Mutu pendidikan dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi mutu pendidikan adalah kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Salah satu indikator sebuah pembelajaran yang berkualitas dapat dilihat dari hasil belajar yang diraih siswa. Motivasi belajar dapat mempengaruhi pencapaian prestasi belajar peserta didik. Pemanfaatan media dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas untuk membuat suasana pembelajaran menjadi menyenangkan serta dapat menumbuhkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Salah satu media pembelajaran yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi belajar peserta didik adalah media powerpoint berbasis animasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pemanfaatan media pembelajaran powerpoint berbasis animasi dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan prestasi belajar peserta didik didik pada standar kompetensi membuat dan menjaga kearsipan untuk menjamin integritas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah semua peserta didik kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran berjumlah 34 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Pemanfaatan media pembelajaran powerpoint berbasis animasi dapat meningkatan motivasi belajar peserta didik pada standar kompetensi membuat dan menjaga kearsipan untuk menjamin integritas, 2) Pemanfaatan media pembelajaran powerpoint berbasis animasi dapat meningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik pada standar kompetensi membuat dan menjaga kearsipan untuk menjamin integritas. Kata kunci : Media Pembelajaran, Powerpoint, Motivasi Belajar, Prestasi Belajar   Abstract: The Effectiveness Of Learning Media Powerpoint Based Animation In Increasing Motivation And Learning Achievement. The quality of education is affected by many factors, one of the factors that affect the quality of education is the quality of learning at school. One of the indicators of a quality learning can be seen from the results of the study earned students. Learning motivation may affect the achievement of the learning achievements of students. The utilization of the media in the process of learning in the classroom to create an atmosphere of learning into fun learning motivation can grow as well as learners. One of the media learning which can be utilized in improving learning and achievement motivation of learners is a media-based powerpoint animation. This research aims to find out whether the utilization of media learning powerpoint based animation can increase motivation and learning achievements learning educates learners on standards of competence to make and keep the archives to ensure the integrity. The subject of this research is all learners class X Office Administration amounted to 34 people. The results of this study indicate that 1) utilization of instructional media in powerpoint based animation can improve the learning motivation of learners on the standard of competence to make and keep the archives to ensure the integrity of media Utilization, 2) powerpoint animation based learning can improve the learning results of students on the standard of competence to make and keep the archives to ensure integrity. Key word : learning media, powerpoint, motivation of learnier, the learning achievements

Management of learning media is a part of efforts to improve the quality of education. As for the indicators that must be considered in the management of learning media especially: planning instructional media, organizing media, learning media management, evaluating media of the school, it is expected that the preparation of media programs can run effectively with the learning programs that have been made so that it can contribute positively to learning. The learning media management process must go hand in hand with school programs, it is necessary to manage a management of learning media in elementary school that is responsible for administering all activities related to learning media management, understanding of media management is important for the officer in planning media programs, classification of media, the grouping of media based on the condition of each school or based on certain subjects so that the media can be used optimally in the classroom or in out door class. Supervision should be carried out programmatically by the school principal and personnel at the relevant agencies of the district and district level offices are expected to be input of increasing the development of learning media management n the next year.

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of self-regulated learning interventions to increase learning motivation and learning abilities in junior high school students who come from families with low socioeconomic levels. The intervention was given for five sessions through psychoeducation and assignments. The subject of this study is a male, 15 years old. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data analysis using triangulation techniques. The results of the analysis of observations, interviews, and assignment documents show that there are differences before and after the subject was given intervention. In general, self-regulated learning intervention has a positive impact on learning motivation and learning abilities of the subject. Several factors that support and inhibit intervention were explained. Some suggestions are given to develop the further intervention.

The development of learning media model becomes a necessity for improving the quality of education in Indonesia. Following the development of technology and information, new models continue to be developed, one of which is comic. This study aims to develop a model of electronic comic (e-Comic) as a medium of learning. With the ADDIE development method, it is done through needs analysis, model design, prototype development, prototype implementatio (testing) and evaluation of prototype implementation results to the field. The result is a comic electronic model in which graphic-shaped graphics are highlighted to deliver learning materials in accordance with the applicable curriculum. The material is delivered in story form so the delivery is not rigid. Implementation of field trial prorotype obtained data that the user liked the model of this e-Comic learning media and feel like learning to read comics with digital format. The conclusion of the development of e-Comic model, innovative learning media, fun, effective and efficient, so as to increase the students' attention in understanding the subject AbstrakPengembangan model media pembelajaran menjadi kebutuhan untuk peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesai. Mengikuti perkembangan teknologi dan informasi, model-model baru terus dikembangkan dari waktu ke waktu. Komik yang dimaknai sebagai sebuah gambar kartun berteks mampu menyampaikan sebuah pesan dengan gaya yang ringan dan menyenangkan.Tujuan pembuatan model ini untuk membuat sebuah model berformat elektronik komik (E-komik) sebagai media pembelajaran menyampaikan materi pendidikan. Dengan metode pengembangan ADDIE, yang dimulai dengan kegiatan Analisis Kebutuhan, Desain/Perancangan Model, Development Prototype, Implementasi Prototype berbentuk ujicoba prototype ke user dan dilanjutkan dengan Evaluasi hasil implementasi prototype ke lapangan model Elektronik komik ini dikembangkan. Hasil dari pengembangan ini adalah sebuah model elektronik komik yang didalamnya berupa grafis berbentuk kartun ditonjolkan untuk menyampaikan materi-materi pembelajaran sesuai dengan kurikulum yang berlaku di sekolah. Materi disampaikan dalam bentuk cerita sehingga penyampaiannya tidak kaku. Implementasi ujicoba prorotype dilapangan diperoleh data bahwa user menyukai model media pembelajaran E-komik ini dan merasa belajar seperti membaca komik dengan format digital. Kesimpulan pengembangan model E-komik yang dilakukan menjadi salah satu jawaban atas kebutuhan terhadap media pembelajaran yang inovatif, menyenangkan, efektif dan efisien, sehingga dapat meningkatkan perhatian siswa dalam memahani mata ajar. Untuk itu penerapannya dapat dilakukan secara bertahap pada SMA tertentu.

AbstractBackground Motivation is an important role in learning. Motivation empower someone doing activities and it has related with the learning interest. According to the writers observation at the Panti Kosala Nursing Academy Surakarta students, shows that the students have not interested in the learning process which is unparallel with the class attendance performance 100%. Base on the observation, a research done on the second level students of the Panti Kosala Nursing Academy Surakarta. The aim is to know the relation between learning motivation and learning interest of the students. The kind of research was analitical. The research design, correlation and Cross-section approach. The subject were the 97 second level students of the Panti Kosala Nursing Academy Surakarta. The result data were analyzed by Chi-square with P = 0,05 ; P value got : 0,000 < P = 0,05 indicate the Ha value available received (acceptable). The conclusion is having a relation between learning motivation and learning interest on the second level student of the Panti Kosala Nursing Academy Surakarta.Keywords: Motivation and Learning interest

El propósito de este artículo es describir la calidad educativa en la educación universitaria venezolana, se presenta una breve descripción del término calidad educativa y de los intentos por evaluarla en las universidades venezolanas. La metodología que se utilizó fue un estudio bibliográfico, descriptivo, de tipo documental, la técnica usada fue el uso de fichas bibliográficas. Las categorías consideradas por los autores fueron: a) reflexiones sobre el concepto de calidad educativa; b) las experiencias de las universidades venezolanas en torno al tema; y c) experiencias del estado venezolano para evaluar la calidad educativa a nivel universitaria. Como conclusión se tiene que se debe seguir trabajando para realizar nuevas definiciones del término calidad educativa en el contexto venezolano, y que las universidades venezolanas y el Estado venezolano han tenido mecanismos para evaluarla, sin embargo, no se han observados cambios en la transformación de la universidad venezolana.  AbstractThe purpose of this paper is to describe the quality of education in the Venezuelan university; this is a brief description of the term educational quality and its attempts to evaluate it in the Venezuelan universities. The methodology used was a bibliographic, descriptive, documentary-style study, the technique used were the bibliographical cards. The categories considered by the authors were: a) Reflections on the concept of educational quality; b) The experiences of the Venezuelan universities on the subject; and c) The experiences of the Venezuelan state to assess the educational quality of university. In conclusion, new definitions should be developed about educational quality in the Venezuelan context, and the Venezuelan universities and the Venezuelan government they both have had mechanisms to evaluate the quality of education, however changes have not been observed to transform the Venezuelan University yet.

The use of new innovative technologies in education is a requirement of modernity. Every teacher wants to diversify their lesson. After all, the use of modern innovative technologies is the key to improving the quality of education. Today, using innovative teaching methods, the main goal is to increase the student's abilities, instill interest in the subject, develop his curiosity, and form competencies. Today it is important that the student is not only educated, but also comprehensive, inquisitive, and the teacher is guided not only by knowledge, but also by skills.

The worst impact in the world of education that may result from social networking sites is beginning to decrease interest in student learning. This is probably because the student's learning motivation also becomes reduced because of the importance of social networking rather than the learning achievement. To minimize the negative impact, as users we must be more intelligent. Internet savvy is how an internet user can manage and utilize internet technology wisely tailored to the needs and not violate ethical and internet codes of ethics.

Curriculum development can be done using several approaches. This research aims to produce effective and practical learning media. To achieve this goal, the authors establish the press using a research method of development with steps: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, (5) evaluation. The subject in this study is the participant Students at SMA N 1 Bandar Lampung with “data collection instruments used in the form of” polls provided to the material “experts, media experts,” test and effectiveness tests. The results of this study resulted in a media-shaped Video learning product; Knowing the feasibility of the quality of the developed product “is very feasible with a” score of 3.66 based on material “expert assessment” and 3.66 by the media expert in a very decent category. Student response in Math Learning media with Sparkol video scribe in trigonometric material obtained score 3.33 in MIPA 4 and 3.36 class in MIPA 5 with very interesting criteria in small class test. In the massive class test obtained the score 3.43 in grade MIPA 4 3.41 with fascinating measures. On the effectiveness test of learning video obtained calculation results using effect size 0.54 with moderate criteria can be concluded that there is a significant increase in learning outcomes.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat menghasilkan media pembelajaran yang efektif dan praktis. langkah-langkah yang dilakukan untuk mencapainya tujuan pembelajaran tersebut peneliti mengunggnakan metode penelitian ADDIE yaitu“(1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, (5) evaluation .”Adapun pada“penelitian ini”peserta didik SMA N 1 Bandar Lampung mejadi subjek pada penelitian, teknik“pengumpulan data yang digunakan”dengan menyebarkan instrument berupa“angket yang diberikan”pada“ahli materi, ahli media,”uji kemenarikan dan uji keefektifan. Video sebagai media pembelajaran yang dihasilkan dalam pengembangan yang dilakukan peneliti. “Mengetahui kelayakan dari kualitas produk yang dikembangkan adalah sangat layak dengan skor 3,66 berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi dan 3,66 oleh ahli media dalam katagori sangat layak. Respon peserta didik dalam media pembelajaran matematika berbantuan sparkol videoscribe pada materi Trigonometri diperoleh skor 3,33 dikelas MIPA 4 dan 3,36 dikelas MIPA 5 dengan kriteria sangat menarik pada uji kelas kecil.”pada uji kelas besar diperoleh skor 3,43 dikelas MIPA 4 3,41 dengan kriteria sangat menarik. Pada uji keefektifitasan video pembelajaran“diperoleh hasil perhitungan menggunakan effect size 0,54 dengan kriteria sedang, sehingga media tersebut layak dan dapat digunakan pada saat proses pembelajaran dengan menghasilkan peningkatan keefektifan yang signifikan.
