An investigation of eight university-based Learning and Teaching Centers (LTCs) at Australian top-tier universities could provide benefits for the development of China’s Double First-rate universities. This paper contributes to our understanding of integrated centripetal forces in four ways. Firstly, we describe integrated organizational centripetal force. Then, we examine integrated staff centripetal force, which imply that LTCs regard teacher education as dynamic, sustainable processes providing enriched teaching and professional developmental resources. Next, LTCs facilitate the integrated discipline centripetal force that reveals the required technical guidance and identification of academic leaders. Finally, we realize the integrated centripetal force of the quality of education resulting from the development of high-quality learning environments for student engagement and scientific evaluation, and feedback from lecturers’ teaching. Therefore, the experience from LTCs can promote the organization and construction of Double First-rate universities, letting teachers respond to students’ changing in suitable ways, benefiting academic’s centripetal force of self-improvement, producing the centripetal force that benefits both the teacher and the discipline. Eventually, LTCs could fundamentally integrate all stakeholders’ centripetal forces in promoting first-class disciplines and first-class universities in China’s higher education.

The aim of this article is, firstly, an analysis of numerous deficiencies and the consequences of the educational process generated congestion programs, books, calendar and lesson plans, as well as the immense amount of homework; Secondly, modeling of normalized learning process, which is entirely possible to achieve high quality education based on successful implementation of the principle of availability of learning and teaching of all other principles. In this regard, the most obvious abnormal congestion is stated for the seniors immense amount of homework that is incompatible with the principle of accessibility of education and school hygiene requirements. It is noted also that studies of many local authors found negative effects of abnormally overloaded amount of homework. However, numerous studies have concluded less obvious, but the most dangerous  overloading  of  school  curricula  and  textbooks.  Appeal  to  the  measurement  of  educational  overloads  done  by V. P. Bespalko shows that students are forced to use mathematics textbooks, whose congestion contains between 5-fold to 20- fold. Effectiveness in study for many students with these textbooks V. P. Bespalko describes the term "zero success." It is ascertained spread of zero (ie, disastrous) the level of success of the quality of education in mathematics, physics and chemistry. It is shown that abnormal overload programs and textbooks causes long chain of  other anomalous phenomena in the educational process such as the loss of the opportunity to implement the principle of availability, training and all other didactic principles; distribution of zero-level retention on the quality of education in mathematics, physics and chemistry; the loss of students’ desire to learn, that paralyzes the assimilation education content; mechanical memorization of educational material; the forced nature of the training activity of the students and the teacher's position occasioned by the authoritarian it; school boredom,  indiscipline,  but  teaching  students,  which  in  turn  becomes  the  cause  of  the  juvenile;  application  of  teachers antipedagogical means of maintaining discipline; catastrophically high incidence of students. This circuit anomalies learning process does not end there. Its sequel is the subjects of individual research. The standardization of the educational process is considered as the maximum possible elimination of educational and all other overloads generated by their anomalies. It is shown that strong guidance for implementing learning is normalized in the pedagogical heritage of J. A. Comenius, A. Distervega, practical experience in solving the problem of eliminating congestion educational (Frohlich school, modern educational reforms in Singapore). In this regard, it also emphasizes the relevance of the concept of structuralism, sponsored by the famous Polish dydakt K. Sosnitskii.

Within the context of the global learning crisis and calls to focus on the quality of education, one international organisation took a systematic and holistic approach to improve learning, wellbeing, and development in schools. Known as the Quality Learning Environment (QLE) Framework, it conceptualised the quality of the learning environment in schools with four guiding principles: emotional and psychological protection of learners, physical wellbeing of children, active learning processes, and close collaboration between school and parents/community. From 2013 – 2017, the framework was piloted in three countries of Cambodia, Uganda, and Zimbabwe to improve learning environments and outcomes while documenting the process, methods, and results of the QLE pilot in their country. The interventions in the three countries were closely tracked by a longitudinal research study. This paper explores the ambition of global and national research firms to carry out rigorous cross-country research alongside contextualized and evolving school interventions.

This short paper introduces ‘Studies in Learning and Teaching’ (SiLeT) as a new journal. As an international peer-reviewed journal, SiLeT aware of the quality of the content. The rational, the purpose, and the scope are illustrated as the opening speech of the journal. Since the number of learning and teaching journals is still lacking in accommodating the ideas of researchers and scholars in the world especially in the domain of education, therefore, the existence of SiLeT will fill the void of scientific discussion, especially in terms of “learning, teaching, curriculum development, learning environments, teacher education, educational technology, educational developments, measurement and evaluation, educational statistics, books review of education and other learning-teaching issues”.
