Country of origin, brand image, perceived quality was good and the good will of course have been an impact on customer satisfaction, if customers are satisfied with the purchased product will certainly recommend to others products bought and will create a wom positive. This study wants to prove the effect of each variable is the country of origin, brand image, perceived quality, and customer satisfaction as an intervening variable on word of mouth on the user’s mobile phone brand OPPO in Pontianak. Based on previous studies and are associated with supporting the theory put forward by the experts using SPSS as statistical data processing devices. This type of research is assosiative research. In this study, researchers used a technique nonprobability sampling because researchers do not know the total number of members of the population studied. While the sampling technique used in this research is accidental sampling. While the sampled population of 100 people, with data analysis techniques using path analysis (Path Analysis). Based on the data processing using path analysis, it is evident that the country of origin, brand image, and perceived quality effect on customer satisfaction and country of origin, brand image, perceived quality and customer satisfaction is also positive and significant effect on word of mouth with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable.

The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of product quality and brand image on IndiHome customer satisfaction in Denpasar City, and to explain the effect of product quality, brand image and customer satisfaction on IndiHome customers' word of mouth communication in Denpasar City. The population in this study were all IndiHome customers in Denpasar City. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The results showed that product quality and brand image had a positive and significant effect on IndiHome customer satisfaction in Denpasar City, and product quality, brand image and customer satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on IndiHome customers' word of mouth communication in Denpasar City.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of brand image  on word of mouth behaviour through keeping customer satisfaction with H&M product consumers. The number of samples taken was 160 in H&M product consumers who had the criteria to have purchased H&M products, domiciled in Denpasar City, and were last educated in high school. Data was collected through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is the sobel test using path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that brand image variables had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction on H&M product consumers, the brand image variable had a positive and significant effect on word of mouth behaviour on H&M product consumers, customer satisfaction variables had a positive and significant effect on word of mouth behaviour  to H&M product consumers and the brand image variables had a positive and significant effect on word of mouth behaviour through keeping customer satisfaction with H&M product consumers in Denpasar City. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived quality and brand image on brand loyalty and brand equity. This research is in the form of associative and carried out on consumers of Samsung Galaxy mobile phones. The sample in this study amounted to 112 people taken using purposive sampling sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations that are considered to represent the population. Data analysis techniques are carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS 16.00 program. The results of this study indicate that all hypotheses are accepted. Perceived quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on brand equity. This means that good perceived quality and brand image will form a good brand equity for the company. Perceived quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty. When the perceived quality of consumers towards good brands and the resulting brand image is good, consumers will develop brand loyalty. Then brand loyalty has a positive and significant effect on brand equity. With the brand loyalty of consumers it will add to the positive value that the brand has and will add to the brand equity of the brand and company.

This research was conducted with the aim of measuring and testing the effect of brand image on brand loyalty with brand trust as a mediator. One hundred badminton players using Shuttlecock Pastra were used as samples, the method used was purposive sampling. The study was conducted in Denpasar City and distributed questionnaires to prospective respondents as many as 100 people selected through a purposive sampling technique. Path analysis techniques and sobel tests are used to analyze data. After investigating, it was found that brand image variables had a positive and significant effect on brand trust variables, brand image variables had a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty variables, brand trust variables had a positive effect that was also significant for brand loyalty variables and brand trust variables were able to mediate the influence of brand image on brand loyalty shuttlecock Pastra. This study aims to analyze the effect of Brand Equity on increasing repurchase interest and Word of Mouth (WOM). The population and sample in this study were consumers who had already bought Tanjungpinang’s barking batik, both those in the city of Tanjungpinang, as well as consumers outside Tanjungpinang, especially those who had bought batik barking.Determination of the sample in this study using the method of Accidental Sampling is a sampling technique based on chance meeting with a number of criteria that are tailored to the purpose of the study so that selected 60 respondents who have met the criteria and are involved in this study by filling out the questionnaire that has been distributed. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Path Analysis method. The results of this study indicate that Brand Equity (Brand Awareness and Brand Image) has proven to have an effect on repurchase interest and Word of Mouth and these results prove that Brand Equity (Brand Awareness and Brand Image) have a role in bridging the influence that occurs on the variable repurchase interest and Word of Mouth. The results of this study can be a reference for the Tanjungpinang area to make Tanjungpinang as a citybranding of batik barking

To maintain market share, companies must be able to guarantee customer satisfaction so that customers become loyal. Companies need a brand image strategy or brand image so that it becomes the top of mind in the minds of consumers or customers. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. The study was conducted at Warung Griya Bebek and Ayam Goreng Nelongso Malang. Accidental sampling technique with a total sample of 104 respondents, using a questionnaire as a research instrument. Data analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The analysis shows that brand image has a significant direct effect on customer satisfaction. Other results show that brand image also has a significant indirect effect on customer loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction

This study was conducted to determine the effect of country of origin, brand image, and perceived quality of purchase interest in Yamaha V-Ixion motorbikes in Yogyakarta City, samples taken were 100 respondents using non-probability sampling methods with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is no significant influence between the country of origin variables on buying interest; (2) There is a significant influence between brand image variables on buying interest; (3) There is a significant influence between perceived quality variables on buying interest; and (4) country of origin, brand image, and perceived quality simultaneously influence buying interest.

This study analyzes the effect of country of origin and brand image on purchnase intension through perceived quality as an intervening variable. The research setting was on Skin cares and Beauty clinic Industry. This research used incidental sampling as a sampling technique. This study involved 300 respondents which acces the online questionnaires through google form. The data obtained were processed used descriptive analysis and SEM analysis with SmartPLS.  The results indicate that the country of origin positively effect on perceived quality. Meanwhile, the country of origin variable did not affect on purchase intension. The brand image variable has a positively impact on the perceived quality variable. Brand image has a positive effect on intension to buy. The perceived quality positively effects on intension to buy. Ccountry of origin indirectly effect on intension to buy through perceived quality. Brand image has an indirect effect on intension to buy through perceived quality as an intervening variable

Abstract The purpose of this study is to study the indirect effect electronically by word of mouth on purchase intentions through brand image. This type of research is a type of quantitative research with descriptive and explanatory research types. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Malang. Samples obtained in this study were 375 respondents. The sampling technique in this study uses proportional random sampling. While the data analysis technique used is Path Analysis. Path analysis test results show that: There is an indirect and positive and significant effect of electronic word of mouth on purchase intention through brand image partially. Abstrak Tujuan dalam penelitian ini pada dasarnya untuk mengetahui Pengaruh tidak langsung electronic word of mouth terhadap purchase intention melalui brand image.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan eksplanatori. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Malang. Sampel yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 375 responden. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan proporsional random sampling. Sementara teknik analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil uji analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa: Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung secara positif dan signifikan electronic word of mouth terhadap purchase intention melalui brand image secara parsial.
