak 1 High School located in Biak Numfor Regency, West Papua. Data collection techniques are done through observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. The data analysis technique is done descriptively in compiling information systematically, from existing data so that it is easily understood and interpreted. The results showed that the management functions applied in the Biak Kota 1 High School were: planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling. In the process seen based on the condition of the school in implementing management functions. These results provide good results from every aspect of the implementation of management functions.

This study aims to find out how well the physical conditions possessed by basketball athletes at SMK Negeri 1 Pulau Punjung that are related to endurance, strength, speed, agility and explosive strength of limb muscles. This type of research is a descriptive study. The population in this study were 37 basketball athletes from SMK Negeri 1 Punjung Island. Sampling was done by Purposive Sampling, then the sample amounted to 25 people. After the data is obtained, the data analysis technique in this study uses frequency tabulation. The results of this study indicate: 1) a dominant review of durability possessed by basketball athletes at SMK Negeri 1 Punjung Island is 10.59 - 13.25 classified as good category (60%), 2) review of the dominant strength possessed by basketball athletes at SMK Negeri 1 Punjung Island is 57.50 - 78.00 classified as medium category (64%), 3) review of the dominant speed possessed by basketball athletes at SMK Negeri 1 Pulau Punjung is 4.97 - 5.40 classified as medium category (32%), 4) agility review the dominant possession of basketball athletes at Pulau Punjung State Vocational High School 1 was 14.10-15.74 classified as medium category (14%), 5) review of leg muscles explosive power dominantly owned by basketball athletes in Pulau Punjung State Vocational High School was 31-38 classified as medium (72%). This study aimed to identify the errors of PGSD students on simple algebra assignments on Basic Concept of Elementary Mathematics Subject at STAHN Mpu Kuturan Singaraja. The subjects of this study were Semester II PGSD students of STAHN Mpu Kuturan Singaraja in the academic year 2019/2020 as many as 11 people. Errors in mathematics in this study were divided into factual errors, procedural errors, and conceptual errors. This type of research was a quantitative descriptive study. The data collection method used was a test. The test instrument used was a concept understanding test to be able to find students' errors. A total of 20 items in the test were validated by two experts with the Lawshe’s CVR technique. The results showed that (1) the general error rate of PGSD study program students on Simple Algebra assignment on Basic Concept of Elementary Mathematics Subject was 30.26% in the low error category, (2) there was the highest error of 43% (error category moderate) and lowest 16% (very low error category), 3) factual errors ranged from 10% - 20% (very low category), 4) procedural errors ranged from 7% - 53% (very low category to medium category), and 5) conceptual errors ranged from 35% - 65% (low to high categories).
