E-learning brings new dimensions to traditional education. This especially affects countries that, due to many factors, have historically been considered the “talent pool” for the world community. In this study, a model for financing e-education has been developed that is applicable to Russian realities. The model was built around the balance between demand (global politics, economics, and principles of sustainable development) and supply (sources of direct financing). As a result, a key challenge of improving the e-learning financing methodology and models, specifically the efficiency of government spending and private investing, demands the use of new approaches and mechanisms. To improve e-learning financing, a clear understanding of the applied purpose of public and private means is required. Responsibilities for the e-learning outcome of institutions that receive financing are linked to their status. An unclear understanding of these issues is more likely associated with the issue of transparency of financing than with inefficiency. The proposed model allows transforming the “standards” of financing both in the field of e-education and Russian education in general and presents a new vision of participants’ interaction in the educational process, taking into account a set of restrictions and market features.

This study aimed to identify the degree of academic leaders’ practice of excellence management in public and private Jordanian universities (Yarmouk University, University of Science and Technology, Al Al-Bayt University, Irbid National University, Jadara University, and Jerash University) from the faculty members’ viewpoint. The descriptive survey method was adopted and to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was built to measure the degree of practicing excellence management consisting of (32) items distributed into (4) areas: leadership (10) items, policies, and strategies (5) items, human resources (5) items, and partnerships and resources (12) items. The study population consisted of all the (2077) faculty members in the Jordanian public and private universities in the first semester of the academic year 2020/2021. Where the study sample consisted of (405) academics who constitute (19%) of the study population. and were selected by a random stratified method. The results showed that the overall degree of academic leaders' practicing of excellence management in the public and private Jordanian universities was moderate, and the order of the areas on the scale was respectively as follows; Partnerships and Resources, leadership, Policies and strategies, and human resources, and that all of these areas came at a moderate degree. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of statistical significance (α = 0.05) between the estimates of respondents in all areas (leadership, policies and strategies, human resources, partnerships, and resources) attributable to the difference in; the gender variable in favor of males, academic rank in favor of the professor, and the type of university in favor of public universities. Regarding these results, the researcher recommends giving more attention to the Department of Excellence, especially in the field of leadership, as well as the inclusion of Excellence Management as a basic criterion of performance quality standards in Jordanian public and private universities.

The current study aimed to identify the importance of the Internet of Things implementation in education, where the Internet of Things is the modern technological application that has captured the entire world by linking different beings with each other without human intervention. The study seeks to help the Ministry of Higher Education in Sudan to reduce the obstacles, difficulties and emergency conditions facing the educational process such as the Coronavirus pandemic, and to know the appropriate alternatives that can help in improving educational outcomes now and in the future. To achieve the goals of the study, a questionnaire was designed and distributed on a random sample consisting of (202) participants, representing the study community from faculty members in Sudanese Universities. The study relied on structural models because of its high validity tools, especially for qualitative data, for this reason, the AMOS statistical package was used. The study dealt with the determinants of the Internet of things represented in electronic platforms, virtual classes, and electronic obstacles. The study concluded that the obstacles have no effect in the model and that the effect size was weak reached 42%, which indicates that there are other variables that have a greater impact in the determinants of Internet of things. The study concluded that the Internet of Things provides many methods and tools that help faculty members to achieve valuable benefits for educational outcomes, thus facilitating their work and increasing student benefits. The study recommends conducting more studies and focusing on introducing the beneficiaries of the educational process (students) into the model.

Regression analyses indicated that age of respondent and gender were the most consistent predictors of salary within many of the high-level student affairs positions at both public and private institutions. Degree was determined to be a significant predictor of salary, but in a negative direction. Higher levels of education frequently translated into decreased mean salaries for various senior-level positions at both institutional types. Institutional classification was a modest predictor at both institutional types, while ethnicity, NASPA location, and years in the position were very infrequently found to be proficient predictors of salary at either public or private institutions.

The researcherapplied the analytical descriptive survey method. The study population was composed of faculty members ofJordanian public and private universities in the Northern Region for the year 2017/2018. Their number was 1210faculty members: 893 males and 308 females. The study sample was 445 males and 155 females, 50% of the studypopulation. To achieve the objectives of the study, a study tool was developed. It is a questionnaire consisting of 50items distributed on 5 domains. The findings of the study showed that the degree of practicing academic freedom byfaculty members in Jordanian public and private universities in the Northern Region from the point of view of thefaculty members on all domains of the tool was medium. Furthermore, there were no statistically significantdifferences at the level of significance (0.05 α ≤) in the degree of practicing academic freedom by faculty membersin Jordanian universities due to the variable of the type of university, and the existence of differences in the degree ofpracticing academic freedom by faculty members in Jordanian public and private universities in the Northern Regioncan be attributed to the academic rank between those whose rank is professor and associate professor on the one hand, and the rank of assistant professor on the other, for the benefit of the rank of professor and associate professor, ie, infavor of the upper rank. The researcher recommended the need to increase the practice of academic freedom by thefaculty members at the Jordanian public and private universities in the Northern Region.

A brand can turn a geographical location into a landmark and influences the tourist planification of a city. Although the world tourist sector recognizes Malaga as The Coast of Sun, this analysis also reveals several more elements, which should be substantiated if a rebranding is carried out. If the brand is well managed, the residents’ perspective must be taken into account. Avoiding the seasonality and keeping the destination in the future will allow the sustainable development of the tourism in the city of Malaga. In order to achieve the goals set in this research, a descriptive methodology has been used. This study has been carried out using a questionnaire in which 1230 residents have participated. Indeed, the results show that Malaga brand is being built under the concept of culture and that some attributes are vital for the territory’s image. This encourages economic growth and hence employment. This paper offers important implications to both public and private institutions insofar as they promote tourism campaigns.
